This place is dishonesty and untrustworthy. I doubt they read their reviews because they are so arrogant and rude. I would rather get hit by a freight truck on the highway than come here and patronize them.Here s what happened: traveling to Gainesville late to make it to a wedding. We blow a tire off the highway and manage to safely get off to this gas station. We go inside and speak to the owner Sonny, about our situation - how we have open tire places on Sunday, and if possible if we could pay to leave our vehicle on his property until Monday/Tuesday. He agrees to the terms. We manage to get a ride and attend the wedding, and when Monday morning rolls in to check on the vehicle, the cashier lets us know that it s still there. We needed to order tires and asked if we could pay One more day to keep the vehicle there, and she agrees. Tuesday morning we go to bring tires and we find it has been towed. Towed since Monday, we even called and said if there were any problems to let us know. The day we actually spoke with an employee who confirmed another day, and agreed to take our money!We now have to pay $550 to get it out from impound. Owner won t come out and give us answers, just keeps saying call Superior Towing. These owners are cut from the same cloth. If you ever need help, god forbid you ask anyone on the side of the road for help, let alone these people.

This place should be shut down. Violates all health codes. And rude service and prices are marked differently than what he charges. He charges more than the prices listed. Cappuccino and hot chocolate were out and he wouldn't change it so we could get a new one or give us or money back. Microwave was broken and he wouldn't let us return and refund it. And the cashier was rude and arrogant. The bathrooms are dirty and so is the store. Everything is over priced. This place should truly be shut down. We looked at our receipt and everything was charged way more than what it was supposed to be before taxes were added. And 1 product I bought has fuzzy mold on it but I didn't know until I opened it and the other one is expired. He also won't exchange. Or give money back. Worst store ever!!!! Do not go here. I will be calling BBB on Monday.

Do not stop by this location, the store owner was already outside fusing at 2 car full of customers me and my family witnessed the altercation but we proceeded to enter the store 6/10/23. Before we can even enter he asked were we getting gas, we said no and he mumbled and walked into the store; then he yelled "we can't use the bathroom if we weren't customers". 1. We never told him we needed to use the restroom 2. When I asked him can we shop he continued to fuss and I politely said OK sir, then I put my hand up and said listen, I understand your still upset with whoever but you need to calm down and take your anger out on another family and not us because we just got here.Beware of this store! The man is rude, crazy, and just angry for no reason also he owns the store across the street just go to another exit altogether because these a the only stores near by.

Watch out. If you are Canadian and you have to put a deposit down, because the pump requires a zip code. They charge you your deposit AND the fuel. I never got my credit back. I should have checked my credit card statement right away. I had an argument with the cashier, she did not want to give me back my credit card slip...that's because she already knew she was going to pull this trick.

If you ever need gas, do not. I repeat. Do not come here. They charge you to use the bathroom.. the attendant was very rude 0 stars

Dirty bathroom, rude owner (Sonni). I'd avoid this Chevron and the Mobil across the street at all costs.Owner yelled at patrons for leaning while waiting to use the restroom.

There was no gas left at the station, they came at night and took $75 from my account to scan my card and did not refund it. There is not even one person who comes to this station and is satisfied. I request the authorities to close this place

Guy/attendant was a jerk. Not sure if he s having a bad day, but if I bought some gas for use of your nasty bathroom, don t complain about customers, myself or my wife. He cussed other women as well, expecting them move their car after paying for gas to use the inside. Guess he s too cowardly to cuss a man. Go to the marathon or drive down the road to the rest area.

If you re close by getting off the interstate, don t go here, keep driving. I would give zero stars if possible. First of all, Nasty bathroom. Second of all, My friends tried the slushee and it was nasty,also the soda was flat. All she did was try it and she tossed it and bought a small can of soda instead. The man was mad that my friends threw their flat soda out and complained that they were being wasteful and said that that s what you people s problem is, costing them money. I suggest the owners frequently check the soda machine and the slushee machine so customers will be satisfied. Making sure everything is fresh and the bathrooms are clean. Better customer service is greatly needed here.

Forgot my wallet here, Dec 19, 2022The cashier was friendly and let me use the men s room so I didn t have to wait as the women s room was full. I set my wallet down and forgot to pick it up. If anyone finds it (or already found it) please let me know. The cards and everything were cancelled and have already been replaced. I am just wanting it back it had my Brother s funeral card and other items from him that can not be replaced as he was killed in 2016.

Stopped by to use bathrooms, bathrooms were clearly marked For Customers only . I was fine with that and appreciated clear expectations. Cashier also reminded me verbally. Went to bathroom and went back to car to get wallet as I needed to be a customer. Cashier made snide comment about me not buying anything on my way out. Came back in and bought something, cashier quiet now.Bathrooms on the dirty side, food and drinks 50-75% higher than most convenience stores.

Rude attendant / owner. He would not let me use the restrooms, nor get a napkin! Screamed at me to buy something, even though I filled up the tank. Made a montion behind the counter as if he was about to draw a gun at me!!!

