Had a bunk heater issue (warranty about to expire) so I called these guys up and they said bring it in. Got in before they anticipated, heater just needed Serviced but they also found the engine fan was locked up. Authorized them changing it to find out the fan was pushed into my fuel tank from the apu being poorly installed. Moved my fuel tank forward to accommodate room, put me back together and was rolling inside a few hrs. Everything working great and for a fair price considering the amount of extra work they had to do. Great staff, friendly folks. Top notch shop ! If I were local they'd be my go to apu shop, hands down.

I just had a full PM done on my Tri-Pak APU.Addition to changing oil, and all of the filters, they also adjusted the belts. Considering the belts were put on 6+ months ago at the Knoxville Tennessee, they likely stretched out a little.Also, they noticed that both the apu s radiator and a/c condenser were dirty, so they rinsed those out also. Sounds good.The techs are competent and diligent at this shop. With 24 hours notice they were able and willing to squeeze me in the following morning since it was only a PM to be done.Besides the good service they are also nice people to deal with.However, upon receiving the bill, I was charged over $800, including $540 in labor for a PM, with no parts replaced.What they do is charge you Book Labor on everything. If they didn t rinse my radiator AND condenser, my bill no doubt would be 2-3 hundred dollars less!While their work and service is good, I cannot in good conscience return to a shop that bills their customers in that manner.As long as our freight rates are in the crapper, due to Bidenomics policy of keeping their boot on our collective throats, I simply cannot afford $800 dollar PMs at todays monetary value.

Been going to Thermokings for 10 years all over the country. Hands down the best TK I've been to yet. Even though they were overflow busy, they made space for me to drop my trailer and got me rolling as soon as they could.This TK is not only highly competent; the level of customer service is unparalleled. They truly care about doing a great job.

Had apu not charging trucks batteries . The young guy working on unit (Jarrett /Garrett) found issue with the batteries not hooked up right in about three minutes, had unit working properly and out the shop within an hour. Young guy but definitely knows his stuff and on the ball

They get the job done but the customer service is extremely bad. Had the manager leave a voice-mail with an attitude about picking a truck that was completed on a Friday and wasn't picked up till Tuesday. Went in with an APU issue, they got me in and found it was simple and the bill was really less than I expected. Plus Mr. Rob was nice enough to explain my warranty and how it works unlike the TK that sold me the unit. This is Truly one of the few shops in the country that actually puts the customer first. Plus they also do truck work so even if you need something like brakes or something on the truck, they can handle it. Stop by and give people who actually care, the business.

I will try not to make this too lengthy but honestly this place has some of the best service I've seen in the industry. Took a truck I was interested in buying here for a DOT inspection. Rob, the manager, took his time breaking down a lot that would've gone into this purchase. Furthermore they have one of the cleanest shops I've seen for just about any place mechanical. And the icing on the cake was the in house inspector. Forgive me for not remembering the young ladies name but I have to say incredible customer service. Location is about 4 minutes off I-10 and near a Pilot/Flying J for us truck drivers and near restaurants and hotels if you need to stay over. I have so much more positive statements but I'll leave it at it's a no brainer

Highly upset with the way I was treated. Dropped my trailer off on 8:30 Friday morning for a freon leak. I was told they would try and get to it that day. Didn't hear any back on Friday which is understandable. Called first thing Tuesday morning was told they hadn't touched it yet but would get to it today. Fast forward to 3:00 pm call and check well we can't get to it until tomorrow. Well my trailer has been sitting since Friday morning and the employee says you didn't drop it off till Friday afternoon. No sir it was Friday morning and then he proceeded to say oh well we had other clients to take care of Well my trailer has been there since Friday am I not a client. I most definitely will go elsewhere before I use them again.

Clean, Organized and friendly staff! Called them with an APU problem they told us to come in on the same day and we were under the bay within 10 minutes of our arrival. Very rare in this industry!Thank you management for understanding how time sensitive a driver s job is.

Total rip-off. They charged us with $550 for labor , for 1h and 30 min total. They didn't fixed the issue , they just ripped us off for nothing. Drivers beware when you are coming here , highly not recommending this place to anybody!!

Thermo King of the Southeast are our lifesavers! We had one of the largest of events of our calendar year on this past Friday. As things go, we go to turn on the refrigeration portion of our box truck and it won t kick in! We called Thermo King and they sent someone out in less than 20 minutes and got us up and running within the hour! CANNOT thank them enough!!! So professional and quick!Service: Air conditioning

I was having issues with my reefer and stopped at Thermo King in Tallahassee. The people that work there were very friendly and helpful starting with the nice lady in the front to the technicians in the shop. You could tell they truly cared about the customer. I have stopped at a lot of Thermo Kings but Tallahassee is by far one of the best I have used. They listened to me and wasted no time getting me back on the road. I will definitely be back.

Very honest company. Came in with a code 26. Turned out to be a very simple repair. Took 10 minutes to fix and saved my load and future loads. And to top it off they didn t charge me. Highly recommend this location.

I came to this shop exactly 12 pm, service guy put on my APU unit two fittings and filled in APU with two gallons of freon it takes for him not even one hour. Job was done around 1 pm. Guy in the office charge me for 2 hours labor which was around 160$ for an hour, because system told him that this is 2 hours work. So i has to paid 460$ for 40 min job with parts for total 80$. Stay away from this service you will be charged extra money because system told him that. It should be -5 stars.

My TriPac was running a little low on refrigerant. Not operating properly. These nice folks got me right in and right on it. Didn't have much time to kill and they got me taken care of. Would definitely recommend this TK dealer for service.

Govenor Mack got me right into the bay and found the issue I was having. He even went above and beyond and took care of some lose belts that would have saved me time and money down the road. He is a huge asset to this company. I highly recomend bringing your thermoking here for service.

They got my apc running, I needed a new fuel pump. But only a few weeks later I realized the condenser fan was bad. Be prepared they are extremely expensive ($1400).

Had reefer codes come on at 1:00am in the morning. Shop man met me at Thermo King and had me back on the road within the hour. Excellent service and nice facility.

Stopped by on my way to south Florida with a load of ice cream and a what seemed like a struggling unit (first ice cream load for me). The mechanic was more then patient with my frick out, got it checked out, topped off on refrigerant, talked through the units output numbers (expected vs actual output), even walked the trailer for leaks with me. Wish he was the mechanic at my local TK, them people over at my location tell me I need a new unit everytime I come in. (This review is for the mechanic in the pictures in earlier review, in places like this, mechanics make or brake the place)

Called In The Morning With a Huge Problem code ETV (Electronic Throttle Value) Currently loaded at -10 They Got on It right away super friendly Great costumers service they Really cared for My load Will definitely recommend 100% Treated me like a human bean and not like other thermo King definitely a 10 star

We took one of our units into the tallahassee thermo king due to reefer unit not turning on, the advice was that our unit had too many hours and that we needed a new computer but would be much more cost efficient if you just replaced the whole unit that they had on sale for 5000.00. we brought the unit back into utah and had it inspected by out tech and the issue was a simple wire that led to the computer a 40 dollar fix. bad advice from thermo king just to try and sell there units not very fair, nice people but service advice is a joke.

Four Star Freightliner is a joke. No parts in stock. Truck is tore apart mechanic working on another. No notice from them. Despite 2 hour guaranty. Had to go ask what the deal was. Told them to put it back together I would go elsewhere
