Mr. Coleman is my all-time favorite mechanic. If you are looking for a professional, courteous, and honest car and truck mechanic, look no further. They always answer the phone and can give you an update quickly. Mr. Coleman and Rhonda will always have my business!

We needed some work done on our vehicle, and Coleman Auto, they saved the day!Honest mechanics, they did right by us for sure and I will be recommending them to others. We have lived in the area for a few years, and have been through it with mechanics, looking for someone like we had where we came from..honest and understanding. The dealership was overrated and always not thorough Coleman Auto was.Thank you, from our family to yours! We will be back!

They decided to charge me a $120 diagnostic fee that was never disclosed or discussed with me and they don t have a business license so they can t accept the warranty and do not make the mistake of calling them on a Saturday because they can hold your vehicle hostage but won t even bother to speak to you to even accept payment. Just make you pay for a tow and keep your car. And they won t answer the phone on Monday either so .once again I can t even pay them to make them release my vehicle. They come across as honest decent people but that can change without warning. Just save yourself the headache. Not sure when the hell I ll get my car back since they operate by cell phone and it s turned off.

Honest and great service. I definitely would recommend Coleman Auto Repair. I initially took my truck to Mavis and they lied to me and said that my trucks brakes were worn 70% and that I needed brakes and rotors. Mavis then quoted me an astronomical cost for the job. I took my truck to Coleman s because they gave me a very reasonable quote. He inspected my brakes and said I still have well over 50% left and I didn t need anything. They didn t charge me for taking the time and looking at my truck. Appreciate their honesty and it s a nice family owned business.

My Hyundai Sonata's engine seized and other shops were giving me outrageous prices for a replacement. And then we find Coleman Auto Repair and they gave us fair prices on the overall cost. Not only was the price fair, but they got it done within a reasonable time as well. Since I've had the car back, haven't had any issues whatsoever. They definitely know what they're doing.Great people, fair prices, excellent service, highly recommended!

Took my 2000 gmc to Coleman Repair for a estimate! they removed 1 sparkplug and put the same plug back in and charged me 80 dollars! The sparkplug it fell out the next day while driving! Not a place to go if you ask me!!!

I fully recommend Coleman s Auto repair. This is the only place I trust to bring my vehicles and have been bringing my vehicles here for over ten years now.I had a Ranger I brought here, a Kia Sedona, a Jeep Wrangler, my parents bring their vehicles and the mechanics here always know just what to do. I will always go to Coleman s first because of the people that work there, that treat me like family. The prices are always fair and the problem is always addressed and fixed.If the other big chain franchise places are giving you the run around and trying to upsell you before they address your concern, call Coleman s. You can trust their word, and they won t try to sell you stuff you don t need. I will be back for more work for sure.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Doesn't Warranty work when they fail at a repair and does not keep records of there work performed and invoices. Would not recommend this company for any services.

These guys are honest and amazing!! Other shops quoted me thousands of dollars over the phone based on what I described was happening. I went out on a limb and arranged for my vehicle to be towed to Coleman's because it wouldn't start without a jump and wouldn't hold a charge. Anyway, not 3 hours after they got it they called and told me the entire problem was a simple bracket. They could have taken me down a long winding road of unnecessary repairs but they were honest and I got out for under $200! And my car is perfectly fine now. I'm SO happy I decided on working with them! I certainly will again in the future. Thank you Coleman's!!

I have never done business with such an honest shop. I had my car towed in because it wouldn t start and being an older car there is a lot of things it needs. He found the problem, let me know of a few other suggestions he had for other repairs it would need, and took care of exactly what I wanted for a great price. I know he spent more time on the car than he billed me for but he was very fair and just asked that I bring it back when it came time for the next repairs. I won t go to another shop from now on for any of my vehicles. It s rare to find honesty when he could have given me pages of necessary repairs.Services: Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Coleman's is my go-to place when my 2000 Dodge pick up isn't feeling well. I have had this truck 18 years and I don't trust very many people under her Hood. However I do totally trust Coleman's . Everyone is so kind and talk to you and straight up front with you. also me being on a fixed income they don't try to milk every dime out of me they're very very reasonable.. I also just adore their Shepherd.Shep.

Relocated / literally drove from Buffalo, NY to Florida! Thankful for my brother and mom who pulled off the trip with all my things including my SUV. This place is by far the best I ve ever been to, spoken with, and the turnaround time?! My SUV was ready within 2 days!! Don t bother calling other places - if you re serious about wanting great service and a great price ->go to Coleman ! Now that I m living in Fl I don t plan on going to anyone else.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I've had my old girl, a 2002, in there a few times for this or that. They always work hard to find out what's wrong and point me in the right direction when it's something they can't fix. Great honest people who do great work at affordable prices.

