Horrible customer service. These people take a very long time to fix your car. My experience with them was very disappointed. Please do not go to this location if you are trying to get your car fixed in a reasonable period of time, go somewhere else. My car is been there for a month and a week already and I haven't be able to get it back, because, somehow, they are still working on it.Again, go somewhere else!!!

Are you kidding me. This is definitely the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. The car was brought to them on 8/9 and wasn t ready until 10/21. To add to that, we show up to pick up the car and get Oh, by the way, the battery is dead. A brand new battery bought in June!!!!! Horrible horrible management.

This is a very busy paint & body shop. My precious God given Gem was hit in a parking lot just before Christmas (if you did this and wish to fess up BY ALL MEANS, please do!) Needles to say, my appointment was booked a month out. The day I dropped off my Beauty I was told 3-4 day job. However I had a sneaky feeling it would be longer! (Heard one of the ladies behind the desk say they currently had 64 ongoing jobs) They said they would keep in touch with me about the progress and did not, I repeat "did not" do a very good job keeping me informed. Also I was given a total of 4, yes I repeat FOUR (4) ready dates all being pushed forward. You will have to call and check up on your vehicle! 2 weeks later I picked up my "Blessing Beauty Queen" 100% new! They do fabulous work, ALL IN ALL worth the wait.

I was told yesterday my car would be ready to pick up, I drive an hour out here and of course my car is not ready. So I had to spend $70 to keep the rental car, I was told yesterday they promised my car would be ready today. I drive an hour out here again in my car is not even here or ready. They promised my car will be ready in the morning. I highly freaking doubt that, I am so disappointed in this whole process. I promise you I will not be paying for this rental car tonight. Whether Geico pays it or Jones collision center pays it. I cannot believe the stupidity o I promise you I will not be paying for this rental car tonight. Weather Geico pays it or Jones collision center pays it. I cannot believe the stupidity of these workers. How are you gonna say my car is ready and then when I call you, you re gonna say oh you didn t know that wasn t my car that was ready was a different car so you don t even know which car was mine and you promised me my car would be ready today, so I drive out here again in my car s not freaking ready again I cannot believe the unprofessionalism I am highly disappointed and honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone. Apparently all they do is lie and tell you what you wanna hear to waste your gas, your time, your energy, and to make you have to pay out-of-pocket even more. I took off work yesterday to pick my car up. I had to bring another girl into work today so I could leave and pick my car up and they swear it ll be ready tomorrow. Just like they swore it was gonna be ready today after they said it was ready yesterday after they said it was gonna be ready today I am so frustrated right now with this whole situation. The audacity and not one freaking worker apologized or had any care in the world.

The office staff is horrible! No communication, say they will call with updates or return your call, they never do!The body shop workers did a good job on our vehicle. The body shop shouldn't suffer because of the horrible office staff!!

