The owners have been amazing since day 1 when they picked up my car from the crash site. They gave me advice and have been honest a out my car the whole time. Still dealing with them now about a month and no issues. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I also got the shop pup a bone for Christmas he's huge LOL

They just don t give a flip. Just because the cops tell you to step on it doesn t mean you can fly down side streets with complete disregard to the speed limit. There s kids out playing all hours of the day and you could have easily hit someone. You re not law enforcement and you re not an ambulance or fire truck. Slow the flip down! . Won t be recommending them to anyone.

They repaired my car quickly, and they do excellent work. Fair prices and trustworthy service. I am completely satisfied.Update several months later - the paint on my front bumper is cracking and chipping off. I am not sure if this is true, but when I showed it to another body shop they said it was due to inferior paint quality. The paint in the other areas is okay. Just wanted to provide an update to be transparent to those using these reviews to determine where to take their vehicle.

They did an excellent job repainting my car. They are a very honest, trustworthy business that stands by their work. The quality of work was outstanding. Ken and Richard are the best. Great service at a fair price. I am completely happy with the final result and definitely recommend them.

They are also a wrecker service. They picked up two bikes that were stolen from my business in the early morning. When I went to pick them up, they charged me $380. Towed about 3 miles. I understand you have to charge something but I call that price gouging!!! And I thought we were friends. I would have never done that to them. Very disappointing!My friends, family, customers or myself will never use their services in the future. #Karma

Got me in quickly and delivered quickly. When I picked up my car it was exceptionally clean!!! The guys there are very personable and just good honest people. Would definitely use them again!

They towed my husbands truck after our accident. They were very professional and helpful through the process. The next day when we went to leave flowers at the crash site and could not find it They stayed on the phone with me until we were able to locate the tree he hit. Thank you all.

If you want a company that stands behind their work this is it. My car broke down 3 times they were there to help me with a smile every time. They helped me feel better and even helped me relax. I thank them for all they did for me.

Ken's towed my husband's truck less than 2 miles and charged us $430 for 1 night! They are price gougers! Do not use this place!

I would not reccomend this place to anyone! If you are am accident PLEASE don't let them tow your car here. It was horrible as soon as you walk in the door you can't breathe from the smell and the price for towing for less than 5 miles away is ridiculous . Please check other prices before using this company

Nothing but a bunch of rip offs, and Richard is a complete JERK. Their prices are not fair whatsoever. They are way to far overpriced and they are shady. And the place is absolutely disgusting ! I don t know how they even get business. It stinks and just completely unprofessional

Only paint and body shop I will use. The only one I will recommend. It's also the one that one that Ricky Bobby uses. Remember if you ain't first to Ken's you're last.
