Such a great experience with this company. We had our windshield crack and within just over 24 hours it was fixed and ready to go. They even came to our house to fix it. Benjamin the tech explained everything to me about the process. Happy we used Safelite.

I have had three windshields replaced by safelight and all three have failed in the same location, and similarly. One little tic from a small piece of road debris and my windshield would develop a crack that would run across the windshield. I noticed on the last installation that the two top edges were deflected upwards and even pointed this out to the installer. They insisted it was fine.After the failure I setup an appointment to have it inspected. The associate insisted it was from the small, barely visible chip. The glass failed from stress, it was bowing up at the edge! He said I could speak to the manager and that never came back from his lunch break. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and the nice receptionist even gave me the managers number but he never returned my call or message. This is not very professional and I will never use Safelight again! I have included pictures of the failure and also a picture of an acceptable windshield chip that did not spiral across the windshield!

I had a wonderful experience at this Safelite location. I took my vehicle in for an early appointment. I was greeted by a professional staff who quickly checked me in for my appointment. The lobby has enough seating for 10 or so people. I was there from start to finish about an hour and a half. I'm happy with the work that was done! No complaints whatsoever. I'd recommend this location to friends and family, without any reservations. Thank you!

The service is amazing, I had a small rock hit my windshield and caused a major crack. I gave them a call on Fri and had my appointment for that same Monday I was in and out in an hour. Love it left my windshield brand new.

Malik!!!! Absolutely amazing great work he arrived early notify me early three hour to let me know around the time he would arrive. Cleaned and vacuum the area where my car was as well as my car. Service was fast and reliable most of all. Great customer service!!!!Malik is absolutely the best

As far as I can tell, the windshield installation went fine. My only problem is the wait. I waited 5 and 1/2 hours for an appointment I had scheduled for 9:30. It took 4 hours before I even gave them my keys. I suspected they forgot about me so I spoke up, because even people that came in hours after me still left earlier than me. I figured they knew I was waiting because I d been there since 9:30 and the staff often looked at/acknowledged me, but didn t think to update me on the situation or ask if I had been helped. Not too big of a deal, but it s not exactly how I wanted to spend my day off.

Install first windshield the liner around the glass was wrong. Install second windshield master technician said it was all good to go but now the liner beside the driver side is coming off they've been to my house three times and hadn't got it fixed twice and had to wait oh a total will probably eat 2 months for everything to get done ordered fixed ordered fixed and still not right I would not recommend Safelite glass

Refused to replace windshield on a modified van (for wheelchair), claiming they "aren't supposed to touch any vehicle that has been modified". Even though they completed this work just 6 months ago!! Appointment was scheduled for today (Saturday), and all the other repair places are closed. Now I have to wait til Monday to try and call around. Just praying this crack doesn't worsen and we stay safe!Safelite in Midway wasted our time, gas money and we're still driving around with a 9 inch crack in our windshield. Life is hard enough with a family member with a disability, without Safelite's "help". Shame on them!!

This is not a 1 star for the tech / work done, as I have had to reschedule 3 times now to receive it. I have had to take off work 3 times now. I had an appointment and CLEARLY stated in the notes I do not want an after market windshield . What do they show up to the first appointment with? An after market shield. Declined and was told they would call me later that evening and reschedule. Rescheduled for early the next morning. Get a call from them that morning with a woman saying it s time to reschedule then she was unprofessional and rude about how nobody called and scheduled.. when they absolutely did. Then had that woman schedule me an appointment. I told her I was leaving Thursday morning by 10:30 to go to Orlando. She confirmed the tech would be to us first at no later than 8am. What does tech do at 7:45am? Let me know he will be here by 10 :) not to mention they call you every morning at 7.45- to schedule an appointment for the following day. I AM SLEEPING

I was driving along I-10, oddly enough driving back to Tallahassee from the Midway area, near exit towards airport, no vehicles or trees anywhere near me when suddenly from the sky, something small and metal fell and hit my windshield. Immediate round ding in the windshield and beginning a bit of spider crawl. Friends say probably space debris or something from plane. I drove the rest of the way home. Parked car in closed garage. Filed an online claim with my auto insurance, got a claim #, then called Safelite. That was a Tues and they said someone would be out by 5, same day. That didn't happen. I called next day and they told me someone would be out on Thurs at 5. That worked out well. Very courteous, professional updated me on time of arrival, got there early, and did the repair. In FL, auto Insurance 100% covers windshield but I preferred to have it repaired and that was covered. The photos are BEFORE the repair. The Safelite guy told me that there will always be a visible spot where the repair was done. A passenger of mine has called it "the beauty spot" and so it has been named. It's a tiny glistening, fully sealed, little star. Very pleased with Safelite.

