Definitely rip off. Mechanic looked my alternator gave me advice to unplug one wire And they charged me for 1 hour labor $120. It was less than 5 minutes. And it wasn t road call I talked to the guy day before he said it won t be road call for sure. I believed them and call them but they ripped me off. 5 minutes charged me for one hour. They didn t spend anything just 5 minutes and advise which I knew just wasn t sure for 100%. They located right behind flying stop and if you start arguing they will tell you or pay $120 or I ll add road call also and many fees. I hope guys karma will get you soon and my money won t bring you any luck.TRUCKERS AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Excellent service, respectfully and have reasonable prices. Really fast in doing there job and very honest. Will definitely us there service if needed in the future. Thank u guys and God bless u all

I had concerns about the bushings/alignment on my trailer. These guys were amazingly honest! They came to the truck, assessed the issues and unfortunately were not able to assist but instead referred me to where I could get this done. I've used them in the past as well. They have always been quick to respond and quickly have me back making money. Best service ever!

Theses Guys are very Good Knowledgeable prompt and Professional they serviced and changed oil on two big generators and they ll oil on your semi on the spot !!Kaleb is very friendly Great Service!!!

Called for a flat on our trailer. Guy was there pretty quick even tho he said his guys were busy. Got us a new tire and even checked the rest of the tires air on the trailer for us. Will use them again if we have to while in the area!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a blow out on our motorhome on I-10. These guys came out to the rest area and changed the tire. Dispatcher said they would be out in an hour. They got to us a lot sooner. These two nice guys that changed the tire were awesome. They are the best! I would recommend Gorilla Truck and Tire Repair to anyone. You will be completely satisfied.

Traveling tire blowout called Gorilla Truck & Tire Repair after hours trying to get some help (Roadside assistance) they told me I had to have an account to get service and didn't recommend nobody else Me and My wife side the interstate at a store and we was looking Right at them. LET'S CALL IT WHAT IT IS HELP IS HELP / PAYMENT IS PAYMENT /FAIR is FAIR / THE IS CHANGING NO MORE EXCUSES!

Great customer service. My semi truck did not start. First of all guys tried to help me by phone to understand what is the problem and gave me advices how to diagnose and fix it by my self (not like other road services which come just to charge you and sometimes solve nothing). Mechanic arrived very fast. He was 70 miles away and came in 1.5 h after my call, found the problem (it was a bad wire on starter solenoid) and solve in 1h.Thank you very much for such a great service!If you need road service near Midway FL, I highly recommend Gorilla Truck & Tire Repair LLC.

Call him for a busted heater hose. I was setting a the hotel 3.5 miles from his location. He said that the tech or him would call me in about 30 minutes. I waited a hour and called back. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE.I CALLED KENDA

I know better than to let them do any work for me.I'm just posting to let them know that if they dont stop dumping oil and antifreeze on the ground at the pilot truck stop I'm going to do my best to keep them off this lot.They leave the trash everywhere dump tires into the woods ectI'll call corporate and send the video to.and will contact environmental services to show them video..Plan on paying Big fine

No honor among thieves. The boss and the "helper" are on the same level and will ignore you over and over. They will leave you stranded for days at a time, promising something different each time, the boss says call the tech the tech doesn't pu and you call the boss and he does the same thing over and over.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Needed help so we called them. They kept saying someone is on the way or someone would show up soon. Ended up waiting so long that we called someone else and got service. Gorilla never showed. Same experience as the other 1 star reviews here.

Do Not use these guys. They done a rebuild on my 98 Kw that cost me 25k. My truck has been in the shop 3 times since and is now down due to water in the oil. Their warranty claims that they changed 2 thermostats, when my engine only has 1 and had not been changed. My truck ran hot due to a sticky thermostat and I have proof that it was not changed from Holt Cat ! The top of the engine was not oiling properly and jake rail messed up, proof from Rush truck center . I had fuel in the oil, I took it back to them for 4 days and they charged me for a fuel transfer pump. Still fuel in oil, took to Rush, Injector problem! I asked for Serial numbers on the CAT parts so that I can claim warranty, they have not provided. Garilla truck and trailer are scammers and will not honor their warranty. They may be good at tires and small repairs, but they are not professional enough for big jobs.... please take your truck to a reputable dealer!! It may cost a little more... but the results will be well worth it!!!

They are not reliable people. They made us wait over 20 hours for a part and then informed us they can't come. I would not recommend using them as they do not communicate.

If I could rate neg 10 stars I would, Called for a tire change and an air bag and tried to charge me 3 times agreed rate how sad what this world has come to full of liars and thieves!!!

Blew a tire driving through town, pulled in to change it they came to us and replaced all our bad tires right in the parking lot! Best service!
