Wonderful experience. Honest, knowledgeable. Will not be taking 2013 chvy Cruz back to Chevrolet, Mavis was very Honest they couldn't diagnose further and find out what the issue was, they referred us to Laid Back Garage. Really pleased with being kept in the loop, honesty and price was way less than I was anticipating. Don't hesitate, they are our new go to from now on.

You will be very impressed when you walk in the door, very clean and efficient looking shop. Did tune-up work on my Ram p/u for a good price, they found a few other issues that I did not know about. They called and confirmed the repair before doing it. Truck runs and drives great.

Came in just to chat about some electrical issues with my Honda CR-V. Met a very nice gal named Christine who walked me through the process and price of getting my car looked at. My car issue resolved itself, but I was very impressed with the manners and ease of access to information. Definitely held on to their card just in case...

The process of using LAID-BACK Garage is very customer friendly. Each person is nice to speak with because they speak auto maintenance clearly. Had an unknown issue with my truck and needed it in a hurry. They had it diagnosed and repaired in less than two days even with a hard to find part. Given the circumstances, they could have pushed for several problems and my hands would be tied. Honest, professional, and reasonably priced.

Very reasonable prices, honest assessment of the problems, no upsell tactics. John and his crew went beyond the call of duty to get my Fianc�'s 2006 Honda Element rolling again. Friendly, knowledgeable, great quality at fair price. I worked for an independent mechanic for 8 years in SoCal before moving to Florida so I am very familiar with service and repair. In fact I have pretty high expectations. Laid Back Garage is exactly what I have been looking for!!! In fact after they serviced my vehicle I went home and got my DIL car and dropped it off. They found the problem quickly and estimate to repair is good!If you are looking for great work at fair prices and to establish a relationship this is the shop for you!

My dad had a thumping noise every once in a while coming from the Ram 1500 that he just bought from a dealership. I put a Go Pro up under the truck in a few locations to try and determine the source. I could not see anything. That same day my dad asked if I should take the truck to John Orbe. I told him I trust his experience. John is great at his job.John hypothesized that someone took the bolts out that held the cab to the bed of the truck when they took running boards off, as that was the source of the thumping. The original window sticker did not indicate running boards even came with the truck. Ironically enough, and unknown to John Orbe at the time, the salesman had put in writing that they were going to reinstall the running boards that came with the Ram 1500 just a few days prior to John's inspection.

I used to go to Orbe's when it was on Blanding in Middleburg. He moved his shop down on 218 and I followed. Very pleased with the work they do on my 2 old vehicles.