My daughter drew a picture that perfectly sums up our time at this terrible place where the mean man behind the counter denied her a bathroom because he assumed we were only there to use his amazing/terrible bathroom. Little did he know that before he told me to take my four and seven year old to the strip club s bathroom instead that I had grabbed my purse to buy snacks and drinks after we used the restroom.The way he treated us was embarrassing and we watched several people leave drinks on the counter after witnessing the way he treated my girls and me.We just finished journaling this day of our family vacation and this was the event that stood out to her even though we are now at Disney World.

Very rude personnel! Signs everywhere no public restroom customers only . Then the man at the cash register still proceeded to tell me I couldn t use the restroom when I clearly was a customer! Go somewhere else if possible AVOID this place.

Offer snow, public restrooms. Maybe one of the dirtiest stores I've ever been in. I would highly recommend never stopping here

Clean bathroom. I can tell the friendly employee works hard to keep it clean and smelling fresh. Tidy public bathrooms are a commodity, I have no problem buying a water or something to support the business for a spotless experience.

Travelers avoid this place. The attendant/owner is a complete psychopath. He did exactly what the other reviewer said, came out of the store aggressively screaming at us to hurry up move from the pump as we were starting to pump gas, hadn t been there 2 minutes. Hung the pump back up and went across the street to the Mobil, only to find out he owns this store as well. Do not patronize either of them. Will be contact corporate and report his actions and aggressive behavior.

Without any price tags on any items throughout the store the total purchase amount that the clerk rang up on several of my recent stops seemed a bit sketchy. Items are overpriced. But otherwise it serves its purpose as a gas station with fuel and air/vacuum facility readily available.

Owner/cashier asked me if I know how to read when I went to use the bathroom. I was planning to buy gas but happily left afterwards because of his harassment. Hope he has a day as pleasant as he is!

VERY RUDE & EXTREMELY RACIST! Tried to force me to buy gas at the pump because he didn t want to serve me! Very mean guy do NOT stop here! Go across the street!!!! The lady is much nicer!!! Will NEVER come to this place again!!!

AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL COST. Wish ZERO was an option.Walked in to buy drinks and use the restroom with my two young children and was immediately yelled at about there being no public restroom, CUSTOMERS ONLY! CUSTOMERS ONLY! I politely told him I was buying drinks and was interrupted with CUSTOMERS ONLY! Every single time I tried to ask if I could use them if I was buying something he would interrupt and yell at me. CUSTOMERS ONLY! Then I was told to take my kids to the strip club s bathroom across the street.Never been treated so poorly by a business owner. Ever.

this owner of this gas station tried to deny us from using the washroom. my husband had to argue to let us use the washroom. once he realized we were paying customers. then he let us...you should never deny anyone from using the washroom. he should be fine!

Skip this gas station at all costs,I agree with the other review avoid giving this guy ur business. we finished getting gas and he cussed us out for not moving when there were other empty pumps and no one else there, and he started knocking on the door when I was washing my hands in the bathroom to hurry up, whoever runs chevron needs to get this guy outta here. Not only that I was parked at an out of service pump when I went in and he still kept bugging us to move and trying to threaten us. 0 stars need to be a thing.

Extremely rude owner. No public bathroom . Asked if I buy something could I use it and he then told me bathrooms not working. More expensive gas than across the road.

This place is one that ANYONE TRAVELING OR PASS THRU NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM!I usually pass thru Micanopy to see one of my aunts that owns a house here. Roughly one month ago, I stopped here to get gas. Paid the lady $40.00 , Asked for a receipt (MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT FROM THIS PLACE). Went outside to pump the gas and set it to auto fill so I wouldn't have to hold the handle...Opened my vehicle to chat with my mother that was sitting in the vehicle while the gas was supposed to be pumping... Well it wasn't. I went inside and told the young lady to turn the pump on. She tells me that I already pumped my gas ( The previous person had pumped $16.00 ) and I pumped only $16.00. .... I drive a vehicle that takes premium unleaded and $16.00 Will not move my needle at all ( I was right under a quarter of a tank ). I told the lady I had not pumped my gas and the gas that was pumped by the previous person was Diesel... She finally fixed her mess up after being told receptively by me and other patrons standing beside my vehicle that they did not see the gas being pumped for the amount I paid ( Everyone getting gas there were talking to one another and myself included joined in on the conversation ).That was the first incident of the shadiness....Today As I was passing thru to travel back home.. I figured I would stop in to grab a few snacks for my drive home. As soon as I entered the store Sunny (The name of the person who was working behind the register ) yells : BATHROOM FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY!! Now mind you ,I had just opened the door to the store when he yelled this. I said " Is that how you greet all your customers?" He again YELLED " BATHROOM FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY". There were 8 other people standing in line looking at him like he had lost his mind.... So when I told him I was buying something , he then told me that the bathroom was out of order....So I asked him which was it : Out of order now because you realize i'm a paying customer?Then when I paid for a bag of chips he up charged me .50... I asked him why did he charge me more and he said its called a service fee.... What the hell??!!Not only was I over charged but Also yelled at , lied to and then over charged....I have made a report with an organization that monitors Gas Stations like this , whom chose to price gouge and rip off traveling patrons!
