After viewing the car I wanted on their website the first thing I did was call Brandon, the business manager at McKenzie Motors. I wanted to discuss finance options and any finance promotions available. Then I compared that to my local credit union. Brandon s finance beat my banks! After that I was ready to make a purchase. Joel was my salesman. Joel is a wealth of knowledge and a complete professional & outstanding customer service! Best of all- I love my new Buick Envision Avenair!

I bought a brand new 2024 encore. Kimber was extremely nice. She knew a lot about the cars. I had help from another member there as well but I don t remember his name. He was great also. When you buy a car, you re scared they re gonna take advantage of you, but they had the best price in great cars. They took my trade-in evaluated my trade and gave me a very good price for it. There is no haggling it was just, a very good experience. I can t believe I have a new 2024 car. And I didn t feel bad when I left a lot I was treated well. The first time I ever received a gift at my home after the sale of a car, their hospitality extends past the sale , I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased a 2019 GMC 2500 Diesel Denali new from McKenzie motors. The paint is coming off of the hood. This was a $70,000 truck. When I went there this morning just to find out if there is a warranty on the paint all I got was a run around. Up front sent me to service and service said they had no idea what the warranty was on paint. I was told to go to a body shop and maybe they knew. They just wanted me to leave. I will buy my next GMC from a dealership that cares.

Not only did I get an amazing deal on my new SUV, I got fantastic service! I had my eye on a Certified Per-Owned GMC Terrain at McKenzie Motors for a while and they reached out to me and offered nothing but help from the beginning. On top of that, the weekend I purchased the vehicle they had a great sale going on for the holiday weekend that discounted the vehicle quite a bit off the asking price that was already lower than any other dealer I found. They were easy to work with and were in no way the pushy salesman most dealerships have. It was a great experience and I ll definitely be using them for future vehicle purchases!!

Great experience, told them our budget and what we were looking for, and Nick found us a car that day. I ve never owned a Buick before but I really like my Regal. I ll definitely be going back when I m looking for another vehicle. Thanks McKenzie Motors!

We drove two states over to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were well informed and kept in the loop the precious days while working toward getting there and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I had the most positive Sales experience!I found a vehicle I was interested in from the online site. I called and inquired if it was still available, and it was! I was trading in my XT5 Cadillac SUV, which I did! I initially spoke to Mike, and was handed to Nick. He was so professional, and handled everything! I felt so relaxed, as if I d know him forever, much less he was a car salesman! I purchased through a cash sale, by trading my SUV, driving home a beautiful black Canyon Denali! So thankful, and I m in love with it. We will most definitely recommend Nick, and McKenzie Motors to everyone! Thank you so much! To top that off today I received a package in the mail, special delivery ,two coffee mugs and fresh baked cookies in each.. I am totally WOWED!!!!!

Customer service is always 110%, I bought a 2016 Lexus a couple years back, everybody's helpful and extremely informational, I recently bought a 2018 Mercedes. I will most definitely recommend.

They were able to properly repair the AC on my Sierra that my Pensacola GMC dealer couldn t even find a problem with and sent me on my way with a broken compressor.

Great experience & very friendly staff. Our sales guy, Chief (David Tillman), was quick to respond to our questions, efficient with our time, and he provided us with a lot of helpful information in a short amount of time. The whole ordering/buying process was quick & seamless. Would buy from Chief again!

We had an Amazing used truck buying experience at McKenzie Motors. No pressure No hassle. Nick Mead was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was prompt in his communication on questions that we had. The financing was easy and organized. We will definitely return to McKenzie Motors for any car or truck buying needs in the future! Great place to purchase a vehicle. Nick is fantastic. He contacted me right away when I expressed interest in a Chevy Equinox. He made sure it was clean, inspected, and ready for me to test drive. He went above and beyond to make sure I received proper financing and gave me upfront numbers. What he told me I would be paying is exactly what I m paying. No hidden surprises. TJ was excellent at making sure I was taken care of and had all my trade in paperwork correct. Very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend McKenzie to anyone looking for a new car.

