Wonderful people, I called about an issue, got quoted $700-800 and got my car dropped off. Got a call a few hours later saying they don't think that's the issue, and what they thought actually was would be about $100 cheaper. Got that fixed up and called me the next day to come get my car, less than $600 out the door. Super friendly and honest, weren't pushy at all, and explained everything!

10 Stars!! I cannot recommend G&L enough!! Very fair and affordable prices, and great customer service.We took our car there after having trouble starting and the engine was running rough. They spent hours trying to get to the root of the problem, but Jeremy only ever charged me their standard diagnosis of ~$75. There was multiple problems with the engine, including the ECM. They replaced the ECM, but when that did not entirely fix the problem, Jeremy decided not to charge me anything for it. From his service to how straight forward and easy to work with he was, Jeremy was by far the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever dealt with.

**********10 stars! **********I hate having to take my car in for work to be done on it, but I wouldn't take it anywhere but here. Jeremy and his guys are great. They have repaired the AC in both my vehicles, the day before a road trip on each of them. They were able to get me in and done, as promised. The labor rates are cheaper than anyone else I've seen in the area and you only get charged for the time it actually took. Both times I was charged less than I was quoted. It's hard to find an honest car shop anymore, and who knew that there would be one in Milton. Give these guys a chance, they won't disappoint.

Look no further than G&L! Extraordinary customer service and end product that far exceeds any expectations you may have. Jeremy is polite and will keep you well informed on maintenance progress. Everyone in the shop is fast paced and experienced that has led to same day completion on all projects I have brought in.After experiencing problems at a quick lube before 13 hour road trip, I called G&L and it was resolved in a timely manner AFTER HOURS to get me on the road safely. Jeremy is extremely professional and understanding. He stays in touch and gave a break down of every cost and everything that needed to be fixed with the car. I will absolutely be using them again! 10/10 highly recommend!

My water pump went out and my car was at another shop where they were asking an insane amount for the repair. I was referred to G&L by a couple friends at work and after speaking to the owner I immediately had my car towed to their shop. I was not disappointed and will be continuing to go there for all my auto needs and absolutely refer them to everyone I know. They provide exceptional service at a reasonable price and were so quick to get it done.Service: Engine repair

I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that has had some issues I took it to one mechanic shop and it set for 14 days due to having to deal with a warranty company I decided I was going to take it to someone else to see if they could work with my warranty company a little better . I live very close to G&L Auto Repair so I thought why not. I had just dropped my daughter off at school and it was still early, and close enough to my house I could walk back if need be. I called and Jeremy answered and told me to come on in and he would work me in!!!!! I could not believe it I had no appointment made and I know he was busy because all mechanics are and you don't dare go to some shops without a appointment . He got my information ,and information for the warranty company. Jeremy was so nice and very helpful he explained the whole process of how the warranty company's like to do things. I don't feel like he's trying to get over on me because I'm a girl !!! I found my new mechanic I will recommend all of my friends and family to G&L Auto for any of the vehicle repairs for now on he's awesome. Thanks for helping me out. My intake manifold gasket was leaking so I searched online for a repair shop. I am so glad I chose to bring my vehicle to G&L. The owner and technician are very knowledgeable and genuine. They were able to replace the faulty gaskets and did so at a great price and completed the work on the SAME DAY! There was another unrelated minor issue that popped up after the original repair and they fixed it too at no additional charge. A great local shop that s only goal is to fix your car and help you out! Had a misfiring cylinder, turned it in at 8am on a Sat and it was out by 12 pm. Jeremy did a great job of pulling the curtain and explaining how the problems of the car would be fixed, and Joel did the heavy mechanical work to fix it. Will be coming back here if I have any other car problems.

I was recently on a road trip to the area to visit family when my truck broke down1200 miles from home, scary stuff what with all the horror stories one hears aboutrepair shops taking advantage of situation such as mine but I tell you I ve not met suchnice folks in way too long, now they were not able to fix all the stuff I had wrong on my RUSTY oldtruck, ya can t wield rust to rust but they did help me out with my transfer case to make sure I made itback to NJ in time for another snowstorm.You will not find better people to trust your car to,Thank you guys

Clearly a local business that cares more about taking care of customers than pushing for profit. All work taken to the shop has been done well and completed far more quickly than I would have expected. The owner is honest and straightforward.
