As I read the reviews I must say..WOOOWWW....I could only imagine different situations an different actions/responses cause different results..I seen other sites for less money...But... The product an quality didn't compare in my opinion. I called them to be completely sure the things I wanted for my bike would fit. They walked me thru it an assured me the perfect fit..Rad cover kit had a slight bend so it didn't fit properly. Gave em a call, sent email with pics...BOOM! Replacement was headed my way. They called, kept me updated an even sent me pics of my product. I can't speak for anyone else nor would I want to. All I can say is,Lucky7 treated me very well. I'll definitely be calling on them again...2022 Can Am Outlander XMR 1000..Customized Rear Rack,Customized Rad Cover.....

When I searching for a custom design I was getting so frustrated because my friends kept saying they couldn t do any of the designs I liked. Well I finally got mad enough I sent a bunch of different designs to Lucky 7 after the first one they couldn t do because bad advice from friends saying they could. Lots of emails of me being frustrated and they were so patient and worked with me and helped me understand what does fA would or not work. I did prefer a different design than the one I got BUT the cat design I wanted no way would work. Well I settled with the cow and when I opened it I was blown away! This design is SO cute and even the guys say it s badass super excited to have something different when we go out riding! They shipped super quick to and everything came neatly packed and in perfect condition. Seriously so happy we went with the cow. Thank you guys for making me a happy customer when I felt the design was never going to happen!

Orders a back rack for our son last year and now I ordered a set of foot boards for his renagade. I had accidentally told the gal. On the phone the wrong year and she then called me back still knowing who I was from the back rack my wife that ordered it last time. She corrected the year and is now making sure the correct foot boards come to us. That's amazing service right there and I couldn't be more happier with lucky 7. Thank you our son will have a great birthday now.

Reading some of the reviews of the reviews I was a little skeptical. But I was proven wrong with the outstanding customer service and product! Hard to find a company that takes pride in their work these days. Hope to do business with this company again!!

Lucky 7 supports its local emergency services! I had to build a new table for work at North Okaloosa Fire District and when I inquired about getting the frame powder coated, Todd told me to bring it by and he would take care of it. The product was awesome and the turn around was less than 48 hours. I would use him again for powder coating or even his products he sells. Top notch group of folks!

Just received my package(Rack for XMR 1000), what an amazing production and office team Lucky 7 is running. They were able to get my order done and on my front door step up here in Western Canada just like I hoped for. Well done and thank you so much! I'll be sharing photos on social media shortly once installed!

Do not order floorboards for your machine unless you have an XMR. I purchased floorboards for my 2021 outlander max to clear bigger tires. No where on their website did it say they were machine specific. After attempting to put them on with a buddy of mine, we contacted customer service asking if we were doing something wrong. They told me it was only for the XMR and would not work on my machine. They would not let me return them because of some restocking issue, so now I am stuck with them sitting in my garage not knowing what to do. I will never purchase from this company again.

If I could put negative stars I would put negative stars. Couldn't get a call back or email back. It's been almost 3 months since I placed my order. Bought a different machine and sold the unit I bought the parts for. Called to put a cancelation and they charged me a 30 percent cancelation fee. After he told me he makes them in bulk. Not like it was custom to my unit. Sorry way to do business. I might could understand 10 percent. Even still 90 days later and you still haven't had my parts complete you're gonna charge me 30 percent? Highly recommend going elsewhere. Much better companies to order from out there.

Only company I deal with for my aftermarket parts and accessories. Always very informative and best customer service around. Definitely a company that takes pride in their work! Colours and fitment are always sport on every time,Thanx Lucky 7!

I seriously cannot brag about this place enough! Thanks to Chris & Dan we are LIFE LONG customers! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. The customer service we received was TOP NOTCH!Our order was ready in three business days. We drove to the shop from Mobile, AL to pick up our order and when we got to the shop Chris & Dan treated us like family. We couldn t have had a better experience. We recommend them to everyone and will definitely be back.

