The Middleburg location is the best! We especially love & appreciate Erin, Jacob, & Spencer who's always there helping us with a smile, you guys are awesome!! Been using this store for a long time & several of the employees always make our trips worth it. They can have moments that get busy but who doesn't. They always help us get the best parts for the best prices. If orders have to be made they have always been timely & reasonable. Love you guys & see you again soon

I needed a headlight (bulb) replaced & had no idea how to do it. Stori was absolutely AMAZING. She not only changed the bulb, she showed me the whole process in case I need to do the other one in the future. It took her all of 2 minutes to change it. She was very professional yet very friendly. I will absolutely be back to this location (even tho it s not the most convenient for me) & will highly recommend to others. Thanks Stori, keep up the fantastic work!! You ve definitely gained a customer!!!

Angie and Jenn provided great service to me. I came in 5 minutes before closing and their service was energetic and stellar. I was picking up parts for my son (who told me a lot of wrong info about his truck) and they managed to translate his words into the products he actually needed. Thank you, ladies! You're awesome!

After a trouble time with a core charge they went above and beyond. I m talking overriding and going through hoops to get us back out core charge. Angie the store manager was amazing I would give her 11-10 stars. The best of the best managers in town!!!

Jacob is the best employee ever he knows everything about everything that has to do with cars if you have a question or a problem he probably knows the answer or the way to fix it don't waste your time on some of the others even though some of the others are good they're not as good as Jacob thanks!7-3-17 Aaron is also very knowledgeable she knows her stuff thank you for staying late sorry for coming in right before closing but you helped me out a lot and help me figure my problem out thank you very much

The AutoZone in Middleburg seems to be uneducated about their own tool warranties. In the attempt to exchange a hand tool which is widely advertised as lifetime warranty I was being rejected for replacement because I was told there was no warranty on it. After expressing my concern about this is when he changed his tone and said that he could do it as a damaged part. After hearing this the young lady that he had called a driver stepped over to assist and mentioned to him that she was the one in charge of the store that day took care of me with no issues. This just simply seemed like he was trying to get an additional sale. I'd even told him that other AutoZone in the area take care of me with no issues and still he had a problem coinciding with his company is policies

I went in and spent under 10 bucks to have something replaced on my car, they did it for free. Everyone was pleasant, smiling and went above and beyond for me. I will always come back to this location for anything I need in the future! Angie, who helped me was 100 percent amazing!!!

Went in today to get a new battery for my son's car. Jordan helped us out by double checking to make sure we were getting the correct battery and then went out and installed it for us. He did an awesome job and did not seem a bit upset at helping us out in this heat. Great customer service! In and out quickly.

Finally! As of 06-20-23, their starter tester machine is working! I called several AutoZone's and this was the only one on the westside /Orange Park area that was working. From calling each store this was also the one store where they were very helpful over the phone. Then when we got there, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

That used to be my go to store, I have a rewards card, but the staff is not very knowledgeable about working on cars,I used to get parts and advice,I think I might go across the street to O'Reilly's, the older guys seem to know a little more, although if you have a warning light on the dash,both stores can scan it, and tell you what it might be wrong

a gal's worst nightmare...my car wouldn't start! Manager Angela and Spencer at the Middleburg AutoZone store seamlessly ordered and quickly installed a new battery and wiper blades! (i understand Spencer was on lunch break, but put his meal aside to help out!). A BIG THANKS go out to both Angela and Spencer for making my day oh so much better!

Everytime I go in the staff is very helpful and friendly. Erin is always showing her great personality and humor. I personally stick to this store unless they don't have what I need or can't get it when I need, which normally doesn't happen.

Erin was great. She tested my battery and alternator. She was very helpful in determining my problem, loaned me some tools to get back on the road. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely suggest this store to anyone.

Mrs Jordan at store 1052 put a brake light in of an old car that I'm borrowed and it was raining and she still did it and they were fixing to close and she went out of her way I just want to let the company know. my name is Mrs Lynn Huggins thank you

I'm a diesel mechanic I work with these guys here at this AutoZone hand in hand everyday Roy Phil Jacob Erin and all the other help I have never had a better set of people work hard for me personally finding parts helping me with advice and if they can't find it they put me on the right track to get what I need I am so grateful for the people in this store working hard to make sure I have what I need with me makes my job a lot easier and a lot less stressful so thank you AutoZone and all the people in store 2630 for making me feel like I have my own personal team

These guys are great! I went in just to get a gas cap and they were so helpful (especially since I didn't know what kind I needed.) They were constantly being bombarded with questions from other customers and were kind and helpful to everyone!

They don't help at all. If the piece you are looking for is on an aisle they will tell you to go look for it yourself. If you tell them you can't find it they tell you with an attitude 'it is literally right there', and then you need to prove to them it is not before they will go in the back to get the overstock. If a man walks in though they help right away, look it up on the computer, and go to the aisle and get it. women they ignore. Would say it is mans misogynistic behavior...but it was a woman that did it to me.

Tough times finding the correct parts right now but they had everything I needed and helped me return the extra parts I had bought. Great customer service. Awesome!!!
