My beautiful Mazda was hit in a parking lot. I took it to Cook's in Milton, and I got it back 4 days later looking brand new again. They even cleaned the interior. I am so pleased. I even got a status update so I knew what to expect. Fantastic job!

So, I have no animosity towards cook's whatsoever. My car was recently brought here and was totaled out by my insurance company. It was the right decision though. I appreciate the professionalism and honestly provided by cooks on the condition of my car and the fairness in the quote sent to my insurance company. Thank you cooks. You did me a great service I didn't know I needed

I had a not so good time with cooks auto and body. My car was hit while I was parked and I went to where the insurance place told me to go to. So I get there it's takes 4 or 6 weeks to fix my car and when ingetvit back the front two head lights know have mositer in them and the AC worked before I brought it to cooks . Know aknow it's doesn't. Why didnthey not check all this before I pick up my vehicle. Why do I have to loose money again by missing work to return to the auto place to get it fixed. This makes me so mad the people who helped me were not very nice or helpful. I am NOT pleased with the customer service service and I will not recommend any one to do business with them.

I would recommend this place to my friends and all of my family members. Everyone I spoke to here was so nice! Robert went above and beyond. He made me feel so comfortable and he's very knowledgeable and kind hearted. Thank you!!

I've never experienced this level of service, integrity, kindness and quality of work in "any" other auto service or repair facility. This is simply an amazing shop to do business with.I've had body damage repaired and repainted and several visits to have accessories professionally installed. Each time I had the good fortune to have Robert take care of us.Quite frankly, I can't say enough good things about Robert and Cook's. My highest recommendation.

Took my car here for some body work per the recommendation of a family member and had a great experience!Professional, kind and excellent work! 100 percent will return again!The thing that really pushed my experience from good to superior was Mike. Mike remembered that I casually mentioned my mom having surgery and the next time I spoke with him he asked me how she was doing and remembered her first name. I was moved to tears that he remembered and cared enough to ask.Thank you folks for everything- I ll see you next time I need any type of body work done!Service: Body & Trim

This place is great. Staff is super friendly and they are very professional. They got my car done quickly, which saved me rental car fees. My car looks great, you'd never be able to tell a metal ladder hit it head-on on the interstate. It wasn't until I got home the next day that I realized they washed my car, vacuumed the inside, and spotlessly cleaned my floor mats. My car was a wreck, literally, inside and out when I dropped it off, and to have it clean and looking brand new when I picked it up was really awesome. I appreciate that extra mile and nice touch. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent place to get body work done. They were very fast and Mike was super helpful and very courteous. I grew up in a body shop, so I appreciate a good shop when I come across one.

Excellent job and a much faster turnaround than expected for a nearly totaled vehicle. Only issue found after having vehicle back for a couple of weeks was some airflow at passenger door window. I took it back and they had it adjusted in no time. Great customer service and friendly staff. I certainly don t plan to need their services again, but if i do, I will definitely be going to Cooks!

Worked with Robert at Cooks paint and body for repairs on my vehicle. He provided excellent customer service which demonstrated the values of the shop as a whole. The turn around was quick as well and I had my car returned to me in just a few days. They provided excellent communication as well.

Robert was very pleasant to deal with. He handled the process very professional he broke down all the charges explained every detail on my paperwork and walked around my vehicle. I would definitely use their services again.

I got quotes from three companies and they were all within $60 for a $1,500 job. I chose Cook's because of a friend's experience with them. Robert and Mike were both great to work with and my repair looks fantastic! I would have given 5 stars but it was not finished on time. Instead of renting a car for five days, I had to rent for nine days and at $50 per day, that was $200 more than planned.

On Thursday 11/8/18 I had Cooks remove my front bumper on my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, to do a horn up grade, & replace a stone hit damaged fog light, both of which required the complete removal of the front bumper. This required the removal of about 20 different fasteners of different kinds, & the careful removal of the bumper as to avoid any paint scratches or damage of any kind. They did this in about an hours time, while I waited. They started promptly at the appointment time, & charged only the reasonable advance estimated amount. I was very pleased with the after job completion, explanation of the procedure performed. I would feel confident to use them again, for reasonable cost & the workmanship.

Walked into this shop and was immediately rejected for a estimate. I received rude looks for walking in on a rainy day and was told by one of the employees that he was not doing an estimate today as he wasn t going to look at it in the rain. People need to realize the effort it might take to get where they have a free day for an estimate. All of this happened after I called the day before and they told me I could come in any time for an estimate this morning. Luckily a nearby shop took me right in a few minutes later

Cook's was upfront and honest with me from the beginning as far as expectations on the time it would take to complete the work on my truck. Their work was at least as good as my hopes and expectations. I would recommend Cook's to anyone who is looking for a good, dependable and honest Paint and Body Shop.

Worst paint job I have ever had on a vehicle. Fenders and Bumper were put on correctly....Paid for items not performed on the vehicle. When called they asked me to return and they would take care of it. I'll pass. Wouldn't have said a thing to me if I hadn't noticed the front end wasn't touched after paying for a front end alignment. Only get one chance with me!Service: Painting

They replaced and painted my bumper after I was rear ended. I setup the appointment and dropped it off for a few days. It looked perfect when I picked it up. Thanks for the great job.

I am giving Cook's 3 stars because they were nice and did give me a free estimate. I recieved a free estimate from Ray at Cook's. He quoted me nearly twice as much as two other reputable body shops in the area. Needless to say, I used another body shop and saved myself $400! I recommend that you shop around and get multiple estimates before letting Cook's Paint & Body Shop work on your vehicle.

Took them a vehicle yesterday , I was quoted 2400 from maaco in pensacola to have it rebuilt but could not get to it for months so i took it too COOKS , COOKS wanted 10K plus a 8k dollar difference WTH. NOT ONLY that my vehicle has not even been there for 24 hrs and I was called and told if it is not picked up by this afternoon I would start to be charged for storage. WHAT A JOKE YALL ARE.

My Cadillac SRX was in an accident and was taken to Cook's for repairs, just got it back yesterday after extensive work. It looks like a new car inside and out. Thanks so much to Mike and his crew. I will only be too happy to refer a friend!!

That was the WORST customer service experience I ever had in a body shop! The guy that sat on the right side (unfortunately he didn't introduce himself before he got rude) was very unprofessional and seemed to be unstable.Absolutely not recommended!

Great place I never use anyone else Mike and Robert are GREAT people to deal with sadly I've had more then my share fair of accidents and each and every time they do an AMAZING LIFETIME WARRANTY REPAIR and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE .. THANKS MIKE AND ROBERT FOR ALL YOUR CARE AND QUALITY WORK.
