I visited the Branan Field store this morning to get some help with diagnostics. Tyrone helped me and was very patient and helped me understand what was going on as he ran the tests on my vehicle. I really appreciated his professional and friendly manner. He was not condescending to me as a woman which often times can be the case with employees at auto parts stores. Kudos to Tyrone for his great customer service!

The woman that helped me was more worried about eating chips that helping me. I am a former autozoner (Parts Service Manager). She has not been properly trained and the PSM on duty was more concerned with getting me and other customers out of the store then making sure they had what the needed. I will not be returning to this store as long as it is being operated by the staff that is there.

Had a very bad experience with the old store manager at this location. The store manager from the other location in middleburg contacted me and rectified it. Decided to give it a second shot, wow do I regret that. Associate was extremely rude. Asked to have my battery tested because it was swapped last year and wouldn't start my car today. First he took a second to look it up in my account and mumbled that the warranty was expired which was not my question. Then grabbed the battery tester and decided to help the customer behind me and walk away. I will not be returning to auto zone. Advanced will have my business from here on out.

Needed a battery for my SUV. Sierra was very efficient and very knowledgeable about tips that I may need to know as it was my first time switching out my battery without my husband. Great job!

The manger on duty left the young worker in the store by himself for over an hour. The young guy did not have the power to process a refund or add military discount. When I explained this to the manager he said why didn't he tell me he needed help and shrugged his shoulders with no intentions on helping me out. I will be avoiding this store at all cost.

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. I will go out of my way to go to a different store. On this day 9-17-23 This one has lost my business. I spend hundreds of dollars. The one time I don't have a receipt but the part is under warranty,under my phone number. It could not be returned?

Abe helped me and went above and beyond his scope of work thus making a great experience an excellent and memorable one! My truck needed a new battery we determined with their free diagnostic service. After I bought the new one it had been raining and I asked if he d assist in installing the battery for me, he explained the company policy and asked me to wait around or come back shortly once the rain subsided. So I returned and he promptly installed the new battery for me. I am a satisfied and impressed customer and will return to this particular store to see Abe.Job well done! Abe is an asset to your company!

Needed a battery, and not only did autozone sell me what I needed quickly, they helped me install it. By no means am I a mechanic and won t pretend. This is where Jenni stepped in and helped me swap it out. She did so on her lunch break as well! This team/ store keeps going above and beyond for myself and my family when in need. Thank you so much.

I'm a retired Navy vet and the sale rep greeted me with a smile and asked how can she help. Bought windshield wipers and she put them on for me. She almost couldn't reach to put them on. And her first time doing it. Thank you again.

Worst customer service experience I ve ever had at an AutoZone location. I wish having name tags was part of the dress code because I would be using their name on this review. Ever since I moved from in from out of state a month ago I started going to this location and it s been nothing short of disrespect from one specific person that treats customers as if they are inferior. I tried giving this place chance after chance and seeing the person treat people in front of me and arguing with them on their request just pushed me to one last customer service experience and I called him out for it, respectfully. I had ordered a part I needed and it so happens the part didn t end up being the one I needed for the job. Based on internet findings I needed one more thing that wasn t there in the kit, regardless I noticed the box was complete based on the card in the box. Everywhere else it came with the one thing I needed, the customer rep goes on to say regardless it would never come with that with a very arrogant look. This person needs some serious customer Service etiquette training or just fired. If there s one thing I hate is being treated by punk people who bring their lack of professionalism into a role like this, how they look and talk to the customers pushes them away. For heavens sake, driving 5 more miles down the road to find professionalism and pay more money at O Reilly will be the new normal I guess. What a shame that higher management don t come by often to see this in person. Don t hire people who don t like to work in customer service is my biggest advice, it s very easy to find them when you actually pay attention to how to they talk to customers. Another person that I know has ran into the same issue with this same person.The person loves to call people boss. If I was his boss he would not be working there, he made me aware he s glad I m not his boss then..

Battery died on me this morning. Made one phone call was able to get my car to AutoZone and the representative install the new battery for less than what he quoted me over the phone. I am ecstatic.

We took a battery up to get charged. They said it would take 2 hours. When we returned to pick up the battery, it was sitting in the exact same spot that it was when we left. The employee told my husband he tested it after it was charged and it was good! When we got home, it was not charged at all.

Ive been a regular for the past year, a manager named Trent has been the most helpful outgoing employee i have met. He knows the store by the back of his hand, 10/10 he makes this autozone my go too for anything i need

I just want to give the employee Brady a five star review. I showed up at 8:55 pm on a Friday night because my headlight went out and Brady helped me out big time. He didn't rush me out the door knowing they close at 9pm and actually helped me get my headlight working. Brady is a class act and wish their were more people like him out there in today's world. Thank you again Brady.

Must thank manager Taylor Collins for assisting me and guiding me thru the purchase of a tow strap. She explained and demonstrated exactly how to use and secure the strap for safe towing. She also provided me with her store phone number to call her if I needed more assistance while towing my vehicle. Her instructions made me feel confident that I could do this on my own.
