I got trapped behind the fence one day, now I get a paycheck and most the time I get to leave at the end of the day. Best boss ever. Beware of the white van that shows up around noon on Thursdays that has "matco" written on the side, after the first step into the van it's consensual.

First time dealing with this place and already I know it's going to be a hassle. My truck was towed there after an accident. Called once, someone picked up and could barely understand what they were saying before they hung up on me. Called back and told me I wasn't able to retrieve thousands in tools from my truck and sensitive documents. Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully no one takes the tools from my truck.Service: Car towing

These guys are fair and honest. If you need work done or just an oil change John and crew are great. I've been in Florida for only 4 years and when moving that's the main scary part finding a honest mechanic or plumber or electrician, I was lucky enough to find Burgart day one and I count myself blessed.

Their the best!! Hard to find an honest mechanic. They are and worked hard to figure out and fix my old truck. While being as affordable as they could be. I only go to them!

Passionate Work and Great Service. Needed some custom work done to Bumper and Wheel Well after putting bigger tires on my truck and they did a fantastic job. Mr Burgart was friendly and his crew explained everything they did and cared about my thoughts on the job performed. I will continue to give them my business and refer them to anyone that asks.

They were absolutely awesome Very kind and synthetic. I will recommend them to everyone.They were too kind..I have never been in a accident. Always top of the line to me. They dont make me wait long no matter when I need a tow when compared to other companies. They have fixed all damages to my vehicles with no issues and if I had any problems they were on top of it and make it right. I dont live near this shop anymore and still go out of my way to take everything to them because I know the work is good and the owner is almost always on site. Not a 1800 number if you have a problem or question.

Vehicle went in for insurance claim. Insurance came onsite to give quote week and a half later. Claim ended up being totaled. Received quote to possibly fix. Owner stated he did not have phone number even though a call back was given for the quote. Knowing insurance totaled the vehicle and was to pick the vehicle up Bogart sold vehicle through mechanics lien without calling. Pretty shady business practice!

I have to be honest I was a little worried at first. However they did a great job in a timely fashion for an outstanding price. I can't even tell the body work that they did now after seeing the repairs that's how seamless it went with my car.

I have been in Middleburg for 5 years, John and the staff have helped me with several auto repair problems, I am very pleased with the service and how fast they got the jobs done. the price was better than I had thought it would be. they come highly recommended.

Exrtemely unprofessional, called Friday morning 7/12/19 to let them know their rollback driver was going 15 mph below posted speed unloaded and crossing over the center double yellow multiple times on CR218. I was told I was lying and didn't know what I was talking about. I didn't realize I was talking to the driver of the truck, who never identified himself on the phone. I did not get to mention there was a child in the truck I could clearly see through the rear window. I informed him there would be no courtesy calls in the future. I would simply forward my dash cam footage to FDOT and let them decide.
