Traveling to South Florida with a truck and enclosed car trailer and had a outer rear tire separate. Called Southern Tire Mart and Jesus answered the phone. Said that he didn't have the tire there but could have it there in 30min. Fortunately for us we happened to be 30min from his location. When we arrived he had us go ahead and pull into a bay and as we were doing that the tire arrived. He was kind, courteous, and quick to get us back on the road. We will definitely stop there if we have anymore tire problems and are close. Highly recommend

We were traveling through Florida on our Motorhome when I noticed a vibration and assumed it was the new tires I had purchased prior to my departure. I thought they might need to be balanced. We stopped at Southern Tire Mart in Tallahassee and were delighted when they said they could get right on it. After awhile the mechanic came to me and asked if it was shaking in the steering wheel and I said yes, he then said he was going to get another man to look at it. My wife said they are just looking for something else to charge us with! They both came back and explained that one of my new tires was out of round. Balancing would help some what but nothing would resolve the issue without replacing the tire. They did not handle the brand I had so he couldn t warranty it. It said he could write up what he found so that we could take it back where we bought it or go to a tire dealer that installs the brand I bought. When he wrote it up and gave it to me I was totally surprised that an hour after having arrived he did not charge me a dime. I can only say this has got to be one of the most honest businesses I have encountered! Please shop here when you need tires.

We had an awful blowout in our motorhome. We called Southern Tire and spoke to Je`sus. He was very pleasant, but most of all very helpful. He searched and found our tire right away and had their roadside service to us three hours sooner than other places we had been referred to. Montrell changed out our tire and was also pleasant and helpful. I would recommend these folks and Southern Tire Mart to everyone. They will be our first call when we need tires.

Visited today to get our RV tires balanced. Jesus had initial concerns because he noticed a secondary line that was cut and wanted me to have it checked before doing the tire alignment and gave me a place to go to. I went to that business and found out everything was okay so went back to Tire Mart. Jesus and team then found that the suspension was messed up due to old parts but I decided to go ahead and continue the process. The hits kept on coming as in the middle of balancing the tires they found out that the tires were out of round which is a defect in the tire. They still decided to balance them to the best of their ability but made it known that the problem would not be fully fixed. Because they couldn t guarantee the work they did not charge me for the service which I was in shock over. I appreciated their honesty with me up front and even with my continued decision to have them attempt to balance the tires it said a lot about the business to not charge because they didn t feel like they would have fully resolved the situation. I would recommend anyone with a semi or motorhome to visit Tire Mart. They have earned my business.

OK southern tire mart midway FL didn't even give me my casing credit though I bought all the tires from them

They found a loose air line,...tightened it up,...aired up my tire. It was fixed really fast!!! Thanks !!!

Good service and they attend to you immediately. The most important thing here is that they speak Spanish.Buen servicio y te atienden al momento. Los m�s importante que aqu� hablan espa�ol.