Dealing with these people was a nightmare. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No communication, horrible attitudes. They had my car for a month and a half and there were things still left unfinished so I had to take my car back the day after I picked it up. I missed two hours of work due to their poor communication. I would definitely not recommend using their service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was greeted with a smile and they were fast and efficient. They took great care of my car and the repair was phenomenal. You could not tell that someone hit my car. They have great service and do great work. 10/10 experience! Got rear ended and had some damage to my bumper. Dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready on Thursday. Amazing work, the car looks as great as it did when I first got it. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.DO NOTEVEREVEREVERLet an insurance company take your vehicle to Joe Hudson Collision Center in Milton, FL.My Husband was involved in a head on accident on APRIL 6th, 2023.We waited over a MONTH for an appraisal. With multiple excuses, mostly blaming the insurance company.Called weekly. Given the run around. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.Told on the phone multiple times by front desk we will have appraisal manager call you today.. Only never to recieve a call and to be given a different excuse when calling back the following week.FINALLY get an appraisal and told parts were ordered with estimated completion date being June 2nd, 2023.We call the week of June 2nd to AGAIN be told a million different excuses and an appraisal manager would call us. Again, never received a call.Each time my Husband would call, he was so polite, so patient.Called weekly every week and told every time, "we're still waiting on parts."Then they had to order a pair of side steps.Then its something with a sensor.The list goes on and on with the excuses from the front desk, all followed with, "I will call you back today with an answer."Never to recieve a call back.This continues for 3 more weeks.My Husband called back YESTERDAY. Asked for an update.The lady tells him, "It looks like parts on back order, but I'm not really sure." Says she'll talk with a manager (WHO WE STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM) and give him a call back that day.Spoiler alert. NO CALL.He calls back today.The front desk decides to now tell him THE TRUCK FRAME IS BENT and they are now waiting on State Farm.Call State Farm. Raise Hell.State Farm gets Joe Hudson on the phone.The "apparent" Manager, Andrea tells State Farm... She wasn't the original manager handling our truck, she "just" took it over BUT Yes the truck frame is bent. We tried to order one, that one was damaged and now we have another one ordered with no estimated delivery time. She tells her they JUST tore the truck down to the frame and noticed it was bent THIS WEEK. She proceedes to tell me that the truck still has not met the Total Loss Threshold though so the truck isn't totaled.State Farm tells me said information. I again, lose it.Explain the estimated total we were given on MAY 8TH and everything they've since tacked on. Now the TRUCK FRAME, and demand the truck be taken somewhere else because the job CLEARLY wasn't done correctly the first time.State Farm procedes to put me back on hold to again call Joe Hudson and find out what exactly the Total Loss Threshold was on the truck...JOE HUDSON HAD MY HUSBAND'S TRUCK THRESHOLD NOW TOTALLING AT 85% (threshold was 75%) BUT STILL PLANNED TO SWEEP IT UNDER THE MAT AND GIVE US THE TRUCK BACK.State Farm proceeds to apologize profusely and is upset this information wasn't disclosed the first time she was on the phone with her.So here we are, 3 months later, now waiting on Joe Hudson to send PIR papers to State Farm so we can get the truck totalled.HOW are we just finding this out?HOW can a company FAIL SO MISERABLY at their job?HOW can a "Manager" not pick up a phone ONCE in an almost 3 month period?!Someone make it make sense?NEVER EVER use JOE HUDSON.Like in a million years. NEVER.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely ZERO willingness to do anything to help the customer. They have some sort of relationship with Geico in which they force you to use this body shop. Highly recommend you use any other shop in the area even if it takes weeks longer.

They (Wendy) gave me a very detailed estimate, saying that it's possible when they actually get into the repair there could be extra cost. Sure enough, they found it was structurally damaged and so my insurance company totalled it. They were very professional and informative during my experience with them. I recommend them even though they didn't repair my car.

I had a great experience; from the time the tow truck came to pick up my car, to the time they returned it to me, everything was great. A deer wanted to drive somewhere with me, in the attempt she destroyed the whole front of my car. I can't say enough. Great customer service. Mechanical work looks awesome. My car looks like new. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Brandon and everyone at Downs Paint & Body Shop.

I would not recommend anyone use this shop. I only used them because they are partnered with my insurance. I was originally told that my car would be ready on April 30. On the 27th they called and said it wouldn't be ready on the 30th, it would be the beginning of the following week. They said "we just had the car put together, it's going back to paint today then needs to be reassembled". It was an inconvenience, but a couple more days would have been reasonable. On May 2nd my husband called and spoke with Scott, who told him "we just had the car put together, it's going back to paint today then needs to be reassembled" and said it would be the end of the week before it would be ready. At some point the shop got in touch with my insurance and told them the car would be ready on the 13th, which was another week out. On the 13th I called to find out what time I would be able to pick up my car. I was told "we just had the car put together, it's going back to paint today then needs to be reassembled" and that it would be the ready "sometime next week". So today, on the 20th I called and spoke with Scott. This was my first time speaking with him. He had previously been speaking with my husband, but never to me. He answered the phone with an attitude and barely allowed me to speak. He constantly spoke over me, informed me that yet again, my car will not be ready this week, and even hung up on me. The blatant disregard for their customers and the fact that they refuse to set reasonable expectations is what bothers me. They have lied several times and made it very obvious that they do not care. Go to Cooks, you'll receive better service & quality.

Just picked up my 2013 Suburban from Down's and once again they have done great work. This is the second time I have used them for this vehicle and they did such good work the first time, that I refused to take it to the recommended shop Allstate wanted to send me to. Frank was excellent to deal with and made sure that the work was done in a timely manner. He even had the vehicle washed and polished prior to my arrival to pick it up. Highly recommend these guys! They will not disappoint.

