A meeting with this, pups forever, Mommy. In the Auto zone parking lot,I have always loved this store. They are always friendly, professional, and informed.Prices are good.They have a "loan a tool" program for a refundable deposit.They can also use a meter to diagnose some idiot lights.Highly recommend this store for all automotive needs!

My car barely made it into the AutoZone parking lot. It died just as I was trying to turn in and I managed to get it in a parking spot. The battery light had been on and I had lost all power. A young man by the name of Jesse came out to test my battery and also my alternator. Both of them were bad. Jesse went above and beyond just selling me a battery and an alternator. He himself removed my alternator and battery and then installed both of them for me while I looked on in disbelief. Never have I been to an auto parts store where any of the employees went out of their way to assist me and get me back on the road again. He most definitely went above and beyond, and I will be visiting AutoZone in Milton again if I have any more issues with my car. He deserves the employee of the year award and AutoZone is very lucky to have him. One of the managers even came out and helped him when he had a bolt that was very resistant and didn't want to move. I highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for auto parts or assistance with diagnosing their vehicle.

Well of course when you're on the road something always happens and needed the part for my Jeep so I definitely looked up the closest auto parts store and there they were ready to help get me what I needed and take care of me got to love AutoZone and I'm sure I'll find another one alone way thanks again guys we appreciate it

Marty the store Manager at the Milton Florida branch offers punctual service and has gone the extra mile for me on several occasions. His staff is knowledgeable and professional. I recommend you check them out.

Every time I come in this place i get top notch service, by far the best Autozone in the area. Gentleman named Bobby today helped me out with diagnosing the right part I needed. customer service like that is hard to find.

I have always gotten great customer service at this location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Update, went by again and Dave came out and fixed my break light for me! I am a loyal customer for life at this location thank you to all of the helpful staff and super customer service!

Really good store and people, I just done overhauled my engine and all my parts I got through them, and it went very smoothly overall, my first choice when it comes to auto parts for sure. They also have a very helpful app that I use, very useful, nobody else has anything as good as they got. I'm very pleased

I stopped at Auto Zone yesterday at 5:30pm and asked them if they could help me (I'll try to make this short). We have a new Mitsubishi truck for work and blew the motor after just 10k miles. So, it had been 2 hrs away at the closest Mitsubishi dealer getting a new motor put in for a month. This is only one of two service trucks that we have so it was a very stress full month without it.We finally got our truck back and the first day in service the check engine light come on at the end of our day. Now I had all kinds of bad scenarios running through my head and just ready to give up. So, I started calling local garages in Milton to see if someone could do a diagnostic for us so I could see if the truck was safe to drive back up to the dealer in Dothan. I tried 6 different garages and nobody could help me. So I drove over to Auto Zone and told them what was going on. So a guy named Mark helped us by doing a quick diagnostic (for free) and looking up the codes and it said to check the batteries. Mark checked the batteries for us and we found that they needed replaced. We bought 2 batteries for the truck and Mark sat out in the pouring down rain and changed our batteries. Thank you for going above and beyond Mark. I wish more people cared about their jobs like you. You saved us from possibly having to take our truck out of town to get fixed and losing another day of work. Thank you , thank you, thank you.

Part I needed, $12 cheaper than the competition. Could have done 5 stars but there is always some minor confusion or delay at checkout. I don't think their IT system is very user friendly.

This store has had excellent service and advice that has always impressed me. Younger employees may still need a little more training, but we have all had those first type jobs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Mark helped me pick out a portable air pump that I needed. He told its the one he uses and he also gifted one to his dad. He also took me outside and showed me how to use it. I ve been going for years and will continue to because of the great people that work there! Shout out to Brion as well!

The big guy behind the counter was hard to understand, kept mumbling and talking very quietly and getting mad when I couldn't understand him he acted like everything he had to do was some major task that was super inconvenient to him

Great products but when in store perusing merchandise everything I chose was not the price marked. I was excited about this 25.00 flashlight on sale for $9 bucks but nope not on sale neither was the second it third one I chose. Also I bought a drink holder it was supposed to be $4.99 and it rang up $6.99 and it's not like the guy fixed it or offered me anything just watched me put it back. Definitely a missed opportunity on the cashier and I'm pretty sure he was a manager if some sort. Just could have been better and it really had been in the past.

Devin and Marty provided top of the line service from start to finish! My battery is under the passenger seat which has given people trouble in the past, but Marty knew exactly what he was doing and had it changed out for me in no time! I bought a battery from them and it was a fair price but a pair of shocks I needed they were almost twice the price as I could buy them from someone else. I like the place and the prices are generally competitive just sometimes you have to shop around
