My Valve stem on my truck was broke . I was sitting at a red light last Thursday when I noticed my tire was completely flat . I pulled into 2 different gas stations, and both of them were broken. I put my money in and lost 2.00 on 1 Air machine and 3.00 on another . I won't see that back. Low and Behold I look up and there is A Mavis right in front of my eyes. It was like Heaven! Before I walked in the door I seen they had a air machine with the words FREE. I thought that was so kind, so I decided to go inside and see if they would Remove and replace my Valve stem. They seemed to be pretty busy as there was a car on every single Lift . I was waiting for someone to say that they couldn't help me today. But instead they said it was No problem at all. I assumed I would be there for a long time..But they had me in and out the door in 10-15 min at the most. Best of all they were nice and funny and had Great Customer Service and people skills....I go to check out and Low and Behold....They said It was on them..They were awesome!!! NO CHARGE ... Very Positive Experience during a very stressful and challenging day that I was having. So THANK YOU Mavis. Lisa Womack.

Donald was amazing, the shop was pretty busy but he was patient and kind to everyone. He took his time listening and helping each customer equally. The store was clean and everyone was friendly, my toddler had an even better experience than I did. They were fast and did great work Will bring my truck here again.Have to add a little more and take away some stars. Everything I said before was true, but once I got home and inspected my vehicle I noticed not only grease all over my steering wheel and interior door handle, but also on the exterior door handle and my key fob was covered as well (didn t notice that since the truck was already running and the keys were in the cup holder) It was pouring down rain when they pulled my vehicle up that after quickly loading my child into the truck I didn t have a chance to take it all look at everything, including my rim. I know sometimes it s hard to not mark up a wheel, but this is the first time my tire has ever been removed from the rim and now I have two little silver scratches where it was removed. I m kind of disappointed because everything leading up to this was great.

Come, see Jeremiah and DJ!!This was a last-minute for tires alignment, and Balance. They knocked out of the park. Got it done extremely fast. Great customer service awesome pricing make sure you come see the winning team!!Saw them for a second visit last minute!!4 tires, alignment, brake flush, power steering flush, o/c, and more 45minutes Jeremiah did it again with the help of Jacob and the team this time!!!Lets go!!

I drove in from out of town and got a flat on the way in. Went to Mavis and the service was great! The customer service was absolutely amazing. Said it would take a few hours and ended up only being about an hour. They even waived the fee for me to get the tire patched! I will definitely be using Mavis services again and refer others to this place! Thank you so much for the help!

The team was excellent, from the moment I walked through the door with a hefty list of needs (dependent upon price quoting)! Liz got right on helping me find what I needed and very reasonable pricing for it. They could have run with the fact that I was in pretty desperate need of atleast 1 tire asap but they didn't, they worked with me for deals for quotes on the 2 tires, an alignment and oil change that I needed. My family and I always go to them for our tires and oil changes and are never disappointed with the services we receive. I know this sounds cliche but I feel like like my car is running almost like new again, I'm so relieved to have not gotten screwed over in pricing, especially with the current economy! Thanks to their team for all their hard work and awesome customer service!

Great shop! I had a flat tire they were able to quickly fix for me in less than a half hour and the guys were very nice and professional. I have also appreciated their free air station that is open 24-7 when I had an ongoing leak in the past that I finally had repaired. Highly recommend.

I stopped into Mavis Tires In Middleburg Fl. under the impression that one of my tires were low, I was terribly wrong. Donald showed me that all of my tires were showing wire and that my Tie Rods were shot. The were closing in 45 min. but Donald stayed and made sure that everything that I needed does got finished. He also got me a ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Price for all the work that was done . Donald you the Man. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs. Thank you Donald!!

I always go to Mavis for tires and repairs and they are the best! Today I had a leaky tire and they had it patched up and me back on the road in no time. I recommend Mavis for their professional work and friendly staff to anyone in the Middleburg area needing tires or service.

All the workers were friendly and efficient and got me in to get a nail out of my tire even though I was just a walk in. Donald handled all the transactions and was amazing! I've been going here for years and have always had a great experience!

Second time coming here to get some tires put on. The price was decent and the service was polite and professional. I was a walk in and they still worked with me to get the job done the same day. One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right. Very pleased with my experience, I definitely recommend this shop and I will certainly come back again.

Worst tire retailer in Middleburg!Watch the kid for 45 minutes try to balance one tire. Set for 3 hours waiting while they would pull cars into the bay that just showed up! They had a kid do my alignment which ended up eating my front two tires and they refused to replace them! The best advice I can give is do not bring your car to Mavis tire!

I needed a repair of a valve stem I brought the tire to them. We were in and out the door in 10 minutes. Very helpful staff. Wonderful customer service experience. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Nolan was absolutely great. He offered to fix our tire as soon as possible, and handled the problem with the utmost customer service. I recommend looking for him during your visit, and solving all your car issues here.great customer service.

Without going into great detail here, I called in to see if they had time to fix a flat tire for me as I was traveling thru. Said they did. I brought it in and they took care of it right away. Fixed the tire AND put it back on for me, stowing the spare again. Josh was such a great help. I ABSOLUTELY appreciated it. I d give them more stars if I could. Would recommend this shop over and over again (even though there are shops closer to me).

I had a fantastic experience at this Mavis store. The service and experience were excellent! They fit me in on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. They completed my car quickly and got me back on the road much faster than expected. I highly recommend them!

The only tire store for me. Spot on! These guys got it together! Staff is knowledgeable! Customer service is top of the line. Didn't waste my time. In and out with no hassles. If you get a full set they throw in a free alignment. The also do breaks and suspension.
