Drove In with our own oil filter and Trucker s was able to change oil/filter and flush and replacement anti freeze. Onward ho. Thank you

The lady that isn't dressed like a Mechanic was polite and nice (pretty cute too). Mechanics seemed to have fixed the problem well. Just wish the job would have gotten completed sooner than it had. Rivets (that's all that was needed), can't be that hard to go and pick up from supplier. Outside of delayed time, great place to get trailer fixed. (Took about 3-4 hrs for small hole)

We are out of the Tallahassee area and have struggled for eight months to find a reliable mechanic. LA who works at truckers 24 Hour Rd. service promised us that she would earn our business and she has not let us down. I recommend this company and specifically dealing with LA the woman behind the phone. Anything she has told me has happened and she even went out of her way to return a core To Freightliner that s been in my truck for six months because the last mechanic didn t return it. Been doing this 35 years and have seen the worst, you cannot go wrong as she will be honest with you and tell you if it can be done or can t be done at a reasonable rate. Thanking LA at Truckers 24 repair shop!

After hours is a joke to speak with. Literally around the street needing a jumpstart and it's too confusing for them to understand.Morning crew also refused to come out. 0.1 miles away and a jumpstart is not possible. Terrible service.

This happened to my driver December of 2019. But forgot to leave a review until I drove by their location this week.He broke down at Flying J because of a leak in small water hose. He called them for a road side repair. They told him if I would drive it to there shop (less than 2 miles away) it would save him $150 road side service call. Great. Drive in at 5:00 (closing time) took the 5 minutes to find a leak. Next morning they came in at 8:00 & sat in the office until 9:00 (was told they had a morning meeting). They drove to Peterbilt which was less than 2 minutes away to buy the 1/2 X 6 hose that was leaking. It took another 5 minutes to put the hose on. They charged over $600. The driver paid & left then called me. $600 for what? Less than an hour work.I ll never use them or have my driver to use them ever. Peterbilt would have been cheaper & probably been open 24 hrs & would have gotten us done earlier.

On July 4th my son and I were stranded in Midway. Repair and parts shops were closed for the next 2 days. This AWESOME TEAM literally took us in and during this time. My son who is handicapped will never forget his experience. The entire team was awesome, caring, understanding, patient and accommodating. On at least 2 occasions helping us at road side as well as to our Hotel. I will never pass through this area again without stopping by and taking lunch to this crew. The only reason they get 5 stars is because there is no option for 10.

Called for a roadside repair. Told them it was a wheel bearing. Was told the service truck was coming through that area and would stop and look at which they did. This was Friday and repair tech told me it would be Tuesday before parts arrived. He said KW dealer would not give me parts numbers to get my own parts. Being common parts I called KW dealer got parts numbers bought the parts and sent our own service truck over to repair it. Truckers 24 charged me $472 to tell me what was wrong (which I had already diagnosed that and told them) and that they couldn t get parts. I will not waste my time calling them again.

Great shop to deal with. CJ and the crew were very helpful and trustworthy. They found the problem within 5 minutes. Even though my truck was down for 2 days, waiting on parts from Freightliner, CJ gave me a ride and picked me up from a hotel. Thanks again guys.

My truck broke down i front of the house of the customer. Towing would not be an option for me. It would cost me a fortune to towe it to Orlando. Truckers 24h road service was only one who showed up on Sunday in one hour after my call. Even 3 companies promised to come day before. He found the problem, knew what he was doing and fixed it. Saved me a towing trip to Orlando. On that day he was a life saver. Definitely would recommend him to any with truck problems on the road in Tallahassee area.

My truck broke down and they were quick to dispatch someone to me. Cj was who fixed me up and he was awesome got it done in a timely manner and was respectful. Will definitely be giving them a call back if need be.

I recently had a driver stop in to have a trailer repaired.The mechanic took the hub off the trailer and told the driver he didn't have the part so he went to the parts store. He was unable to get the part to repair the hub.Before he started the work on the trailer he should have known he did not have the parts to complete the repair. Why would you even drive to a parts store, why wouldn't you call the parts store instead of charging fuel surcharge.Why would you charge someone for your mistakes, not to mention accuse them of of changing their minds.If you keep parts in stock and don't charge customers for your mistakes then maybe you will get two stars.

Charged $2500 for an alternator job. Charged me to do the job twice since the 1st time their guy screwed it all up I had them come back and do it again right. They had the nerve to charge me for it again. Incompetent mechanics that overcharge held my bus hostage. I SUPPLIED them with parts since they were so stupid they couldn't locate them, then the mechanic threw them away cause he didn't feel like changing them. Lazy too. Then on the call back job the second mechanic bought them again and charged me for it again!Notice they have a recurring theme with all the other reviews. Over charge hold your property hostage, Stay away from these people. Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic service in twenty years of doing this.

