They did a great job of replacing my Hyundai smart key fob and explaining everything I needed to know to get the right one. Very friendly service and kept in touch with me when needed during the ordering process. 10/10 would use them again.

Needed a new fob for my Chrysler and Jeff was right on it and got me a new one very quickly. Price was very reasonable too. Definitely will use this business again when needed

Got a key made for my truck. It works as good as the original key. I showed up at their shop unannounced and said I needed a key made expecting to just drop it off and return later. Instead, Jeff dropped what he was in the middle of doing and jumped right on it. If I ever need to get another key made this is where I'll be going.

Ben did a great job making a copy of my car remote with built in key. One of the few remaining store front locksmiths in the area. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Highly recommend Jax Locksmith Shop for timeliness, professionalism, courtesy, fair pricing and expert knowledge. Ben was able to use existing pieces to repair the door latch of a very historic building that others were reluctant to touch. We very much appreciate his willingness to help and craftsmanship.

Got a used vehicle that only came with one key. Bought keys online which most places would not cut. Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to cut both keys and get them programed with zero issues. Very pleased.

We had 2 dealerships, and Ace Hardware turn us away, but we had luck with Jax Locksmith shop. It was very quick and the man who helped us was very polite. The price was fair and significantly cheaper than anywhere if they would have actually accepted us. Will return for any other key issues in the future

Jeff was the bomb, God sent me him! I had issues with starting my 15' pathfinder, and was not sure what the problem was. Jeff helped me mitigate the issue down and turned out to be just a dead battery. 10/10 would use again. Also give Jeff a raise!

Ben was an angel! I accidentally went into the ocean with my car key and couldn t get into my car and we were totally stranded on a Sunday. He came and helped us get into the car and then figure out the best way to move forward replacing the key. He was calm, level headed and explained things clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. His prices were fair and I have nothing but good things to say about him.I recommend him without reservation. !

I was turned down 2 times about programming my replacement keys so I called Jax lock shop and Ben, A very lovely person, was at my car in under an hour. He programed my keys in no time and also advised that I could have gotten the keys from him also. If you need lock help I recommend them highly. And good price. Thank you Ben

Amazing real person service. They were very honest and proved to be trustworthy. They responded quickly and asked a few questions and gave me a reasonable price. Most call you make are just referral services and refuse to quote you thier rates. I highly recommend you call them first, you'll be glad you did.

OMG, OMG. I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TODAY 1/23/23. I have been having problems with my key fob since July '22. I was passing by and noticed the 50% sign and decided to stop by. JEFF was so patient, knowledgeable about his job. He made my key for me but I still had the issue of my horn blowing whenever I turned the key. JEFF'S expertise about my car manufacturers issue was amazing. He spent over a hour correcting my issue and got IT DONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAX LOCKSMITH

On 29 Sept as a Hurricane was coming, I called since it was still calm. I had just purchased a 2016 Cherokee that had one key. I arrived at the Middleburgh location. A new remote was programed plus a spare key for that just in case moment. I went back today for additional remotes and again the staff was flawless! They are friendly and not hurrying you up to go. They do so much more than just remotes. Garage openers, safe combo lock and so much more. Thank You ALL

Showed up 40 minutes before closing time, the lights were on, the open sign was on, and the TV was on, but the door was locked. So I called the number and was told that "we left early" by a nearly impossible to understand voice. I can understand closing early but if you leave all your lights on and your TV on and advertise that you are open until 9 pm why act surprised when someone calls you from the shop wondering where you are.

I was very impressed with Jay he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I recently brought a new car which the fob was not working properly and I also brought a fob online which I needed to be programmed, not only did he program the new fob but he checked out the old one and his price was very reasonable and would recommend him to anyone would appreciate someone who is honest. I am telling all my friends about him.

Good price. Great service. Super helpful. Way better than dealing with a dealer on my Honda Accord spare key. I'll definitely be back for a spare on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the time and hassle associated with other people who also do other work. Go with the pros @ Jax Locksmith who do this all day every day.

Jeff was awesome. I walked in and he helped me right away. I went to multiple places to cut a key for my 84 Corvette and none of them worked. Jeff cut the first key and it work just like new. He cut me 2 ignition keys and 2 door lock keys. Great deal and service. Thank you again Jeff.

He was extremely helpful and professional. I needed a chip car key copy made. I compared his price with Ace hardware. His price was $70 less. He arrived promptly and was very diligent in working with my car. I was very satisfied. I had an issue the next day and he saw me right away. The issue was a fuse and nothing to do with the actual new key. He switched the fuse and issue solved. He went well above and beyond to help me.
