Finding a good and trustworthy mechanic is hard. Andrew at East bay is the man. My truck wasn't running right and needed a new part. Hill Kelly dodge quoted me over 1000 dollars to fix it. So I shopped around and Andrew took me in. Very professional and fast. Not to mention the best part, he saved me 500+ dollars and had my truck back to me in less than 24hrs. I will forever use East Bay Automotive for all my vehicle needs. These people are top notch. 10/10

No wonder you re top rated! After a lot of shopping Milton, Pace , and online, I settled on a tire that you guys recommended and they re the best tires I ve ever had! A huge difference from the AT tire I always buy. These are smooth, quite n good looking Highway tire for my truck. I m very pleased with my choice. Thank you

My one and only choice for automotive repair needs. David and Drew are good guys who have hired a good crew. They have been honest, fair, and fast at fixing the issues that have came up with my vehicle. They also recommend and note future items for servicing and do warranty work which was very good news for me. 5 stars, gents. You all have earned it in my book!

We are thrilled with our Murano! We dreaded the process of buying a car, but we really enjoyed it with David at East Bay Automotive!!! Everyone there was so pleasant and the process was enjoyable. I showed up expecting to buy 4 new tires due to some dry rot my son saw on 2 of my tires that were less than 50% wore out. David took the time to look at them and put me at ease with not replacing them just yet. What a stand up guy and wonderful business ethic East Bay Automotive has. I am a customer for life.

This place is amazing!The mechanics are knowledgeable, professional, super courteous... and the owner & his wife also work here. Family, local business and they were super thorough with my 2002 Chevy.*also, the music jams playing were awesome, too!*If you are in need, I highly recommend!

I have had plenty of bad experiences with auto shops but East Bay is amazing. They're transparent and explained everything in great detail to ensure I understood what was going on/being recommended and why. They're the best in terms of price, customer service, and quality as far as I'm concerned. If you're looking for a shop you can trust I'd recommend East Bay. East Bay Automotive is the ONLY place I trust to work on my vehicle. Drew, David and Josh are the BEST. They are honest, more than fair with pricing and will treat you like family. I had 2 motor mounts replaced that multiple other shops could not diagnose but East Bay figured it out right away. I will never trust another shop in town again. If you are on the fence about a car repair; take it your car to East Bay; they will do it right the first time! Thanks guys!!!

Honestly I don't ever trust mechanics, especially being a woman but these guys are incredibly caring, honest n sincere. I absolutely highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for anything n everything. I pray many Blessings upon them business wise as well as Personally. Thank you to Drew n David for all your help. I got a great price on tires (Off season pricing maybe) call b4 March 1st. Drew is extremely professional and knowledgeable! He will quote you a very fair price and repair time and will honor them. They will even give you a ride to Publix! My two favorite businesses for quality, price and location. All this in Milton!

Had water pump, harmonic balancer, and several other systems worked on here at East Bay. Very HONEST and very CLEAN! My Air Conditioner was blowing hot during the hottest part of the year and the guys at East Bay were able to get me in and out in 2 hours with the ice machine A/C blasting! Everything has been going great with the vehicle and I am about a week out from service my last service. Mr. David reached out after 3 days to ensure everything is running great! True Professionals! I highly recommended!

Took my wife s navigator to them for work last time it needed servicing, the guys here are very polite and professional. Recently I experienced an issue with my oil pan and reached out to East Bay Automotive to see about service. David and his crew were able to get a quote over to me quickly, and had me scheduled for service right away. Everyone was so friendly and prices were very reasonable. Just got my oil change and vehicle inspection on my Jeep Grand Cherokee today. This place does it right! Great service, great staff! My service was quick (much less than an hour) and the staff was very knowledgeable. They don t try to sell you anything extra, only what is needed or what you request. They provide excellent recommendations on what to expect for future required service as well as how best to care for your vehicle. The Service Manager, Drew, is professional and knowledgeable and the owner, David, is very involved.I wish I had known they can find me a used car of my selection and save me the dealer over-pricing because I would have used them in this very high priced market. But they have assured me I made a good choice, just wouldn t say if I overpaid ha

We were on vacation and our car died in Navarre Beach. My dad suggested having it towed to East Bay Automotive because he has used them in the past. We found out it was our alternator and it wasn t an easy replacement. We needed to get back home in a few days and Drew worked so hard to get us in and ready to go. He kept us informed about the process and when it would be finished. The car was repaired even earlier than originally expected. Thank you, Drew, for taking such good care of us!

***UPDATE 23Jun2023***I knocked one star off due to some work I needed to get done on my car for my third visit of this shop. They ordered parts which were delayed and had the wrong parts that didn't properly fit in my car. The work was extended past their projection time for maintenance. The setback unfortunately cut into my 2nd job and caused me to lose 4 hours of pay. I'll still give them the benefit of the doubt. But if this happens again then I'll possibly look for another mechanic.***Up to this review these guys have a perfect 5.0 star rating for a reason. I needed my door handle replaced and was shopping around for estimates. Two auto shops charged a little high for the replacement. While East Bay Automotive estimated me for a lower price than the other shops. I went in and less than an hour they replaced my door handle with ease.

David is awesome! Started the process of looking for a car as soon as I texted him. He sent me photos the next day and we ended up snagging a beautiful Chevy 2500 well under retail. Experience was extremely easy and he did everything necessary with the DMV included with the car. He also did a full service of the vehicle before handing me the keys just to make sure everything was above board. All in all a very easy and painless experience. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with these guys, while they repaired my axles and even got me a oil change they found me the best deal for my car. They were attentive they called me with updates on my car they made sure I was aware of the market values of what they were getting and where they were getting them from. Very lovely worker's nothing but great things to say not only did they fix my car they have just fixed my brother's car as well which has major engine damage and was able to fix it a reasonable price. Once again could not recommend enough if you're looking for great mechanic shop this is the place!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

David and his guys (Hey Drew! Thanks for all your help!) at East Bay Auto are incredible! They have been working on my car since they took over the old Jerry s Tires location on Stewart Street and they have gone above and beyond all expectations. Their communication is 10 out of 10 and they are incredibly honest and fair. I love that they call me before moving forward with any unexpected repairs to run through my options. There are no hidden fees and you never feel cheated when walking out of their doors. My boyfriend has always worked on his own truck to avoid having to deal with your average auto shops and even he was so pleased with their service that he dropped his truck off this morning. That may not seem like much but trust me, it s huge! We love David and his guys and we are so happy to have them as our local shop.Edited to add: A year (and many other services) later and we still love this place. Won t ever go anywhere else as long as David and his team are here.You won t regret bringing your vehicle to these guys.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
