My daughter and I went with All wired because they had nice reviews. Our experience was short of great. We went in and instead of telling us the radio we brought in could cause potential issues they instead installed it. When we picked it up they only stated you will have to manually turn off the radio even with the key out of the ignition. We said that s not normal and they said you have a cheap Chinese radio what do you expect. Then they said that they always have issues with these radios. Why wasn t this said before they installed it? It was after the fact they told us this and $350 later. I m sorry that s horrible customer service. We left and started having static sounding issues and speakers going in and out. Went back and AGAIN and they said it s a junk radio from China and they said they could put the factory radio back in and charge us another $150. We left because this was ridiculous to charge us AGAIN and guess what our car battery was dead! So now we have a radio that doesn t work and it s draining the battery every single day because of how they installed it. If they would have just made this right and assisted with the issues we would have been happy however they won t do anything without us paying more money. I will never recommend them to anyone not even for tint if this is how they treat their customers. My daughter called to try to get them to make it right and they told her they would do it for free if she removed her negative review on Google. She said if you make this right I will remove it. They took her number (which they already had) and said they d call her back. They have yet to call her so we took it to another place in Pensacola.They looked at it and said it did not have a interface that s why it won t turn off her radio and why her battery is draining. He said a radio should never stay on and anyone with installation knowledge would fix this and not let it leave the shop like that. It took them 35 minutes to figure this out.

Ruined my car. Got a screen and backup camera installed and they said I had to manually turn the radio off which I had done. My radio is in and out on the driver side and sometimes only works on the passenger side. Went in to get it checked and one guy was very rude and acted like we were bothering him the other was nice. One guy said it s a Chinese radio nothing we can do. We ve been having issues installing these radios. THEN WHY WOULD YOU INSTALL IT?! A week later my perfectly fine car battery dies. Spends 150 on a new battery just for it to die again not even 2 weeks later. I just want to drive my car again. This was my dream car and I take very good care of it. Gives us a refund $330. If not we have no other choice to sue. You should not be in business if you re going to rob people of their money and ruin their vehicles. I have also taken this review to BBB.

What great place and the Robbie was incredible.. I was in and out in no time with new speakers in the front of my truck and they will rock your balls off. Thank you to everyone at all wired for sound. I will be back.

Thoroughly impressed with these guys!100/10!Super impressed with this company, their willingness to be helpful, the time it took to install & wire my husbands set up.We had been shopping around for radio systems & couldn t seem to get an out the door price/ product was not in stock from anyone but All Wired. My husband walked in the door, told him what he wanted, they had it in stock, quoted out the door price & time to complete.My husband was on baby duty (2 year old) & made plans to be picked up from the shop when the manager (didn t catch his name but he s the best) arranged the schedule to get it done there & then! He saved us time, money & a trip trying to get back up there when it was done.Manager (again, wish I would ve gotten his name) didn t have to do that but he went above & beyond to get him out the door today.One year warranty on their work & that was a huge thing for us when buying.We appreciate you guys.

They sold me a part that I told them specifically did not go to my vehicle but they argue the whole time saying it did when I proved it was the wrong thing they told me I wouldn't need the plug then why does my radio not have sound with the plug they're telling me to use so now I'm out the money for a part and still have no radio

The gentlemen here were respectful and helpful. They seem to know what they are doing. The only issue I have had, was after about a year or so of having my subs and other accessories installed, I discovered loose connections and my subs are clipping and popping. I also wasn't pleased to find my OEM spare tire mounting hardware was beaten flush to the cab floor to complete the installation of the sub box. Wish that would have been discussed with me prior. I have been to other higher end shop before without these results but these guys aren't bad.

Had to have my back window retinted due to bubbling. Rob and the guys are outstanding. From the initial phone call to picking my car up when it was done, they were fantastic! Mos def recommend this place, one of the best in town.

I am extremely grateful for All Wired Sound for the great work they did for me in a timely manner. Great communication, affordable prices, friendly service and honest beings that will provide extraordinary service. The whole team are amazing, I can t really pick one because I felt welcomed by all of them, I called them with so many questions and never once did I feel like I was being a nuisance. Robbie was delightful and most importantly helpful, that man knows his craft. Chris made me laugh the whole time I was there, there was a sweet dog that made my visit that much sweeter. I wish I could give 10 golden stars . I highly recommend them because if you want great service you go to the best and they are the best in town.