By far the best service and work done. Long story short I recently bought my first vehicle 3 months ago and thought I was buying a good one. It's been in and out of repair shops and bad work was being done. My car broke down after 9 days of it being in the shop for 2 months getting a head gasket job done. So clearly I wasn't taking it back to Tommy's auto. My dad has taken multiple cars to colemans and always had great work done.Nicki who runs the office part was wonderful I brought my car in and they got right to it after explaining to them everything I've been threw with the car. I really couldn't afford to not have my car anymore. It was ready quicker then I anticipated. They even gave my boyfriend and I ride home and picked us up when my car was ready. When I say Coleman's is the best place I really really mean it. Not only was the communication great but you can really tell they guys knew what they are talking about. They went threw and showed me everything and even took the time to explain it in detail. I will never take my car to another place. And will always recommend them!!

Coleman 's was recommended to me by a friend of mine to change the motor in my son's car, a 2013 Hyundai Genesis. The dealership wanted more than $8,000 to change the motor. Dennis and Company saved me several thousand dollars and did fantastic work. Coleman's customer service was exceptional and communication throughout the process was phenomenal. I have finally found a trustworthy, honest mechanic in Jacksonville. This family-owned business will be my mechanics of choice.

This place is just a rip off, took car there for plugs and starter coil,they told me it was a blown head gasket,my sister called her people who drove from Tampa to middle burg and it was just the starter coils...they wanted 2000 for something that wasn't true.I will never trust this place and people in middle burg will know not to trust this rip off place. He's a very disnonest person.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stopped by Coleman Auto Repair to have the brakes fixed. I was told that they could not get to it until Wednesday of the following week, so I scheduled an appointment with them for first thing Wednesday morning.I bring the truck in first thing Wednesday morning and Mr. Coleman's wife tells me the truck should be done about 1pm. I come back a little after 1pm and my truck is still sitting in the same spot, so I assume that they are finished and just re parked it there. When I go inside to pay the bill, the owner, Mr. Coleman, tells me that they have not even started the work on my truck. When I question him about the 1pm completion time, he becomes offensive and denies that anyone told me it would be done by 1pm.At this point I cut my losses, collected my keys from him and left. In hind sight though, what is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are not going to fix your vehicle when they tell you they will?The bottom line here is that Mr. Coleman has zero professionalism, zero people skills and the business as a whole has poor communication among the employees.As I was leaving, Mr. Coleman informed me that I could leave, but that he was the best mechanic in town.Best or not, he will never get another dime of my business.

If you are looking for A professional estimate and excellent work at the price they guaranteed then Coleman auto repair is the place you should go if you need repairs on your vehicle. I dropped off a vehicle to them And unfortunately I did not have A way to get home they were kind enough to use one of their personal vehicles to take me to my house.And that is not a service that you will find at Very many repair shopsThey called me with an estimate within a couple of hoursAnd it was very fair the work was completed the very next day I was able to pick up my vehicle I could tell that the excellent mechanic took his time and made sure not to dirty up the inside of my vehicle.I had such a good experienceI dropped off my old truck for an estimate a couple of days later.Coleman auto repair is a great repair shop with very friendly people to help you

Love that this business is family owned and operated. They fix things right the first time, never need to return for the same issue twice. Very dependable and trustworthy! Highly recommend for all your auto needs.

I called this morning and spoke to a nice lady about what issues I'd been having with my car. Basically overheating in traffic at very inconvenient times. They told me to come on in. They checked it out and called me back to let me know what they found and get authorization to fix it. Soon after, I got another call and they discovered what the core problem was. They fixed it all today and even came to pick me and my children up from my house so I could get the car when it was done. They were all direct, to the point and very kind and understanding. They even gave my son a quarter to get some skittles. You can tell they all really care.If anything ever happens with my car again, I know exactly who to call.

These guys had my car for 3 days and couldn't find the problem. On the third day they changed the fuel filter. 20 minutes after I picked up the car, it died again. I called them back to tell them I was bringing it back to them, but did not want to pay another $90 diagnostic fee. When I got there the owner told me to take the car some place else. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere but here. These guys are awful.

Coleman auto apparently only wants business that is convenient for them. I talked to a lady on the phone who told me they could look at my car as soon as it got there and even though I was about 15 minutes away from the shop they would give me a ride home. I got there and spoke to a guy who I'm pretty sure was Mr. Coleman. He told me that they wouldn't get to looking at my car till midday and they would not give me a ride home because I was too far. They don't work on Saturday and he would not work with me at all to be able to get me home or figure out a way to get my car dropped off when I had a ride. I cannot comment on their repair service because they didn't want my business enough to work with me. Waste of my time.

I am very, very specific and picky about my 1999 Honda Prelude. If anything he is my child fed by gasoline. This shop is the ONLY place I will send him to if anything that I can't fix is broke. Theyve never done me wrong and the staff is always very friendly and understanding. Never judged when ive come in crying my eyes out about my car. Lmao

Doug and his team are awesome mechanic have been there twice and will not go anywhere else. Super quick and great prices.. plus gives you feeling that you have a home town mechanic better then at dealership or pep boys who only care about profit

Dennis took care of me. My work truck was about to throw a timing chain. He and his crew put a reman engine in quickly and I am back in business. Honest, personable, and up-front. 5 stars.
