I took in some broken pieces of glass from a hand made table from Bali. They made a new table top of glass that fit perfectly into the table. Great craftsmanship!

Had a window damage due to a tornado in March 2022. Additionally we had some aluminum windows that no longer opened and closed correctly.The folks from Avalon Glass came out and quoted the job. Once we Grred to the quote they ordered the glass and parts needed.Crew arrived for repairs, they were courteous, professional and neat.Windows look and work great now thanks to Avalon Glass. We won't hesitate to use Avalon Glass for our future Glass needs.Thanks guys.

I am so very pleased with Avalon Glass!! My neighbor s children broke my full light glass back door. After two weeks of nothing getting fixed, I finally got frustrated and called Avalon glass. Traci was super helpful and was able to get a team out to my house the same day!! The gentlemen were very nice and got the job done in less then 30 minutes. I am beyond impressed with their customer service and professionalism! The glass pane was reasonably priced; along with the labor. Thank you so much for helping me out during this pandemic!!

I have used Avalon Glass to replace glass in my home windows twice over the last couple of years. The first replacement went off without a hitch, but the recent replacement had some installation issues. Avalon Glass made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner which showed a high regard for the customer's satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use Avalon Glass for any future needs.

Bad business. My car windshield had a chip so I brought it to Avalon Glass to be filled. Less than 2 hours after they filled it, the chip turned into a large crack. As I now needed to get the windshield replaced, I immediately brought the car back. They told me that sometimes this could happen and there was nothing they could do. I was not informed of this before they did the repair either in writing or verbally. They had now forced me to replace my windshield and told me that they would not pay for the replacement. They offered to refund me for the service that they did do, but they did not take responsibility for the damage that their work did to my windshield. I will not do business with them again.

I have scheduled about 3 weeks ago, on Friday at noon, for them to come out and measure some windows to order them and maybe replace them, or we were going to replace them. They wanted to get all my info, shoe size included, and promised to come out Saturday or Monday the latest. I had them call my local guy to make sure he gets them in. No call, nothing, radio silence.Just got off the phone, and found out they don t wanna sit in traffic and come down here to where I am.Should I have been from the area, it would not have been a big issue, but here I am waiting for the glass to come and they didn t even bother to come measure or call me to let me know.0 0 0 professionalism or care... I guess customer service, decency and professionalism is arbitrary for them...I would find someone else...!!!!!

Avalon glass installed a tub shower semi frameless glass door in my bathroom and they replaced the glass and trim to the doors leading to my Florida room. They did an outstanding job. They are very friendly and professional.

I set up an appt. on Wednesday for Friday at 2:30pm and received a phone call stating they are cancelling the appt. today due to other Appts. I offered to extend my Business hours to work with them in effort to get window replaced and etc. The Woman on the phone was rude, wouldn t listen and constantly talked over me. I wouldn t refer this company to anyone and I had a horrible experience with Avalon Glass. We have a broken window in our home with temperatures of 37 degrees and a small child and etc. yet no consideration from this company just horrible and unreliable service!

I do not recommend Avalon Glass. For someone who has been in business for 16 years they do not know how to handle difficult situations that arise, are unprofessional and have poor customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and find another company to work with for your glass and window needs.

I was yelled at by the incredibly rude receptionist over the phone because I don't have the correct window in my house. The reason I called was for an estimate to get it replaced. Unbelievable.

Was late to show up then what was a tiny chip less than a dime is now a broken windshield because the service guy broke it trying to repair. He just packed up and left. Whatever you do don't use this company.
