My husband and I went here bought a truck 2/25/22 not even 3 weeks later my husband was on his way home from work and it caught fire 3/16/22 very lucky my husband got out in time. long story short. Truck was posted for 10,500 we put 5,000 down and only owed 4,900 so says the sales rep the day we got it anyway. It was posted at 109,000 miles after the fire we found out it actually had 195,000 miles. Yes we did put in a insurance claim. And it didn't work out in our favor. And we still end up having to owe out. Why? We no longer have the truck and we're out of the 5,000. I also read the reviews and seen they all were bad. And still I took a chance. If u see these reviews before going to this lot please do not go to them they will sell u a lemon and not even care about doing so. They don't care if u have a family or children all they care about is money.

Avoid this business,TL;DR: HD Truck Center loaned me a truck that didn t have working turn signals and had integrity issues when driving near or above 60 mph. When the time came, after 2 years of business, they took the opportunity to charge me 5x what they promised, leaving me with no financial means for a vehicle.After 2 years of making expensive payments on a truck from 2004, I m walking away having gained absolutely nothing and having lost my truck. I was about to pay it off; Naomi worked with me for 95% of the two years until they offered me an early payoff. Then I was working with some dude who s name I don t remember because he must be who steps in just to close deals, considering I never spoke to him otherwise. I worked hard to put together the money, and decided to file a claim on my insurance to take care of some recent damages before I owned it.Unfortunately, the insurance company claimed the vehicle a total loss because the parts were expensive and repairs exceeded the trucks value. As part of the process, they will be paying off the truck. When I ask how this will affect the early payoff opportunity, they told me to speak with my lien holder, HD Truck Center.I called and explained the situation, asking if I would still receive the early payout offer and the man responded with, how much are you getting back? And after I told him, yeah, we ll work with you. How shady.And it was, because he straight up lied. Didn t work with me in the slightest. Ran right behind my back, betrayed me, absolutely ruined 2 years of blood, sweat, and tears.I thought I had fostered a relationship with these people but when it came down to it, they had fostered a relationship with my wallet.The early payout offer was $1500.This offer was the reason I even started the insurance process that lost my truck. The amount they claimed from the insurance company was $5,550.I don t know who they worked with, but it wasn t me.I m sitting here with the time to write this review because I didn t get enough money back to get another vehicle. HD Truck Center took it, the insurance company took my truck, and everyone s happy. Oh yeah, except the customer they screwed, but who cares about one customer right?Hope karma gets ya since I can t drive!

I highly recomend never purchasing a vehicle from here. This place doesnt care about you or your families safety and they just want to take your money. I put $5000 down on a truck and as I was walking around the truck I saw some rust on the door and the salesman said that was the worst of it. Well I drove straight home after all the paperwork. So about an hour drive. I walked around the truck to go into my house and saw some rust on the rear passenger corner of the cab so I stopped and decided to look under the truck to see how far under the rust went. When I crawled under I found that the frame was completely rusted through. So I called back and told them and asked to either get my money back or put my down payment towards another truck. They said all their sales are final and that all they could do is trade the truck into them for another truck which would carry over the other $7000 onto a different truck. I'm not about to do that. So now im driving around in a truck that if i hit a pothole or any bump in the road the wrong way it could potentially snap the frame. If you want to go somewhere to get ripped off this is the place to go.

SCAM ARTIST!! Have messages of them agreeing to sell a truck for 15 K 10 down.. Rest pay monthly to them at office at 500$ a month same as cash .. Turns out they sold the 5000 left to a bank and i had no knowledge after I done made 5000 worth of payments to them and somehow still owe 7000$ !!! Do not trust anything they say!!! Also I kid you not I swear they are forging paperwork with your signature! Can t wait to lawyer up!

Best truck I have ever had. I have been driving for year now and still running like a champ, They sold 4 trucks so far for me and my family and no complain.

Went in to get a new truck for the family, I found plenty i liked. Unfortunately I couldn't get financed with my trade in so came back a few weeks later with cash they got me a good looking 2009 dodge ram 1500 5.7L hemi with less then 100k miles I've had the truck 6 months now and aside from a small issue with the water pump which they came and picked it up and fixed it that weekend. Everything else has been great Mike and Hassan are both awesome for working with me and staying late waiting for my insurance to get approved.Thank you guys i will coming back soon!

