All good folks work there, huge warehouse inventory of anything you need. Hours of operation ain't that great but it's ok they can do that

if I could, I would give it no stars, but I would like to share what I just experienced with everyone. my boyfriend bought a spark plug for my car and is very busy working building bridges so I took it back up because it was the wrong part and both times I was ridiculed and made to look stupid in front of the other people that were in the store, and the people that worked there, I just left and the guy told me that I was lying about buying the spark plug at his store because he gave me the wrong part twice!!! I will never ever again go to that place and I do not suggest anyone ever going horrible customer service and lazy. They all stared and looked at me and put their heads down as this man called me a liar. What a horrible, horrible experience.!!!

Amazing customer service !!!...the 2 guys ( Justin and Robbie) that helped us today stayed late and went above and beyond to get us the parts we needed even when it wasn't the easiest thing to find/match. So grateful for their help today!!! The prices were also the best compared to the other stores.

I have been doing business with this store for several years.Always, top notch counter guys who are courteous and very knowledgable. Counter guys have went above and beyond on several occasions to take care of my parts needs, even when I was looking for parts on a tractor that is 40 years old.The parts they sell are great quality as well.Always helpful, always on target. I highly recommend giving them your business if you are looking for superior service and parts!

Was my first time I was little hesitate that might be they are not gonna help me like others but trust me as I show my hydraulic lines the guy took it from me right the way and fixed them bring me back with in 20 minutes I was so happy excellent service

Traveling cross country and stopped by when my Motorhome acted up. Then were polite and helpful. They loaned me some tools so I could get my air filter out. They even had the filter in stock. Large canister filter for the cat330 motor. They charged me appropriate prices and helped drill some pilot holes for me. Can't thank them enough for their fabulous service.

So much for customer service. Went in with a ball joint that had a part number on it. Had 2 part numbers from other manufacturers. Dude behind the counter out right refused to even try to cross reference.

Those folks are old school. I can bring in an obscure auto part and they'll figure it out, never a "we don't have it" yesterday, I brought in a coil for my 1953 red belly and they were right on it. When you walk out, you know you have the right replacement part, never, hope this fits situation, thank you

Customer service is fantastic. Was looking for a odd part and the staff went well out of their way to help me. They found what I needed and as always the price was right. Thanks Napa. Love doing business with them.

Helpful, the place was busy, even though it was I did not have to wait long. After I talked to an employee and they went in the back to locate the item, several others asked if I had been helped. I will be going back.

You have to understand NAPA Auto Parts is for the professional they also sell to the General Public and me being a professional Napa it's the only place I go those other three places or for the do-it-yourselfers that think the cheapest is the best these guys at Napa know what they sell they know how to say the right part the first time and their pricing is right on time to been shopping with Napa since 1987 will never stop shopping with them

Excellent place to get quality auto parts,I never buy parts from cheap inferior parts stores,-O-Reillys,Advance,AutoZone...Im a Certified G.M.Technician,34 yrs,I know first hand,if U buy parts cheap.....U get cheap parts....All the counter sales people are knowledgeable & helpfull........Been using NAPA FOREVER & wont ever use anything else......
