The people at Mac s did an outstanding job on my truck. Ended up having to do a new drop in replacement motor for my work truck. They got me in and out faster than I ever could ve hope for. They were extremely professional, took the time to answer all my questions, and made me confident in the path that we took. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. They have earned a life long customer with me.

Had my first experience with Mac's 2 weeks ago. These people are so nice and honest. Great experience from the time I dropped off my truck until completion. Price was reasonable and I look forward to using them again.

My family spent upwards of 4,000 dollars over a years time on small repairs to my 70s model Ford. My truck ran just fine until one morning it just wouldn't crank. The truck they gave back to me after repairs were made didn't even make it out of their parking lot. Due to spending what I have at this mechanic I feel almost obligated to keep using them. They just told me they didn't feel comfortable going any further with it. 4,000 dollars later! I've given them more money than what I paid for the truck itself.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My husband and I recently took our 2006 Ford Expedition to Mac's Auto Service because we had a charging system error alert on our truck and our previous mechanic in Pensacola let us know that it was an electrical issue that they weren't able to fix. Mac and his team were super kind and professional and took good care of us. They were able to save us a lot of money based on what our previous mechanic in Pensacola was telling us needed to be fixed. I ve trusted Macs for years with with many different tasks and vehicles. He is a very skilled diesel mechanic as well and has always provided great service at an honest wage for actual hours. Nicole is upfront and easy to work with, communication is always spectacular! Highly recommended!

Took my truck here to have it diagnosed and repaired. I was prepared to pay thousands to have injectors replaced, but they instead recommended a $20 product sold elsewhere to alleviate my problem. Had a wonderful experience with Mac's! They replaced the brakes on my Jeep Grand Cherokee recently. After checking over my car thoroughly they called me with a detailed quote, amount and timespan. It was fixed in a very timely manner, and Nicole was great to work with in the office when I picked up my car. She then texted me a few days later to see how my car was running and did I have any questions. I was blown away, I've never had an automotive shop call for a follow up on their service! Great job, Mac's!!!!

Never got around to writing a review, but I've finally found my go to shop here for my 2012 F-250. After almost no shops would touch my truck to replace its rusted/seized out cab mounts, this place got em out and did a great job! Prices were reasonable, a quote for a future job was given at a great price, and I will be coming back here for anything they are able to do. This shop is honest and trustworthy. Having descent mechanical knowledge of cars but not the time to dig into it. I sent my car here for something they could have easily went right for very expensive and major repairs.They did proper troubleshooting and found the exact problem and fixed it. It ended up being a minor problem. They can be trusted to do the right thing!

Honest, trustworthy, professional...... and the job is done as fast as is possible. They have taken care of 3 or 4 big jobs on my old truck so far, and I can tell you it won't be the last! I'm very happy with the service... from the check-in to the check-out! Thanks Mac and Nicole!

My wife and I became 'regular' after being seriously disappointed by another shop. I have three older cars, all Europeans and kind of hard to find parts for. So far Mac has worked on all of them w/o raising any issue or concern.Strangely enough we first were in contact with his shop a few days after we moved in Milton, in 2010. We had a Jeep Cherokee at the time. It was fixed quickly, but another shop had been recommended to us.Mac and his team are professionals and gives full information of what was done and why. I recommend his services.I may add some pictures later on.Of note, the garage is next to another Milton's gem, Mama's latte where you can have a light lunch or all sorts of drinks while waiting.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

These folks replaced my engine in my Mazda b3000. I was very anxious because I ve had nightmare experiences with auto repair shops in the past. Nicole was very patient with me as I voiced my concerns. She had the engine ordered, and replaced in 5 days. It s hard finding a reputable auto repair shop, but I highly recommend Macs. I have 4500 miles on it now without a glitch. Nicole was very helpful when speaking on the phone to get estimates. I ll be a regular customer with Mac, and I ll refer my friends to them as well.

Mac and Nicole run an auto repair business with integrity. On multiple occasions Mac has gone above and beyond with his team to get my vehicle done within a timely manner while saving me money. Went in because of a leak and engine over heating. They called us and said the car was working fine. We ended up paying over $600 and later that evening, the car overheated and when we brought it back into the shop the next morning, they said it was our water pump and it would cost another 450 dollars. I don't know why they couldn't have fixed it the first time. They took us for our money and will never recommend or be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was just on a road trip and started having trouble with my car about 10 miles out of Milton. Looked up a couple repair shops in the area, but I am so glad I chose to go to Mac's. They were quick about tensing to my car, spent 30 minutes testing various things and test driving to diagnose the problem. In the end nothing obvious stood out to them and they suggested we go to a Ford dealership to have them check out the sensors and electric components. They didn't charge us a dime for their time. They could have taken advantage of a out-of-towner, but Mac was kind, honest, and full of integrity. If I ever find myself in Milton with car problems, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Mac's!

I have taken many cars here with great service every time. They will help you get the best deal on used parts and always give you options before working on your vehicle. It is so nice to have a trustworthy mechanic.

The greatest mechanic in Milton great customer service and I like it how they call after your vehicle is done and check and make sure everything is okay very good people will always use them

I have been doing business with Mac's Auto Service for over 10 years. They are very reliable and do very good work. I have never been displeased in any way. As far as I am concerned they are the best in the Milton, Pace area. Great people to do business with.

I had a check engine light on in my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. The light was for a cam sensor. The engine was running rough and would die at low speed when it was warm. I took it into Mac's for service. When I picked it up the check engine light was off. I was told the problem was low and dirty oil. As the result they cleared the code and changed the oil in the car. I had not given permission for an oil change. With five minutes of leaving, the check engine light was back on and the car was running rough at low speed, just like it was before I took it in. I took it to a GM dealer who found the bad sensor and changed it under warranty. Bottom line is I paid Macs $154 for an oil change I do not think I need and I have no idea of what weight of oil I now have in the car. Will not go there again.

I went there with my 99 Camaro and a new catalytic converter and asked if they could install it for me since I could not get it off, they told me I would have it back with in a week because of their list of cars, instead I got it back the next day and they did a great job installing it. I am very pleased with them

Very personal service! I came in without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in only after a short wait. They asked me what I thought was wrong and checked it out. They let me know what was wrong without the extra gouges of other random mechanical additions. And before maintenance told me the price it would cost and what it would need. I would return here even if I had a days wait for the awesome honest service that I received!