Cracked passenger window that happened over the weekend. Make an appointment on line for Monday 8:00am. Arrived about 20 minutes early and they had my window replaced in only about 20 minutes. Paid online while the repair was being completed then out the door. Very pleased with everything.

They were very professional and have very good customer service and they were also fast and did very good work in a timely manner, the waiting time (which they manage to beat if it's not busy) is nothing compared to how they keep you updated and informed on your vehicle. They will always get my business and I'll recommend them to any and everyone that wants very good service and professionals at their best.

They did a bad job on my windshield. The molding was loose and fell off two years later. They claim to have lifetime warranty but it s a lie. They said it was because of the sun but the car is parked in a garage. They declined to fix it under warranty. Don t trust them. Go somewhere else before they ruin your car.

Arrived and it took them 8 hours to complete the job, get my ride back and the seat-belt is trapped behind the seat they had to remove, as well as side air bag tab is no longer flush and the top is rattling due to them losing a locking tab, dirt/grease on the interior fabric as well. The lady at the front was really nice tho.I'd chose somewhere else if you don't have a simple repair.

Drove an hour to appt, showed up on time, was told they ordered wrong windsheild. Tried to make another appt but everything is through the website, so unable to correct the error of having wrong part number ordered again in their system. More than likely they just overscheduled appts for that day. The lack of customer service and customer contact is shocking.

I've used them for a couple repairs and a replacement on my old Subaru, but they must have had turnover at the local office. My wife recently had her windshield replaced and she had to spend almost four hours at the local shop. The job ended up taking over twice as long as they estimated and they did not update her during the job. The young lady that did the job told her she had a hard time with it. They need to admit when they don't have someone that is skilled with a specific type of windshield. There's molding loose and chips in our brand new paint job. The vehicle is an FJ Cruiser and a little different than others. I didn't want to talk to anyone at the local office, so I asked for someone to contact me on the survey and also emailed corporate. This was a month ago and still no response.

Great work on my Freightliner, I'm very happy with the new windshield. I just wish this empty can of spray cleaner hadn't been left in the engine compartment & my hood left unlatched. Constructive criticism only. Thanks again for the prompt service.

They installed the windshield twice and still incorrect and they scratch my car a big scratch. They didn t even tell me about it. They put a touchup paint. Very bad quality and service.

One star because ZERO is not an option! I had a crack in my windshield and went through my insurance company to use Safelite for the repairs. Afterwards, my windshield was leaking air. The representative said they needed to order a replacement part for the bottom of the windshield. I never heard from them and when I call they promised to call me back but they never do. All they want is to bill your insurance for defective work that they do. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company.

No wonder they try to up-sale windshield wipers when you get a windshield replaced....they BROKE my wipers that was only 2 months old. Started raining and I turned my wipers on to have my driver side wiper fly off!!! I had to go replace them asap so I could see. When I called them they informed that they don't touch the wiper blades and they have to have a tech see what the issue is and they can't do that if I have replaced them. Very rude when I called.

Absolutely the worst. After replacing the windshield, the trim flew off of the vehicle. Sent a technician out to tell me it needs windshield trim. Another appointment scheduled for today within the narrow window of 8 am to 5 pm. 5 pm rolls around and no technician, no phone calls, nothing. So I will need to take ANOTHER day off of work hoping someone will show up to fix their mistakes. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Terrible service! The technician that came out had an attitude and he lied and said there was a wasp infestation... THERE WERE NO WASP IN SITE! Just so he didn't have to do the job. Then the second technician that came out 2 days later said they couldn't do the job! What a joke. I went to Seminole auto! They were fantastic! Called and got someone out here the next day, did a great job! They even vacuumed the glass out of my car!(a limb fell on my windshield) They then gave me a $50 Gas card! Called Seminole auto if you need a new windshield! Way better customer service and a fantastic job!

I went Friday and the tech was great. He inspected my windshield, told me he could do the resin on my chips, but that it wasn't actually required. So I thanked him and went home. Today the office called me and told me my windshield is unrepairable and has to be replaced. In direct contradiction to what I was told Friday. The state criminal codes use a five letter word to describe that kind of practice. I'm on the phone with my insurance company about it right now, and I've filed a BBB complaint, and before the end of the day, the state will have complaints to investigate as well. Do not go to this shop.

Very pleasant experience! The very sweet young lady in the office was expecting me and knew exactly what I needed and kept making sure I was comfortable. The installer was very professional and explained everything. They finished in a less time than I was expecting. Very nice people and my windshield looks great!
