Very pleased. Ordered tires for the RV and they got right away, even before I was in town. I arrived after they closed and they offered the driveway for us to park in overnight so they can get started early in the morning. Sure enough they got started on it even before they officially opened. Was out of there before I thought I'd be. Good job to the Goodyear team!

I have a custom van that I needed a tire on. My current setup is slightly stretched since my rims are 9 in wide. These guys didn't question me. When I told them my size I needed they were straight to the point and have nice old school manners. Quick and no bull. We'll be going here for my tires from now onService: TiresService: Tires

We blew a tire on our camper on our way back to Indiana. They were courteous, helpful and quick to get us back on the road. We got four new tires mounted and we were on our way in no time! Highly recommend them!

Just got a lift done on my 4Runner. I dropped it off at open 730am Monday with the promise it would be done that day. I had called ahead the previous week. I was called Monday afternoon and told they were short staffed so couldn t get it done. Fine, stuff happens. No problem. Wasted time dropping and picking up but still got the oil changed. Let s reschedule. Brought it back at shop open 730am Friday as scheduled and agreed. Was told there was one other car in front of me, but I was next and it was promised to be done that day. Never receive a call with any update that it s ready. Called the shop back around 2 just to check in. They said it should be done by shop close. Never receive a call back. Called back at 430 shop closes at 5. Was told they were just wrapping up the alignment. Okay. Great. Done by the end of the day as promised, right?However, upon pickup, after asking before I left (not being told) if there is anything I should know and if everything went smoothly, I was told that there are a some dash lights on and that if they don t go away over the weekend, I can come back next week to have them checked out. In my opinion, that is not a complete job. The ABS warning, slip indicator lights are on and the 4WD is flashing in error. I cannot even engage 4WD any more. These lights were not flashing when I left the car there. I feel like I got bumped to the back of the line and then rushed out the door without the job being completely done. Now I have to waste my day again dropping off and picking up to get the job completed. It was very frustrating.On top of that, there is a big gouge/scratch out of my right rear bumper that I am certain was not there before! It even looks like someone tried to wipe it off or buff it out. Not informing me of it is not okay. I understand stuff happens but at least be honest and have some integrity about it.About a week later I hear a rattling noise coming from both sides of the rear of my vehicle. Upon close inspection, it turns out the the sway bars on each side are disconnected and had now shifted down after driving and were rattling against other metal parts of the vehicle. Had to reconnect them myself. Again, an incomplete job by people not paying attention to detail and a terrible experience.I didn t pay $600 to have my car returned in worse condition. I won t ever return to this shop and I would recommend you stay away unless maybe you re just getting new tires. But even then, be wary.

I was in a bind trying to move across country when I got a tear in my tire. I came into this establishment and they understood my situation and did all they could to patch me up and provide their best advice moving forward. I have never received such professional and caring service from any business before. They had my best interests in mind the whole time. If I were still living in the area, they would have my full business any time I had an issue!

My travel trailer had one tire blown out and I saw online that they carry RV tires so I called them and came down first thing from an RV park down the road about 15 miles. These guys couldn t have been any nicer or helpful and had me in and done in one hour. Jimmy and Jeffry helped me. Upon their recommendation, they pulled the other tire on the trailer snd it too was showing wear and so I had it replaced. I feel safe for the long drive back to Denver.As it turns out, my 2019 trailer came with cheap 2017 tires. I purchased this trailer new from the dealer. Not too happy about that.In an era where customer service is almost always lacking, this shop is on top of it all.Service: Tires

We had two tires go out on us, called eagle tire, they sent out a service tech, we were on our way in about 45min, very quick, and knowledgeable. Thank you Matthew! They are on the pricier side, but job well done.

My experience over the years with Goodyear tire here in Milton has been overall well. There unfortunately are 2 websites for this business. One , if you Google tire you get Good year tire, the profile I am leaving my comments. I later found they also go by Eagle tire, same address and location. Also same phone number.I recently purchased a set of 4 -20" tires and wheels. I also requested to have some other service work done to my car at the time my new wheels and tires were to be installed.After speaking to the owners son on Friday, here said if you want the additional bolt on parts to be installed as well, please come in Monday morning and they would accommodate all my needs. I'm medically retired, and had to arrange a friend to bring new parts in his pickup, and also to pickup the tires that were currently on my car.I showed up at about 9:15 am that following Monday, with my person I paid to help with the movement of all parts and ride home. I was then told by the owner that HE TOLD ME TO BE HERE AT 7:30 am, the time they opened , and they could not possibly do the work because others cane before me. I said your website says you open at 8 am and he said no, it says 7:30. Well I said, First I didn't even speak to you that previous Friday, I spoke to your son . And we are both right about the hours..unmm well kinda ?!?! The Goodyear website says open at 8am , Eagle tire says 7:30? I at that time had no knowledge of eagle tire, I Googled Goodyear's website.Point being that morning I left my car with only having the tires installed. I paid over $1700 dollars in advance for wheels and tires . Was treated like a 2nd class customer, and the owner implied I was a liar about what the website said, but more so because he claimed HE told me to show up at 7:30am. Which was an outright lie. Service has never been an issue with me with this Goodyear. Integrity is a big issue for me. I worked in high level management for the last 25 yrs of my employment before medically retiring. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated by the one person, the owner with disrespect, and disregard. The one whom should be setting the example of customer service.I will not recommend, nor ever spend another dime at this place. But in closing, not really sure when they have 2 business names, but at least know what each website says. Thst actual hours match.

Used for tires and they put weights too high got caught in front brakes and around rim. Wife used, only to have keys left unobtainable and forced to wait after hours whilst raining. Thanks for trying to help but more than a few things wrong in my or my wives 3 visits.

Awesome job. From out of town, Friday afternoon. Shop helped us out in a pinch, getting four trailer tires replaced that were out of balance for a long drive home. Thumbs up Ricky Williamson & Team!

Not ever again, they quoted me a price for two tires and went up 100.00 bucks on each tire when I came to get the word done plus my oldest son got a job and he's trying hard, all that owner did was be little him and bullied him!!
