One of my second favorite auto part stores. The only downside is they can be a little bit more pricey than some of the other places. Sometimes when you need a tool or a part usually they will have it or can get it the same day. To me that is awesome.

Napa is good for big truck parts, the boss has an account, the hours are not great, and I think overpriced, but they specialize in bigger trucks vs the other stores are light truck and cars

You've got 4 options for auto parts within a half mile in Middleburg. Save your time and effort and go here first. Better parts, better prices (usually) and more knowledgeable staff. Always the place I call or go to first when I need stuff, and with a modified Wrangler....it's more often than it should be.

I called to see if they had a leather cleaning product shown on their website in the store. The woman I talked to sounded lost. I told her several times the name of the product. She then put me on permanent hold. After several minutes of wait I knew she wasn't answering the phone again. Not the first issue with NAPA . Don't their people receive training?

Everybody there knows what they're doing very clean store if they don't know how to do something or fix something they will figure it out with a certified person or call somebody that's not there and figure it out and explain how to do it for you they will print you diagrams awesome awesome store will definitely go back

Had my fiance go to pick up an oil filter, 5 quarts of oil and an oil pan while she was out shopping yesterday. Gave her the exact part numbers for all the items on the list. She comes home with the wrong oil filter and 5 quarts of oil with an almost 100% mark up in price from the advertised price on their website. Thankfully, being an automotive technician I know enough about the industry to double check parts before starting a job. So I head back to Napa to get the correct filter and ask why we were charged almost double for the oil. The older woman and man were both at the counter when I arrived. I asked for the correct filter for my vehicle and was immediately greeted with an attitude. Then I askes why we were paying almost double price for oil and she continued to be rude to me and said she didnt control the prices. Then proceeded to give me some ridiculous explanation about their pricing policy which was totally bogus(according to her she said because my fiance didn't mention the online price, instead of being a decent human being and giving the best price from the start, decided instead to give us a 100% mark up). Then the other employee makes a comment along the lines of "We dont work for free" and "when you order online you do our job for us".. I in the 10+ years in the industry have never met 2 employees who were this hostile and rude towards a customer. All I wanted to do was change my oil. But thanks to the poor quality of professionalism at this branch I had to waste an extra hour of my day and gas just to get the correct parts and a fair price. I will NEVER do business with Napa again. I would rather order online and have it shipped directly or go to another store for supplies. I hope they dont treat all their new customers like this.

Posted hours on Google showed they open at 9 on Sunday. As of 11 they were still not open and do not have posted hours on their door as to when they are open.
