While traveling, James and his team were able to diagnose the problem, explain everything to me, as well as call around to find where in the area I could have the failed repair covered under warranty. Instead of taking it back to the shop that originally did the work incorrectly, I asked James and his team to sign me up as their new customer. They are friendly, helpful, and fast. Everyone should know a mechanic like these guys.

The Florida Store of Milton (our local Firestone dealer) provides high quality auto repair and tire service. I can't say enough good things about the place. Family run, the people are friendly and knowledgable, you will always get a fair deal and they will go out of their way to the get the job done for you. You can't go wrong !!

I have been calling around town for tire and called this store for a price check and im half tempted to just go with them despite the prices because when I called I spoke to a man named James and he was just so kind , wasn't in a hurry or didn't speak to me as if i were dumb. If anything he spent a good 10 mins giving all kind of knowledge about the tire i needed and the difference in sizes. He was so kind and patient . Im going with them just for that reason . Thank you James ! looking forward to doing business with y'all . (sorry for poor grammar and punctuation.)

More of a family hangout than a business. Constant hollering from shop area. Good prices on tires, but your better off leaving your vehicles a few days.