Very good quality and customer service went above and beyond on my lift and headlights especially the powder coating and built quality. They ve been so busy on back orders I waited 3 months for my headlights when they arrived they gave me a letter saying sorry for the inconvenience when we receive more inventory we will send you a pair of free headlights I don t know any other company who would do that for their customers so I am very pleased and satisfied from lucky 7 motor sports to go above and beyond for their customers and their quality of craftsmanship. Highly recommend

Absolutely poor customer service. I'm almost a month and a half from when I placed my order. I've emailed and called several times. I received 1 response a month ago saying they are busy and will ship my order shortly. Here we were are a month later and still no shipment or any communication from lucky 7. I've even got PayPal involved and lucky 7 still hasn't responded. I will never order anything from them again and if you're reading this, you should not either!!!

Ordered snorkel risers beginning of april. Called n emailed multiple times no answer until yesterday to cancel. Product was never made but still charged me 30% restocking fee. Don t recommend them at all.

Currently waiting for a snorkel and headlight kit since my order may 3rd 2021. This purdy much sums it up . Seems that 30% restocking fee free money is what they want . I really like the look of there product . Shame ..I pay them ...July 3 be 3 mos nothing yet or even a update for extended time needed Let's see what happens. I keep this thread updated . I will totally reverse this review just need my item I payed for with my hard earned money . All I want is what I payed for that is all ! in the condition as shown on your site that I bought it from .

Absolute horrible customer service didn't receive my order for over 2 months and when I asked what was going on they said my order was being worked on and they'll try to finish it tomorrow a month later I finally received my footwells. Now here comes the next issue I installed the boards which claimed to fit 33in tires not even close i proceeded to email them to ask if i was missing something like am I supposed to run wheel spacers or what absolutely no response. I highly recommend not buying from this joke of a company and don't listen to the YouTube hype once they have your money they don't care and they'll probably say i never stepped foot in there shop like they do on every other bad review and they would be right because I ordered online

Ordered a grill w/LEDs for my Polaris sportsman 850 off EBay. They asked me if I wanted it in the blue as shown so I sent them a pic of the blue I was trying to match and they quickly realized it was different and made sure they matched it. This place will be my new goto. AAA+++ customer service and appreciation.

These guys are the best ! I have a 2018 Can-a renegade 1000 xmr. They did a full service to it and they had it done in a day. Also they made me a really nice set of floorboards that are custom to my liking!!!! They even stayed at the shop till 7:30 to give me time to pick them up.12/26/18.

Owner is a great guy, with knowledgeable employees. Shop does the best they can to send quality work out quickly.. I cant tell you how many rides I have made it on because of this shop. Highly recommend

Bought a rad relocate for can am outlander. Bolt holes dont exactly line up with plastic G2 rack, but thats easy enough to fix. I am disappointed in the powder coating as it is flaking off in multiple areas and rusting. Installed less than a year.

It s been a month since I placed my order. I emailed them multiple times and received no reply. This company is a joke. Do not buy from here if you value your time and money, My credit card company is working on getting my money back but of course there s some forms to be filled out .

Best motor-sports store in Milton. Hands down. I wouldn t give my money to any other shop. Made the mistake of going to an upcoming shop in town *cough cough* full throttle in Milton and let me tell you I am STILL having repairs made by shops like lucky 7. Thankfully they were here to save me or I wouldn t made it out to the mudd parks for a long time. You care about your customers and it shows!!

Has help me with all my racing needs so far I can't wait to continue business with them. They can help you with all your needs from from your 4x4 quads, side by sides, or race quads to there CNC plasma table to powder coating they can do it all. And how snorkeling and radiator relocation kits for your 4x4 or side by side. To full out racing quad builds

Order some custom floor boards from them took 2 months to send them and on top of that still took 5 days to ship asked the guy if he could ship them overnight that s the least he could do taking it took 2 months to send he said he would take care of me but still took 5 days...I wouldn t consider ordering from them