Took my truck in with a light problem .9 days later it was towed to another shop not running so not only were my lights not fixed it wouldnt run either they could not fix either problem.when I'd call to get an update were about to go work on it. guys would work on it then another crew come in and have no idea what they did to fix the problems they created. what a mess I'm not a mechanic so I cant say for certain what issue is but when it leaves worse then when it came seems like u have a problem.i also called this shop on other occasions and never got a real person to answer I got answering service telling me thatu couldnt get anyone on phone.Update freightliner fixed both problems in one day.

I've been bringing my trucks to Truckers 24hr shop in Midway, FL for since August 2019 and I still continue to do so. Keith, CJ, Sherry and the entire staff basically treats me like family. They're under new management now and it definitely shows. Cheap rates compared to other truck shops in town and they have an an on-call service for after hours if you happen to need emergency repairs. Hands down the only shop I'll take my trucks to while in Tallahassee.

CJ came out to fix my truck, needed hub oil sealed waited no time at all he was there before I was able to park. Knew exactly what need to be done and had me back rolling in no time at all. Would recommend them to anyone who needs rapid truck repairs.

24 hr service is the best. If you have a problem when in the Tallahassee Fl area and have a problem it will be much lessened if you just contact 24 hr truckers .We encountered a fuel filter problem and fortunately our road assistance sent Roy of 24 hr Truckers. He did a outstanding job of getting big wrecker to us to get us to shop n outstanding job of getting us going again. All done with courtesy and sincerity.We were charged very fairly- less than expected- always a pleasant surprise.Thank you Roy for your persistence in getting us back on the road and all your help and education on products.We will be telling our RV forums about your shop n service. You turned a bad weekend into a good time.

I am a company driver who has to use a fleet service. My truck brokedown in Tallahassee, FL. The fleet service dispatched the first breakdown mechanice . The mechanic said, "truck had to be towed to Freightliner and half the engine has to be removed." Then my fleet service dispatched this company. The breakdown mechanic was able to change my tensioner and belt on the side of the road. I went from thinking that I would be in a rental to I safely made it 600 miles home in my truck. I couldn't be happier.

Wonderful experience my antifreeze water heater hose leaking i stop her at 1:00 AM I slept here on the yard 7:30am young lady wake me up I told her what was my problem she called me in immediately at the shop everybody inside the shops the mechanics are very cool people the got me in and out in 1hr i recommend this placeThank you guys

Being a female trucker is extremely hard in a male dominated field. However, Sherry, Keith and CJ. Went over and beyond to make sure my Volvo and International are running top notch shape. I appreciate the phone calls videos and pictures. And appreciate the honesty. Thank you again.

My employee called Trucker 24 when a bearing blew out on the trailer. Clock started when the mechanic was called in who lives an hour away. Diagnosed the hub bearings were shot, which we already knew. He proceed to drive around town for 2 hours looking for the bearings instead of calling parts stores to see what they had and make 1 trip. Never purchased a grease cap so he cut a plastic bottle and taped it to the wheel. I'm sure that lasted about a mile, tops. Grease has slung all over wheel, tire and trailer. Bravo!!! $615 later he was on his way. $425 was paid in labor for the mechanic to run around Tallahassee for a hour and a half of work. True highway robbery.

I called truckers 24 hour road service 2 weeks ago to replace a starter at the flying j in Dothan Alabama the technician was sitting in the lot so he asked me to go pick up the starter which I thought was his job . I asked does your company have a account with freightliner he responded yes only to get there to see the only account they have is a cash only account .I paid for the starter and repairs only to get to the flying j in Illinois and find out the burning smell I have been smelling is the starter that truckers 24 hr road service put on the wires were connected incorrectly burning up entire wiring system. I had to towed 30 miles to a shop to fix the problem . These guys are extra horrible . I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. I gave 1 star because a minus wasn't available. Thanks Charles Calloway

Definitely recommend this location to anyone! Called umm up there got to me quick replaced my fuel pump and got me back goin without a hitch cj was awesome and the price was less than i expected! Best service ive found hands down.

They do great work treated me fair and are very nice and responsive I was red flag by dot and they got me back up and going to the shop and then repaired my truck by the next morning and back to work

Kyle came in an hour, diagnosed the faulty leveling valve immediately, secured a replacement part and within 3 hours we were back on the roadFast efficient excellent service

If you want to have job done dont go there... Wasted the whole day to change brake pads on one of the tires, and they couldnt.. So They put everything back and charged me fee for wasting my and their time. Save your self from trouble, go somewhere else...

My truck blowed a air bag out and cj and the owner along with the rest of there crew jumped right on it and replaced my air bag in no time at all so I could get back on the road these guys done a awesome out standing job thank you guys
