Went here the other day and had a great time. Many vehicles to see and parts to purchase. Nice bald guy at the front. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Shane is very knowledgeable and amazing. He has helped me many times and has always been incredibly easy to work with and happy to assist. He is always my first call when i need parts for my BMW. Thank you for the amazing service.

Shaun absolutely went above and beyond in getting me a great low milage engine. He makes me feel like I am his own family. I absolutely recommend Butlers and Shaun for used replacement auto parts. They really helped me through a painful experience. I only wish I had gone there first , would have saved me time and headache. Bravo Zulu Shaun!

I looked all over Southwest Florida for a factory set of rims for my 2005 Ford explorer and couldn't find them anywhere finally found Butler's and got a hold of John and he hooked me up with two very nice looking rims and good price ship them right on time everything went great good place to work with.

Friendly staff. $2 admission into the yard. Pending what parts your looking for, a true pick a part. Just know up front engines are pulled, as are many of the more usable or desired parts. Most Drive train and transmissions are also pulled. Their website would save you some time finding what you need. But fir small parts, bolts and clips a yard trip will get uou sorted.

Great place to pick up used parts. I am working on a big project and Shawn at the Milton location has been a huge help. I couldn't have found the parts I needed without his help. They have tons of quality inventory of off the shelf parts and off the u-pull it lot. The lot is very organized and most major parts are marked to ensure which vehicle they came from. Prices on u-pull parts are pretty cheap and zi was able to buy most of what I needed for a 2x4 to 4x4 conversion off that lot.

This place is great. Best costumer service, most organized, and has so much to choose from. They actually had the vehicle i have that s kinda rare. The dude Sean was a big help and was going down with the price whenever I didn t have exactly enough

Probably the best experience I have ever had at a salvage yard. Called them looking for a replacement hitch for my titan. They told me they had 4 titans on the yard and come take a look. The yard was super clean and the employees were very helpful and nice. Felt like I was in the twilight zone compared to other yards I have bought used auto parts from. When I called I fully expected it to be a hassle, glad I called these guys. Thanks for the hitch! I will be back.

The experience I had at Butlers Auto Recycling was top notch. They were able to give me the best price for my scrap vehicle, and much better customer service than the other guys in Pensacola. Absolutely wonderful, 5/5 would recommend!

My first experience at a junkyard. I found some replacement rims. They have a computerized inventory of their vehicles and the parts so it is easy to match parts to what you want. Helpful staff and good prices.

These guys went above and beyond for me. They had the rim I was looking for and let me know I could come back with any issues I had. They assured me that they would take care of me as long as I was there in time. Most yards j go to have worse customer service during work hours, and these guys stayed late! I cannot take yall enough, and I will be back

I've been here a couple of times. It seems difficult to find someone for assistance. They are good in a pinch, if you just need to get a car on the road today. Just looked up the price for a brake caliper, they say $115, it costs $67 new? They are expensive, so if you have time, just order a part.

We organized shop and yard, extremely friendly staff. Knowledable about their on stock inventory. Great price.Also Service Dog (LEFITIMATE ONES) where very much welcomed, which was a nice change of pace for an disabled vet and his S.D. went entering a business. No hassle bit they knew their rights about servoce dogs, In was really impressed.I had hunted all over the tri-county area and I should have just called them first.

First of all the place looks nice but very disorganized ever row had a Chevy Silverado (witch I was looking for) mixed in with all other vehicles all shape and size. It took me over 2 hours to look through other vehicles that was shuffle throw the whole lot...Second there price is too high for what they're selling they wanted 52 dollars for a used air filter box I checked Amazon and it was 63 dollars plus I would have got 20% off my order for a brand new airfilter box

As a u pull it yard prices are mostly ridiculous. I was literally cussed out by the white haired guy at the front desk for asking a price on something. Said i was wasting his time and he had customers to help.....guess im not a customer... Ive done business with the pensacola locations for 10 years with no problem...I still dont understand the issue the guy had. Maybe his boyfriend broke up with him this morning, idk. If he was my employee he would be unemployed. However instead of being unprofessional ( childish)as he was i kindly grabbed my tools and went on my way...people like him ruin businesses everyday. Butlers is awesome but this guy has got to go.

I got there right at closing time on a Saturday. If it were me working, I would've been frustrated, but they were very friendly and stayed late to help me. I even offered to give them a tip that they did not accept.

The employees were so nice and helpful. Prices are good lot was organized and clean. Well as clean as a junkyard can be of course. We are definitely going back.

Needed a motor for my car. Butler Auto Parts had just what I was looking for. The price was reasonable, the staff polite, professional, and helpful. When I need another part for my vehicles Butlers is where I am going

Old Vehicle DOY. Butler's has save me money on parts for my truck. They keep the yard clean and organized. The staff is friendly andknowledgeable.

Stopped in today to look around and found couple things. Staff are very friendly and courteous will definitely be back since my local pick and pull has been destroyed and shut down to hurricane Michael

After finally finding butlers, I'm very satisfied with the customer service of everyone in the off on the phone and especially in person and it's well worth the search, to find them, parts and vehicles are very well laid out very roomy to remove parts no issues what so ever!

Great service! I was confused where to drive to get to the office. It is not a business that has much available for disabled persons. Nice people though!