I have had the pleasure to buy 4 vehicles from McKenzie Motors over the last few years. Each time (from the first vehicle to the one I purchased on 3/8/23), I was very pleased with the service provided to me. I want to thank both Matt Brown and Mark Wallace for how easy they made the purchase of my new 2023 Buick Enclave. Not only were they great at processing the paperwork, but Matt was really excellent at explaining the technology imbedded in this really SMART SUV. I have owned luxury vehicles before, and this Buick Enclave is even better than I expected it to be. It fits all of my needs better than I could have imagined. The same goes for the staff at McKenzie Motors (they are still the best I have ever dealt with in the 55 years that I have been buying cars for my personal use).

Liz Marrs was an outstanding sales person, My wife and I were looking to buy a car and had visited quite a few different dealers and bands. Liz was the most knowledgeable about the vehicles and most professional. She was well versed in differences and features. What a pleasure to work with. I couldn't stump her on anything. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We bought a Avenir Invision from McKenzie and was very pleased with our service. Kimber was our sales person. She was very helpful in every way. She carried out things from our old car to the new one and explained every question that we had in this very electronic car. We love the new screen. She hooked our phones up. We could ld not have been happier.

I would put zero stars if it allowed me to. My wife purchased a 2017 Tahoe LT, we thought we were getting a good deal, and they even delivered the vehicle to us in Birmingham AL, for a fee of course. We drove it less than 10 miles and the transmission went out. You read that right! We notified them and their response was "you didn't get the extended warranty". Really, we drove it 10 miles. We had to have the vehicle towed and have the transmission replaced for over $5000. So much for a good buying experience. We wouldn't buy cup of water from them if we were thirsting to death!

Went to check out a newer car and the salesman was helpful. We said we had a ballpark payment that we felt comfortable with. While the salesman was talking to the the finance manager we over hear " Yeah we can't do that low of a payment. Don't waste your time.." And because of that rude comment we won't be back. We had wiggle room on what we could do for payments but we will take our money elsewhere.

My salesman Woody made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They have earned a customer for life. I interacted with the salesman, sales manager, finance, manager, and general manager, and was treated extremely well. It s like they were actually appreciative of my business.. I can t say that for a most of dealerships that I ve dealt with. Thank you for helping me fix another dealers mistakes And getting me into a new truck.

Best salesman is now gone. They take forever to do service. Our vehicle was there over 6 hours and wasn't even looked at (we were told it would be a quick, easy fix..no parts were needed, nothing had to be ordered either). They never offered a courtesy vehicle. We ended up picking up our vehicle (due to needing it for work) and having to reschedule. This is a new 2022 vehicle. They are, also, not really willing to negotiate prices when purchasing a vehicle.

I had the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made last week at McKenzie Motors. Go see Woody if you are in the market to buy another vehicle, he was great. They were so easy to deal with and there was no pressure to buy a vehicle. They were straight forward with everything going on with my truck and wrote out a clear buyers order. This will definitely be my go-to for any purchases in the future

Went in to get front end re aligned still pulling to right because they had aligned it the week earlier. Discount Tires told me the toe was out and nothing was wrong with my tire, Mckenzie's said there was nothing wrong. I Asked for print out of alignment wasn't able to give me one. Don't think they even put it on the alignment machineWasn't trying to put blame on them just trying to figure out what was going on with front end.if it was a bad tire or not. Johnnie Gray

Simple electrical problem, they said they were sure $1250 would fix it, didnt, got ripped off, they won't help.Don't ever buy a car or get repairs.

We had a great experience in buying our vehicle. They had the vehicle we wanted. Went in told David "Chief", the vehicle we wanted and we're driving it. In and out, super great!!! Oh yeah, and shout out to Terrell "T.J." the finance manager. The whole team was great.

Bought a new 2019 GMC Acadia from McKenzie was not the smoothest experience I have ever had. Now it has issues with the Driver side seat motor. The tech that was assigned to do the job called in on our appointment day so we got canceled... and rescheduled no biggie. We show up on time for new appointment and are told he is still out and he is the ONLY tec that can do the work and keep the customer happy. Hope I do not have to deal with the service department much more.