Awesome group of people. Definitely went out of their way to help me and my family get into the truck that we wanted with no problem. Will come back to get service or purchase another truck from them in the future.

Drove 11 hours round trip to get a truck sent picks of money time I would be there pulled up to a sold truck never contacted me said truck sold lied said they called to check make sure it was me then owner called me said they didn't know they had two people coming to look at truck poor business all the way around wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I would be extremely careful buying a vehicle here. Saw one of the cars on Facebook and it was listed with 200k miles and had 270k miles. Said it had no issues and drove great. Well, It pulled to the right pretty bad. It was low on brake fluid. Had at least one valve cover leaking. He had to jump it when I got there. Had signs underneath of recent bad leaks.Just have the vehicle checked by a mechanic. I mean I'm sure they have to have some vehicles that are okay but you can't trust them to tell you anything.

If I could leave no stars, I would. They are trying to charge me 800 dollars to get the license plate for the car I purchased from my daughter. The day I signed paperwork there was a 400 dollar tag fee on the paperwork. I asked the sales guy that what i put down and what payments I was going to make covered everything including the tag three separate times to which he applied correct. Now almost three months later still no plate. I called and they are telling me i have to pay another 397 dollars before they will give me the plate to the car! Do not waste your time and money!!!Edit: I went there today after arguing with them on the phone for weeks, they showed in the paperwork how they leave and opening that after you sign a contract with them there will be additional dmv fees for the license plate for the vehicle. The sales man that I dealt with day of purchase (mike) I guess never said that, and told me that what was in the contract covered all the fees for tags. The lady I spoke and dealt with today did offer her apologies for what I was told, and they did agree to give 50% off the extra cost of the tag that I was told was already covered. My mistake for not entirely reading what I signed, thank you for admitting the accountability for shadyness of your sales person.

Very unprofessional they will stop answering calls and they blame the dmv for they incompetence as they do not care if you have or not your tittle and tag. DO NOT BUY HERE!

They have a few options of cash vehicles that are affordable. They made my experience good and 6 months now, my vehicle is still running like a champ. Bought another one for a family member who is also happy about it. My salesman was Fred williams. he was very helpfull.

We purchased a used car from Mike. He advertised the car as a year newer, told us it was a his car, his girlfriend drove it, reliable, had super cold air, etc.etc. He downright lied. The next day I had to take it to the garage. It was a 2007 not 2008, the a/c was shot, it misfires on cylinder 6, the brakes were not safe. He promised to mail two hubcaps, and even said. "I just ordered them. I had to order all four, we'll mail them when we mail the title." Again He down right lied. He mailed the title, charged me another $91, and told me hubcaps were lost in mail. I told him I will come pick them up as they must be returned if he mailed them. BS! THEN HE BLOCKED MY CALLS! I'm going to contact AG office as this company should not be in business. I understand I bought the car as is, but honesty should have to come into playHe also portrayed the car as private owner, never stated that, but when asked why he was selling it he stated "got a different car". The photo was in front of private garage not the "sales lot". I would never recommend them and will eat my loss, but not with complaints to the AG.

scam sales...bait and switch...had appointment to see truck (that was listed on craigslist)...and when I got there they told me they "just sold it" ! (even though I had an appointment to see it and would have purchased it. After reading all the bad reviews, I pray in the name of JESUS that these people get what is coming to them. 1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Worst experience of my life. Single mother of 5 and I was deffinitly taken advantage of my life took total advantage of me. Over charged and when my breaks locked up on the interstate and than reverse went out they did nothing nor did they try to make it right mind you this was only 2 weeks after I purchases the vehical

If I could I would give this place negative numbers. My husband has talked to Mike and was supposed to meet with him and when we arrived we found out he had errands to run so he had left. Well the other employee is NO salesman. He made no attempts. He basically said which one you wanna drive I have the keys for all of them. The pictures of the vehicles on Craigslist make the trucks look pretty good but when you get there they fail to take or tell you the seats are ripped and the tires are bald. If you are selling a vehicle for 7 or 10 thousand dollars at least put a descent set of used tires on them and have an upholstery person fix the seats. Nobody wants to have to put extra money in a vehicle after dropping that much cash. Needless to say there were no bald tire tests drives. We will keep looking.

