Quick, efficient, and friendly service. They got me out of a pickle in 15 minutes while my insurance provider had taken over 5 hours. Would definitely call them when I m stranded again.

VERY, VERY reasonable price. He was Johnny on the spot very understanding when I couldn t find my keys, he treated me with more care and compassion than the prick that put me in the position to need the car towed to begin with who had also been a friend for more than 40 years. Hands down he will always be my number choice and recommendation from that day forward!!

Guy towing a dodge Durango on 295 at 1:00pm with E4750d license plate needs to learn how to drive and not almost cause accidents. This is representing your company... good luck with that.

Very courteous and responsive. Spent THREE hours waiting for AAA with promises of a call back but only crickets...Scott was there well inside of an hour and did an awesome job. Recommended with no hesitation!

Calling several tow companies before I called this one. They were great!! Felix is the one who towed my car he was AWESOME!!!! Answered all my questions and more. Will definitely use Scott's towing in the future for any tows my family and I might need. Felix was the best guy I've yet to encounter as for towing my car and making me feel at ease. Absoutely 100% the best service. Fast and friendly. This is the second time i have had to use them. They are careful while loading and unloading your vehicle. Up front about price, know their way around the city.Great people.Have no problems in telling people to use this company when they need help.

I'm so happy that each time I break down 3 times now that this company driver took care of me like I was his family member. I felt safe an comfortable with him. Got to me in a timely manner kept phone contact with me while I was stranded in the middle of the road with cars flying by me.I 100% recommend this company!!

Moved damaged truck less than 1 mile. The service we received was horrible. The truck had to be turned over and placed on tow truck. The guy was so not with it and did not act like he know what he was doing. Several people watching made suggestions to him about getting the truck moved. He had to use tools from different people and he keep cutting his ropes with a knife that he borrow from us. After he took the advice from others he finally got the truck loaded and moved it to our house. We were charged $400 for this and he said it was because he was over two hours working on the truck but it was all his fault. Very unfair price and really bad service my vehicle was towed about 1/2 mile he wrote on ticket it was towed 5 miles. The police called him out to tow the truck it was not our choice and will never use them again. Please get a price from driver before using them. Unbelievable service. Would not recommend to anyone. Beware of the price they charge for a very unprofessional service. I wrote an email to the company and waiting for response. Will update laterService: Car towing

I called to ask for a tow last night, I gave the exact address for where it was and where it needed to go. The guy said it was a 13 mile tow but I looked it up and it was less than four miles. I'm not sure if they know this but people have access to the internet and can verify that they are being dishonest.

They charge a flat rate! Get to you in 30 minutes. So nice! If you ever need a tow, use Scott s!I really appreciate you guys, I m 7 months pregnant and have been waiting on another tow truck for hours. You guys came in 30 minutes after I called. Bless you guys!!Service: Car towing

My dealership uses Scott s towing all the time and does a great job and they are very quick. I needed to have my personal vehicle towed and they were extremely patient with me and had it towed very quick. Paul was very careful about how he put my vehicle on the truck since my vehicle is on coil overs. We had waited on a tow truck for 5 hours. Company kept pushing back each hour so I called Scott's and within 20 minutes they were there and VERY affordable and professional. Definitely recommend them!!

My dealership uses this tire company and recommended them. By the time I seen my truck again the front bumper was hanging off. Called the tow truck driver he said he delivered it perfectly to them. Asked the dealership what happened and they showed me video of him damaging my car driving it off the tow truck then driving into their parking spot and leaving. Scott the Owner told me he talked to them and they said it wasn t his driver. Nissan said that s not true they sent him the video and pictures. Now he s giving me the run around. I shouldn t have to take them to court about something they know their responsible for but looks like that s where we are heading after 2 weeks of Scott lying Service: Car towing

Didn t even get a chance to use them, but their customer service is amazing. Thanks Jennifer and Brian. After being unable to reach other tow companies, Jennifer s voice was the first friendly one I heard. She was quick and efficient to get Brian out to my son on a crazy, rainy, Florida day (I m in California). I made over the phone payment and didn t even request for a refund because I really appreciate good people and service these days. The other towing company that I called previously, finally made it out there after a few hours and picked up my son, unbeknownst to him that they weren t the ones that were supposed to pick him and his car up, passing Brian by...This is my first Google review. Brian was friendly when I spoke to him and I appreciate that he even called me. Thanks again Jennifer and Brian. You guys are representing Scott s very well and you may not hear it often enough, but your service is appreciated.

Enjoy my experience... the dispatcher was nice, the driver wes very knowledgeable in his job .. my car would not stay on at all so it was difficult to put it up on the flat bed.. I went inside to get my purse came back out and it was on the truck... awesome sauce ... the wait wasn't long from the time of arrival to departure... would definitely use them again and definitely will recommend them.. and good prices...

The lady who answered the phone was so sweet in assisting my husband and I as we requested a tow for our car. The tow truck driver Michael was also very kind and funny and made a stressful situation so much easier. We were able to get the car home safely and in good spirits, and the best part was that Michael was familiar with my tiny hometown in Texas (small world!) If we ever need to tow our car again in the foreseeable future (we will once the bottom end needs to be built) we will definitely be using Scott s Towing!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Great service, friendly staff, and the price was very reasonable. My car left me stranded on Blanding Blvd, called Scott's and they were there very quick. No surprises, the price was the same one they gave me on the phone. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks for your awesome service!

Scott s rowed car15 miles from an accident scene was asked to tow the car to my house refused because I wasn t present and car wasn t in my girlfriends name she was driving it. Car was on their lot 40 hours charged for 72 hours of storage fees. Nothing at this place is affordable. They will rip you off and take advantage of any situation that favors them taking your money. Years ago it was a great company. Today they are greedy con artist.

Inconsiderate. Got into a car wreck less than a mile from my home, did not tell me I could tow it to my home. their facility was 20 minutes from the site of crash. NOT 24 HOURS!!!! did not specify that they were not open on the weekends. I told her i have 2 BABIES under 2y/o and that everything tow x2 and days there was going to take my WHOLE paycheck, she saud that I had to pay in full. and now it's going to cost me more because they charge for the weekend. The driver "Brian" was very professional and courteous. The truck arrived quickly and he hooked up the vehicle and got me to the shop in no time.I have used Scott's Affordable for many many years and they never disappoint or let me down. Very sweet couple that answered the phone, after 8pm. Easy going and nice couple that was dispatched to bring my Deer-stricken Jeep back to Keystone Heights from Middleburg. They even gave recommendations for collision repair. Most importantly, Scott s Tow rescued me when AAA would not! Great fam business. Support them!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was stuck in my front yard, running late to work. Scott's towing was at my house & had me unstuck 15 minutes after my call. The man who was driving the truck was incredibly friendly & professional. It's hard to come by good customer service anymore but this towing company definitely excels in the customer service department. Thank you Scott's, you saved my morning & put me in a better mood!

I would recommend anyone to use Scott's affordable towing. From my call to my pick up an drop off they were helpful and professional. They got to me within 30 min. All around good company good experience with good people. If u need a vehicle towed make Scotts affordable towing your first stop. It could save u time an money with friendly service. Thank u

Frank Smith and the rest of the staff and crew of Scotts Towing made this bad situation the best it could be. Quick and professional service with a smile is hard to come by nowadays, but it's easy to see how much Frank and the crew love their job.