I give them 5 stars because they have great customer service and do really good work. They quoted three days to complete the work on my Jeep and they delivered (once it stopped raining). They were very patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to take the time to answer ALL of my questions. On the third day I went to the shop to see if it was ready. Due to it being the end of the day they could have waited until the 4th day to finish, but I think they saw how excited I was when I first saw the completed work (3.5 inch lift, 35 inch tires, 20 inch rims, rhino liner throughout the inside, and tinted windows), so they hustled and finished. I could not be happier and will be back for ALL other work.

Super helpful! I went to a few other shops in Pensacola and was treated awful and they attempted to swindle me. My stereo gave out and needed to be replaced. All wired was extremely professional offered several options for me and took the time to show me 14 different units that could work for me. Other shop said only 2 units would fit?! They set an appointment and it was put in quickly and properly. Would highly recommend them!

As a person who owns his own business I can appreciate quality work and integrity in business. Chris and Robby set me up so I could have continuous power in my locksmith van and did an awesome job. You can count on them doing it right and backing up what they do. So refreshing in today's market.

I do not recommend this place! We took our pontoon to them to work on the radio. It needed to be rewired we were quoted at $270 and after the Diagnostic fee if work was done that would come off the total cost. That was not accurate, we were still charged the diagnostic fee. It took more than three weeks (and returning the boat to them three times due to the radio still not working.) We were charged over $330 for that and we had to replace the boat battery that died while in their care, and also we had to replace the trailer jack that was broken while in their care. The man that had been working on it claimed we brought the boat with a dead battery and the trailer jack already broken. Yet we had taken the boat out the day before dropping it off and have no issues with the battery or trailer jack. Also, once the boat was home I spent a full day to detail it due to all of the Grease and dirt and debris left behind by their worker, one area which is now stained vinyl due to their workers drink.After all that is said and done we take the boat out and after we are on the boat for less than 15 minutes two of the speakers stopped working.All in all it cost us over $550 in repairs, battery, trailer jack and cleaning supplies and it was still not fixed properly. So much happened it would take me a book to write out all the issues. This is just a short summary.

I bought a new car stereo from them four years ago and they also professionally installed it. They delivered as promised at the cost estimated and the installation time. I recently sold the car, but before selling it, I had Wired For Sound remove the new car stereo and replace it with the original factory model.I also bought a very high quality speaker cabinet from them (constructed at their on-site shop). It is a 10 inch bass guitar cabinet. The construction is sound (pun intended) and the sound quality is superb.I am very happy with their service and the products that they build and sell.

There's not much competition for car stereo work in the Pace/Milton area, but fortunately there is All Wired 4 Sound. The work was a bit pricey in my opinion but the product and installation was top notch. I was given a quote, and the actual price came in a little less. I'm highly pleased with my upgraded stereo system and new backup camera. Recommended.

I just stood in the lobby while both ( I assume because they were behind the desk) employees Ignored me for 3 minutes. Not even a be right with you. I'm 6ft 280 pounds you can't miss me. Terrible customer service, I was ignored while looking to spend money, imagine if you already spent it and needed help.

Would recommend these guys %! They built some lower cowlings with 8 Rockford Fosgate 2- way speakers and some led lighting on a HD Toad King . They Killed it!!!! Sounds and looks amazing.

Had a stereo put in ($600.00), which was a birthday present from my wife, and some time later had something wrong with one of the speakers (vibration). They fixed that, said something had fallen down from the door in front of the speaker.During the initial installation the technician broke one of the back seat window bezels that hold the switches in the door handle (while installing the door speaker.) Here is where a businesses true colors come into play. To shorten this review, after misplacing my phone number four times and almost eight weeks later, I had to pay half of the cost of the switch and bezel of $60 to have them order and replace it. Apparently the bezel and switch are only sold a one unit. Either way it's looked at, I had to pay $32 and some change ( cause I had to also pay half of the taxes) to fix what they broke.To top it off I didn't even get an apology.

Window tint in two different cars started peeling after a couple years. Lifetime warranty claimed. But was told to contact the company who made the tint for a claim and then would have to pay for the labor to replace.. Prices are also really high on audio equipment .