I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. It wasn't. No calls or text messages telling me it would be delayed. I went to the business and was told it was fifth in line to be cleaned in washed but would not be ready that day. I returned Friday. Vehicle still not ready. (1) The cover for my battery was torn off and not replaced.(2) The check engine light was on and they told me that "It was because they disconnected the battery". 2 weeks later the battery died.(3) I told them about the battery cover and they said they ordered one for me. I picked it up and it was not the one that was on there when I dropped it off and did not fit.(4) I do not have time or the money to be running around trying to get them to get me the right cover for my battery.Service: Body & Trim

Would definitely recommend. I m telling you right now I bothered them more than the average person about my vehicle. Not once did they get irritated with me. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and running better than ever. Very friendly staff. Frank was very nice . And the lady at the front desk always answering the phone was as well . I can t get over how sweet they all were even though I called like every day. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

People there were very nice but the paint job on the vehicle sucked. We had to take to back and they had them buff it..they did not fix the orange peel or the dirt that was in the paint. We dropped it off again to be repainted. Got I back later that night and my husband was like it's not great but it will do. Then today we noticed huge scratches under the window where they have supposedly repainted the vehicle. So we will be taking it back for a 3rd time!! We reached out to corporate (via their form) last weekend. NEVER heard from them. Reached out again today (via same form...as NO number is listed in their site). Hopefully nwe will hear something this time!!

Joe Hudson s attempted to repair my 2019 F-250. 3 1/2 months later and the repairs have never been completed. Wrong parts were ordered on several occasions. The truck bed alignment is 3/4 off center. The paint job looks like a new apprentice attempted to do it. Hudson s was unable to complete a follow up appointment for unknown reasons. I m doing all can legally to remove this shop from being an authorized repair shop for my insurance company. I wouldn t recommend this company to my worst enemies. The people were all very nice, if that s of any comfort.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Although they did a great job on the damage & paint, the pin striping was all wrong & looked terrible. Unfortunately, someone else paid for the work before they corrected their error. They got their money so they could care less now. They won't return my calls & when I did reach the manager, he never called me back as promised. Staff person was rude when I tried to originally pick up the car and even spoke badly about his manager. Will never use them again. Thank goodness my own insurance doesn't use them! I only went to them because the person paying was a "friend" of theirs & I was trying to be nice about the accident.

I was rear ended in 2015 and upon the recommendation of several friends took my vehicle to Downs. However due to a problem with the insurance company, I had to take my vehicle elsewhere for service. The staff at Downs were extremely helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions and help to alleviate the frustration of having to take my vehicle to another shop across town. I told them that if I ever needed their services again I would look them up. Unfortunately in early 2016 I did need a good body shop and I took my vehicle to Downs. They did an outstanding job of returning my very low-mile vehicle to showroom condition. Staff were friendly and helpful and took care of all paperwork; basically I just had to show up and pay the deductible and pick up my vehicle when they were done. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who needs paint and body services.

I will never use them again. Sloppy work and poor quality control. There were so many things wrong with the vehicle after picking it up that it filled an entire page. Make sure you take detailed close up pictures when you drop it off and compare them when picking it up. There were scratches on parts of the car that weren't there prior to dropping it off. They told me I would have to prove that they weren't there beforehand. Thankfully I had the pictures to prove it. It took and excessive amount of time and effort into making sure the vehicle was somewhat decent in the end. Ultimately I ended up trading the car in because I was disgusted with it.

Bruce was amazing! Very sweet and knowledgeable! They had my car done within a day and the girl upfront even made sure the enterprise guy had a reservation for me so I wasn't stranded with my infant! Amazing customer service!

One of the worse places I've ever had the misfortune to do business with. Tried to charge for things that were never done. Car was there for 19 days to get a side mirror replaced. Never did get it replaced. After 19 days they just reattached the old one. Tried to charge for removing the door handle and door glass, which was never done. More then doubling the bill. Unplugging and replugging the old mirror in they blow a fuse. They did replace the fuse but at first I was told to take it to a dealership to get fixed but the seat was moved up so far I couldn't get in the car, so reluckly they replaced the fuse they blew. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, any where else.