So we went there looking for my neice her budget wasn t much but she could afford some cars they had listed on their website. Long story short. They aren t willing to negotiate price, 4 out of 4 cars and suv I looked at had oil leaks and or exhaust leaks. I told them this. And then they tried to get us to finance more expensive vehicles. I get that small dealers by from the auction and take a gamble. At least fix the oil leaks or be willing to work on price

I d stay away from them, went to test drive a truck it had issues they fixed it before I picked it up, not even a month into owning it it s having more issues, they say they ll look at it, never get back to me then suddenly have no problem giving me a call to let me know my loan was sold to an even more awful company. Would not recommend, the vehicles are bandaged up to sell I just spent 8k on a truck they made me put $8500 down on and I owe almost 10k on still.

Tire with a screw in the passenger rear tire of my new set of Michelin tires on my Volvo XC90. Very low tire pressure warning and we immediately exited #374 on I-75. We pull in and their team was ready to help on a Friday after 5pm. Yes they are open till 6pm but they were willing to get it done and get us back on the road! Yes in less than an hour the tire was removed and patched perfect without damage to the tire sensor, then rebalanced. Made all 4 tires the same pressure also. We made it to our destination late but safely without a blowout. We felt these folks were professional at their job and made us feel safe even though we did not know them. Appreciate these hard working folks! Highly recommend them!!!R&B Tampa, FL

Just purchased a 2007 silverado from Joey, he was great! Really worked with me. And kept me from making a bad purchace on a dodge by makeing sure they did a detailed inspection before I picked it up and found some big issues. I am happy with my purchase and my payments. Good people who will work with you.

Went there and salesperson was amicable, but he explained that the price advertised on the website as "price" is actually the cash amount they expect to put down on the vehicle, not the total price. Definitely, not what we expected for second-hand vehicles.

Be careful! Take a very good look at the trucks. We looked at 2. One was smoking bad the other one had anon functioning 4 wheel drive and a frame so bad you can put your hand through it.

We had a very good experience with the staff at HD truck center. They negotiated a great price for the vehicle that we wanted, made the minor repairs immediately as promised and shared proof that the repairs had been completed. I highly recommend buying your used vehicle from HD truck center.Very professional but more than anything extremely honest with excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend anyone going to see them that is looking for a used vehicle.We had a bit of a drive from Fort McCoy to Micanopy and it was well worth it.Pat and Gil

They sold me a totaled truck, currently in legal proceedings to try and figure out how I was sold a complete lemon. This place will superglue the body of a truck together and sell it till you realize that the body is totaled. I was told by Tires Plus when I took it in for a checkup that HD Truck Center sold me a completely totaled body truck and I m lucky it didn t break apart on the highway. If you have a family and you re looking for a safe car or even just a person looking for a working car, DO NOT GO HERE.

They flat out lie and misrepresent their vehicles. I should ve listened to the other reviews and you should too. Drove an hour and a half after being told there were absolutely no issues with a truck and upon arrival could stick my hand through the body and frame it was so rusted. Stay away.

Super friendly team with awesome customer service. Montana didn't try to push us into something over our budget. I let him know what I was looking for and what I needed for my growing family. He showed us several vehicles within our range and seating spaces we needed. I've been to other dealers that couldn't seem to offer what we needed, only what they thought we needed based on what I currently was driving. I greatly loved the positive atmosphere and person care these guys seem to take with each customer.

Very nice staff! We got a 2008 Jeep commander and very affordable down payment and monthly payment! It took about 10 minutes to do the paper work and my 3 year old son was with me and the staff popped him some popcorn and were so patient and kind to him!

Buyer beware! My young son saved $10k for his 1st truck. Major problems since day 1. I feel so bad for him just dumping $ in it and it never runs.
