Bought our third vehicle from Chief at McKenzie. Don't live in Milton anymore but traveled back to buy there because of the feel and customer service. Chief knew me, he knew my style-- where else can you get that? So, when Chief said- I think you'll prefer this Encore GX it has all the bells and whistles you like..he was so right! Remote start, sunroof, heated seats, lay down back seats, large screen infotainment center, On-Star, dual sided temp control..these are luxe-car amenities!!I adore Buick as a brand. Buicks run so quiet, many times I wonder if my car is even on. The pickup is just impressive- it can move-works great for my highway driving. Once again, McKenzie Buick in small town Milton, Florida earned my repeat business.

Haven't had any issues with service other than the costs but realistic for a dealer and to ensure the warranty is maintained I bring my truck here for just about everything

I had an appointment at 11:15 to get my oil changed. Did not leave until 12:55. Why make appointments if you re not going to keep them. There was only one guy changing oil. I felt sorry for him. They should have had more than one person doing it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
