Thank you for the quick turnaround on my 2006 GMC Duramax. Had all 8 glow plugs changed. He is fair on his prices. Would recommend him for service.Thanks

Several years ago I had my diesel tractor at the tractor dealership. After a week and several hundred dollars later, my tractor had the same issues. I brought it to Murphy and a few days later it was repaired the correct way. As a matter of fact, it never ran that good when it was new. I highly recommend them for your automotive and diesel needs.Thank you,John B.

Nice to work with the owner. Sorted out a squealing noise in my Diesel Pusher motorhome, ended up being a broken exhaust clamp on turbo. Murphy stands by his work.

Had them replace my brake shoes and drums and it happened twice while driving, these folks put brakes on backwards twice in a row and none of them acted like they knew what they were doing, secondly this mistake they've done put my life at risk both times. Say a prayer going in this place because these folks are shade tree mechanics that obviously doesn't care about taking pride in their work and neither are they safe.

When you get there you meet Renee who is an absolute sweetheart. Murphy is it's absolutely great. We had emergency with our car he got us in and got us out. They fixed something we assumed we would have to take back to the dealer

My experience at Murphy Cassidy was great! They diagnosed the issue and give me a completion time and they beat that date by 2 days. Their prices are in line with other shops for this major repair. They are good down to earth people running an honest business. I would recommend this repair shop!

From the first time I took my vehicle there I knew I'd never go to another mechanic. They know what they're doing, they're are professional, and they will never try to sell you something you don't need. Excellent service, honest people, and great mechanics that know their stuff. Can't say enough good things about their shop. And, by the way, they don't only do diesel vehicles.

We were traveling through Milton in a diesel powered Rv when we had our water pump go out along with other issues. In an uncanny bit of great luck the rv shut down a block from Murphy s. We didn t realize it yet when a young man stopped to help and told us how close we were. We were in the middle of the street with no way of moving. The young man took my brother-in-law to the shop and in a matter of minutes 3 people, including Murphy showed up with a truck and chains and pulled us out of the street and into his shop. After a look around the rv he told us the bad news and that we would need a hotel. With 3 dogs and a tow vehicle full of stuff 2 of us went for the hotel with intensions of going back for the other. After finding the hotel they brought my brother-in-law out to the hotel which wasn t that close, unbelievable. They ordered the parts that were delivered the next day and they went to work, which was a huge job. Working all through the day to get us back on the road so my brother-in-law could get to a very important Doctors appointment. They got it done late that day and we were on the road again and made it to Kentucky for the appointment. I know this is a long comment but the service was incredible and the people that were working on the Rv and even the office staff were super. It was a classic example of good people doing great things for people in trouble. Murphy should probably give lessons to the rest of the country about how we should treat everyone. Thanks again, I think I have some new friends even though I might not see them again.

We had our Motorhome in for repairs and was well pleased . The repairs were finished in one day , just had wait on parts, no surprise , job well done! Honest working shop! Will have all future repairs taken care at At Murphy Cassidy Diesel Repair Shop.

We are a national fleet lease company. We attempted to use Murphy Cassidy diesel to install a factory rebuilt Allison transmission in one of our commercial trucks. Unfortunately, the truck would not move after the installation. We took the transmission to Allison for diagnosis and they documented that Murphy Cassidy did not prime the torque converter, nor properly "drop" the converter fully into the front input shaft. They verified that the failure was 100% due to improper installation by Murphy Cassidy.Murphy Cassidy's response has been "come tow your truck away or we are impounding it".We have retained legal counsel and are filing a lawsuit to recover our damages in Escambia County Court.
