The cashier looked at my ID suspiciously for a long time before telling me it couldn t be me because it I look like a boy in it, aggressively insisting you re a female! I m not sure what she was accusing me of, but she seemed mad as hell. I know I was a rough looking teenager, but that s a new one. Obviously the ID checked out and was fine, because it s MY GOVERNMENT ISSUED DRIVER S LICENSE, you know, with MY NAME AND INFO ON IT that MATCHES ALL MY OTHER IDs AND CARDS, but I m sooo glad she couldn t hold back the microaggressive insult! Maybe she s just having a weird day of it, but that was super rude; I won t be coming back here.

This is a great store everybody that works there is very nice and very knowledgeable knows where everything is is constantly staying busy cleaning and whatnot plus helping customers awesome store since they re designed it very very good food in a pinch well work for a dinner lunch breakfast or whatever so I recommend going to this place if you don't have a lot of time but you are hungry or you have to feed your crew and gas up go back to this spot!

Nice station always with room at a pump and no ads or notices pushed on to you while you pump. Just gas.Never been inside the store, however.

Why can't they be open at 5:30 a.m. on a work day? They've got someone hanging out in there all night and when they open nothing is ready except Pizza.They're so proud of their dehydrated Pizza.

I want to give 5 stars ONLY for one of your employees. Shannon! I frequent this store and EVERYTIME we come here, this poor girl is working. She s very pregnant and you can tell she is very tired! I don t think I ve ever been in on a day when Shannon wasn t working. I think the management staff needs to make some improvements and hire some new staff to let this expecting mother enjoy the last of her pregnancy! Please hire more staff!Shannon, thank you for being the friendliest cashier ever, even during everything you re going through! You re truly the meaning of great customer service!

This by far is my favorite gas station. I stop and breakfast and coffee every morning. Gordon is nice and helpful. Teresa always has a smile and is helpful. Breakfast is good. They always have a decent selection. My kids always makes me stop when we go by. Never had a bad experience. The staff in general makes you feel like you have always known them. Thank you and see you tomorrow.

Employee was very sweet and cordial. The reason for 3 stars is they at some point decided according to the employee discontinued the use of the card readers at the pump due to covid. This counter intuitive at best. So instead of keeping customers outside and at the pump you force them to cone into the store and get closer to other people? How does this work for keeping socially distanced and safe? It also creates a new problem, I am handicap disabled so now unless I want to have an employee come out, run in, and back out I need to suffer the consequences of having to walk across the lot which causes pain. Nice store but we won't be back because of this stores policies and the seemingly not thought out and random policies that are not based in logic and understanding of how things work in the world.

I have been denied purchase of beer because I was buying the same beer that someone was denied because they didn't accept the man's Mexico ID a few people in front of me and now I try to get $50 in fuel and you can't break my $100 bill. I even tried to ask for $60 in fuel. I used to like this store a few years ago. Now I've become to hate it. Unfriendly employees. They all have attitudes, even when you try to be friendly. Why can't the be like the one in green cove springs?

I have stopped at this store many times to just get gas. Every time I stop. The receipt will not print on the pumps and have to walk in. Today was the worst day. I went in to get my receipt and I had a Wawa shirt on. Omg shoot me. The 3 cashiers standing there were so rude. Laughing at me. And when I was walking away one of them very rude tone yelled. Yes I said yelled. I didn't need to come in there. Last time I stop at this location.

I would rather walk then stop here to fill up. The workers seem to be annoyed with customers for walking through the door that is if they can be bothered to stop their personal conversations long enough to assist anyone.

How do I get you guys to build a racetrack in Hartwell Ga? I hate that my preferred gas station refuses to build when I live. :( great gas station and very clean

I absolutely LOVE this Racetrac, let me tell you why. I have traveled to a few other locations recently and there isn't a store that I've seen that comes close to the cleanliness, friendliness and availability of products. The team at this store is awesome and I hope they see it!They have me hooked on Racetrack but mostly this Racetrac!

We filled up one truck with gas, no problem. Tried to fill up the other with diesel with same card and it's not allowed. HUGE inconvenience to drive elsewhere to complete purchase.

Came for a coke icee, the machine was down again. They just need a new machine. Losing a lot if sales with this machine never working.

Simply the app. Sucks.Im at the store every day. Even the employees can't get it to work. So all I do is back up the line. And look stupid. And yes I've deleted it and reloaded like they claim. Only used it 3 times with success.

Manager helpful but employees roll eyes and super rude. Charged my ccd twice didn't know what she was doing and got upset with customers for wanting her to do her job. Will head across the street from now on

Very nice clean place with lots of pumps. The road constructions makes it a little tricky when towning a trailer.

It's basically a Wawa. There's a wide selection of foods, and has a restaurant inside it. It's delicious.24hr ice cream too.

The two women who work in the mornings are very rude and disrespectful to customers. Will not be coming back to this store!
