They overfilled the oil. Immediately after, the car developed an overheating problem. Coincidence? I think not. I don't trust anything from these people. I have to pay a mechanic now to figure out what they screwed up and I dont trust anything they do now so am going to have a complete oil change from another company.

Unless you pulled the spark plugs, how the heck you know they have not been changed. Really, that s brand new fluid in the coolant reservoir from two days ago, but I need A flush and fill. Cmon do better, or at least ask when is the last time it was done.

Stopped in this location for the first time to get a much needed oil change as I only had maximum 30 minutes before my next commitment. Not only was my service done very quickly (about 15 minutes) but they installed a filter for me that I had purchased a while back free of charge. Tim, Paul, and Darryl were all extremely respectful. Tim even took the time to let me know possible upcoming needs for my car and how to know when my car would need it. Tim researched every possibly promotion that I would qualify for and after my service was completed, I without a doubt decided I was not going to visit any other oil change location in Middleburg! 10/10 guys. Thank you!

Very friendly and respectful, my new go to place after moving to Florida from Washington, wish I had cash to tip today. Service is quick and it wasn t crowded, they are able to help right away. I actually like Jiffy Lube and would normally recommend them. Unfortunately, I chose a different location due to errands that I was running that day and went to Middleburg. The manager tried forcing me to buy a cabin filter for my jeep, I told him that Jeeps do not have them. He then proceeded to dump everything out of my glove box onto the floor and left it there on wet carpet (Registrations and all). 2 of my rubber ducks were also missing. No vacuum happened and I was outright lied to by the young girl who told me the gas filters were on sale that day for $20 and then tried to charge me $40. They spent nearly an hour with all of this trying to get me to buy stuff I did not need and then destroying my jeep inside. I have had several friends who have told me since then that they consistently try stuff like this on senior citizens and females. I will recommend people DO NOT use Middleburg Jiffy Lube ever! This was all a direct result of actions by the manager who was brow beating his employees to be dishonest.

Tim Cierra Paul Darryl and Matthew are all excellent and friendly polite and professional in their different jobs. They told me everything at was going on before they started the service and they were fast and accurate and their pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone that is going to read this review. You won't be sorry. I wish I could have giving them 10 stars.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My car wouldn t start today as I was leaving a dentist appointment. No one in the dentist office had jumper cables, but one of the staff mentioned that there was a Jiffy Lube within walking distance. I walked over and explained my dilemma and Jacob immediately had Paul grab a battery, some cables, and walk back over with me. After jump starting my car, I drove it over to the Jiffy Lube and the guys tested my battery. I needed a new one but they suggested I call and see if it was still under warranty (it wasn t), so they helped me find a suitable replacement, installed it, topped off my fluids, and had me back on my way. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my day. Thanks again to Jacob, Paul, and Daryll at Store #2784

There was one service attendant named Matt who was AMAZING! He was very nice and made this a quick and easy experience. However, I cannot give him a 5star review because the other service attendant named Tim was very rude and disrespectful and had no business talking to me and my child the way he did.Having Matt there was the ONLY reason I stayed and received services!Service: Oil change

Update I went to get an oil change and tire rotation this morning. The gentleman was nice and they quickly had my oil changed. The issue came with the tire rotation. I was told it cannot be done and I would have to go elsewhere. The exhaust is in the way. It was recommended by a friend to call Toyota. I spoke with their service department. They are confused too. The exhaust is tucked up and wouldn't be in the way of tire rotation. I now have to go to the horrible tire shops where it takes 2 hours for the same work. I guess I'll check back to see if they find a different position for the lift since it was just replaced they're not aware of. Very disappointed Previous As I have just shared through the survey, I highly recommend. The service is fantastic. If you have been to the "big" service centers in the area, you know how horrid the customer service is in those places. The employees are always upbeat and courteous at the Middleburg Jiffy Lube. They are efficient and do great work. They work as a team so things go smoothly. I take my company car in monthly. Their standards remain high on every visit. Out of over 2 years of monthly service I had one O-ring crack after an oil change. They didn't give me hard time. They quickly fixed it. No issues before or since. I never leave discussed with paying out money for service or the work done. If you need work done contact them. They do quite a bit more than oil changes.

Didn t make me feel silly or stupid for not knowing what to do, who to talk to or where to go. Very welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable. Love these guys!

Very helpful and friendly team. Got my oil changed and it's nice to stay in the car now while they do it. When I turned my car back on after the oil change, something happened with my car's dash screen I'd never seen before. I went in and talked to the manager and he sat in my car with me for over 20 minutes to figure out the problem. We couldn't figure it out but he gave me his name and number and told me to call him if it didn't reset. Thankfully it fixed itself after a little bit but I really appreciated the concern and working to address the issue.Service: Oil change

I don't typically leave reviews but I really think these guys deserve it......I got there at 9am and was seriously in and out in about 45min. They had clients ahead of me and it was a Saturday morning (09-25-21). I was more than impressed with their politeness and working together as a team. I have never taken my car any place other than the dealership but today I thought I would try something different. I m glad I did. Everyone was very professional and nice. I was in/out, including a little wait, in 30 min! They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need and did exactly what was asked. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I took my car for an oil change at the last minute (10 minutes before they closed). They greeted me and took my car in immediately. They were very kind and respectful. They allowed me to remain in my car while they changed my oil and my wiper blades. They were very fast and so kind during the entire process. I will definitely take my car there for all my future oil changes as well as their other services.Service: Oil change

The gentlemen that work there are very attentive and super speedy. They don't try to upsell you anything forcefully. I had my oil changed in less than 30 minutes.
