This is the second time I've had terrible service at this place. The girl did not know what a simple replacement light bulb for my vehicle was and was totally rude. Said she doesn't get paid enough on that job to be nice. Just wow! Maybe she should find a job that doesn't require good customer service.

Awesome staff. Knowledgeable, patient, customer service first and foremost. Went in with a battery issue and I don t think I was there 10 minutes. New battery installed and back on the road.Who does that in today s world???Outstanding job gentlemen.

Great team! They tested and changed the battery on my GMC terrain. They offer military discounts. Get there early because they are a busy store. Would recommend.

Needed something specific urgently, and they were able to find another store with one in stock. They had it brought to their store and it was at the front waiting for me when I walked in. Crazy good service.

I purchased a battery online for in-store pick up. Once I arrived at the store I realized they gave a military discount and inquired about the discount. Chris, who was the cashier that assisted me, said he could not apply the discount since it was an online order and all he could do was give me the battery. He wasn t the friendliest.I called the store back and spoke with Heather and she was very friendly and helpful in getting me taken care of. She explained that the in store/online systems are not set up the same, but was quick to give me the 877 number so they could get my purchase adjusted. Thank you Heather!

My car was having trouble starting and i came in here to ask what the problem could be. Veronica waved me over and diagnosed the issue immediately. Apparently i had a bad battery. She found the best battery that was compatible with my vehicle and installed it too! Im definitely coming back here again because of her!

I decided to stop there on the way to my gym to replace my battery. Wesley was very friendly and very helpful. Informed me that my battery was still under warranty, so my battery was free. Very fast and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I have been going to advance auto for the last 15 yrs, I use to totally trust them with my repairs until the last couple of visits. The service has definitely went downhill since then. On my last visit to get my brakes repaired, I was quoted 90-300 dollars. Imagine the surprise when the bill was 507 dollars. In addition, I dropped it off earlier in the morning and they said they would call in a couple of hours with an estimate. I called them when i hadn't heard back 5 hours later at one o'clock, they said i was the next vehicle and would call me back in one hour. I never heard from them the rest of the day. I guess they didn't realize or didn't care that I only had one vehicle and was depending on friends for transportation while my vehicle was just sitting there while I waiting for their call back. It was disappointing to see a company I use to trust treat me with such disregard.

Worst customer service in the service industry. Idc how much money they make in sales a year, all of the employees need to be fired. Went to exchange a battery, worst policy ever for warranty. Employee used curse words when HE walked away. Do not go to this store, instead drive an extra 4 miles to the Advanced store in Pace, FL. 1000 percent better service!!!! Not looking for a reply from the store, unless its the Corporate Office!!!!

They installed my windshield wipers in the rain. That was admirable! The store didn't have as much merchandise as I expected. But, the employees were very nice.

If they get you a part you need it will more than likely incorrect , late or just not show up because they forgot about it .This Advance auto is the biggest joke in milton as far as parts go , they just cannot keep it together , drivers and service alike .This is from a commercial stand point.

I had a finicky battery. I knew it was going dead. I pulled in and in less than 15 minutes they tested my alternator, and determined my battery was bad. I drove away with a new battery (installed) in less time than it would have taken me to buy bread at Walmart.Very good service. A very good visit.

Used to a great store with very knoligable and friendly staff. Unfortunaly this new crew they got now is terrible. They act like "know it alls" but then dont know anything about the parts they are selling, and if u have a differant opinion on a product then they do they treat you like your stupid. Wont be going back and will be going to Nappa for now on.
