On Dec 9, 2020 I was traveling locally and hit a deer at roughly 8:30 PM local time. The front of my 2008 Expedition was totally destroyed and air bags deployed. FHP contacted the wrecker service on call which happened to be Lawson's and Brandon was the driver on duty. When he gave me his card I informed him that I would be by the next morning to empty out the truck while waiting to hear from my insurance. The next day I went to his shop and had a great conversation with some of his shop hands about my options regarding the repair when air bags are deployed. After Brandon arrived I discussed my wish to not have the vehicle totaled and have the air bags replaced and reset. Brandon worked magic with my insurance and got me all fixed up. I am very happy with the way this worked out and Brandon stayed in touch the whole time. Since I live in North Georgia it was a little shakey coordinating the rental cars to get home and return to get the truck but I'm glad Lawson's was in my corner.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Car towing

I cannot say enough good things about Lawson's. From the minute I walked in the door I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The work done to repair my vehicle is excellent. Manager Brandon Lawson went above and beyond to help me navigate questions about insurance. The Lawson s are nice people. we had a fender bender and lost the bumper and headlight. That was a year and a half ago and I ve had to replace the headlight twice and now I m having to reattach the bumper. I wish their work lasted longer.

I can not say enough good things about this man. We called every tow company within well 75 miles. He was the only one that would help us. We had been on the side of the road with our camper, scared tired and not one tow company would come help. The next morning we got him and he was on it fast he even towed us the next day to a dealership because we couldn't fix the problem. We would have called him the night before but the website said bodyshop nothing about towing. But I know on my heart if I had called he would have been there. He made it so we could make it to help with the hurricane. We did and are home now. Thank you Lawson's.Service: Special vehicle towing

Our grandson's car was involved in an accident. Long story short, we called Brandon.He took on the work of repairing his 2019 Honda Civic along with dealing with the insurance company and parts on back order. He kept in touch with us and continued working to repair and get his car back on the road. Brandon did everything he could to make a stressful time doable.Our grandson has his car back for class and clinicals. The repairs were professional and working to our satisfaction. He is professional, honest, and a man of integrity. We would reccomend him, his shop and crew for whatever is needed for a vehicle. My husband and I were on the way from Central Texas to Englewood Florida for vacation with friends, when our truck broke down on I-10 just west of Tallahassee. For whatever reason, we had trouble finding a towing service (one told me it would be a 2 hour wait) , and ended up calling 911 for help. We were connected with highway patrol, who called Brandon at Lawson's.Brandon told us he'd be there in about 20 minutes and apologized for the delay (he had to change trucks). He arrived in 18 and got the truck on his flat bed in 10 minutes or less.It was after 2:00 in the afternoon, and he wasn't sure if he'd be able to find someone to get us back on the road that day but was determined to do so. The first place he took us was not able to get it done that day, but the next place was literally next door, and they were.Brandon was quick, affable, extremely professional, and extremely helpful & reassuring. We were a day and a half into a 2-day road trip and stuck in a place we didn't know. You can imagine how frustrating that is. Brandon kind of took control and took care of us. I appreciate the recent experience I had with this local business. I needed some body work on one of our service vehicles. Brandon took a look at the vehicle and had a quote within a couple of hours. Knowing we need the vehicle in the field Brandon took that into account and had the vehicle ready within 4 hours the day we dropped it off. Brandon did everything he said he would do and the final product is outstanding! Thank you Brandon and your team! We highly recommend this local business!

I am from across the country but bought a car at a local auction. I needed someone to pick it up and hang onto it for a couple of weeks before I could fly in. Brandon was amazing! He did exactly that but he also checked it out for me and changed a wheel and tire. His communication was perfect and was very fair relative to price. I give Lawsons every bit of 5 stars.Service: Tires

I had that unfortunate rainy day accident that left me scatterbrained and upset. Lawson's body shop was there in less than 15 minutes after my accident. They were a kind and calming presence in a upsetting situation. Because the towing experience was so great, I decided to have them repair the damage to my vehicle as well. There was quite a bit of damage to the front end of my Honda Accord, including damage to the radiator. I expected this would take quite some time to repair and was on my own with a rental car cost. I expressed this to Lawson's and they told me they understood the difficult predicament and would expedite the repair. My vehicle was repaired and back on the road in a little over a week! That includes waiting on the insurance adjuster, ordering parts and, the repair! It was also nice knowing that I could phone Lawson's and receive updates . I am grateful to Lawson's body shop not only for the excellent repair to my vehicle but, also for the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this body shop.

I would definitely recommend Lawson's Paint Body to anyone. I worked directly with Brandon the Assistant Manager and they did a fantastic job with my wife's car. He even gave us a ride to the hotel the day of the accident and picked me up at the rental car place the day I picked up our car. They're very helpful and trust worthy company.

Great Body Shop, great People .Brandon Lawson stayed in touch with me by e-mail ( my request) and explained everything to me. From updates on ordered parts to Insurance appraisals to estimated time of completion. I recommend this family business 100% . They made a painful event much less stressful. Great group of people. The work was done on time, with professionalism and was exactly as described. No hidden fees, unexpected changes to the work order or any other negatives.I would definitely recommend this shop. Fortunately I have not had to use many body shops or wreckers over the years but Lawson's is by far the most professional.He even threw in some extras that were unexpected.

Great company amazing prices, Brandon came out to change my tire after midnight when no other company was available or trying to overcharge me plus he arrived at exact time frame he gave I can't thank you enough awesome job.

Brandon Lawson runs a crooked business.I got in a crash within a half mile of my house and didn't have a phone on me so rather than letting me walk home and get my phone to call AAA and get it towed for free this guy saves the day by insisting my insurance will cover his $140 towing bill to take it 15 miles from my house/the accident (which it didn't and he didn't say he was 15 miles away). then this snake holds my car ransom and doesn't let me get in it before i pay his outrageous fee. No idea where this guy came from in the first place cause he said the cops called him , but cops don't call wreckers without me asking so someone's lying. Unfortunately , Brandon managed to outwit me after I was in an accident and a bit dazed, but if you're in a right state of mind I'd stay away from this place the dude lies way too much and even tried to convince us to give him the car for free. luckily we called around and managed to scrap it for $600 which he clearly got pissy about .don't work with these guys unless you're a pro with swindlers.

Had trouble getting my gas tank door open with the release. They worked on it right away and fixed it (even the release, which I had strong armed in my frustration and pulled out from behind its panel). They refused to even charge me. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Don't use!Today, he was hauling a Jeep Liberty on the back of his truck. A piece of Jeep flew off and struck my daughter's car. She got the number and I called him. He said that " I saw it happen, but I couldn't stop because I have another car to pick up."He caused an accident but didn't want to stop because he was too busy. My daughter is 8 hours from home and this bozo strands her because he is too busy.

i would recommend to anyone in the area they took care of us. came and got us with a tow quick and also gave us a ride to the airport to get a rental. very nice mannered good people. very nice i love them
