Our check engine light started flashing while returning from a family vacation. We luckily had to pull off of the interstate at the exit where Ausley is located. They ran a diagnostic and fixed up our car in a timely fashion for us to get back on the road and return home safely. They were very friendly and even helped to entertain our 3 children with the TV in the waiting area. I would recommend this service.

Our car popped a tire on a road trip at about 10pm, but luckily it was very close to Ausley Auto! We called for a repair after-hours and Robert came right away. Great, friendly service, reasonable price. The repair was fixed and we were on our way 20 minutes from making the call. So thankful for Robert and Ausley Auto!

Was having problems with brakes on Honda Ridgeline, stopped in and spoke with Robert. He was very knowledgeable and upgraded the entire brake system- what a difference it made! This guy really knows his stuff! Very reasonably priced and job well done.

Our RV broke down 2 miles away at Paynes Prairie State Park. We were leaving that morning and our RV wouldn't start. I called and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Ron. They sent someone to our campsite to diagnose the problem. They were able to get it started so I could at least drive it to their shop and SAVE a lot of money from not having to get it towed there. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in helping us get our rig repaired. They were nice and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our RV is now in tip top shape and ready for more camping adventures. Thanks Nick and Ron. You guys are awesome! Best customer service! You guys literally rescued us from the woods. LOL!

My car overheated on trip from Ga. to tampa, the road ranger that helped me put water in my oil reservoir, I made it to this shop in micaopy, the two gentlemen there were kind, understanding, an very reasonable on price, they replaced my tensioner on water pump, belts, drained the water an changed oil filter, replaced oil. The cost was better than a tow truck to 115 Mile's to home, they were very good an so helpful, don't be fooled by location, there is not much around this shop, Ron an Dave are nice people who will do what they can to help you out!! If I ever was thankful forMechanics it was this day!!!Thank you guys for everything!!!

Absolutely worst place. My husband and I were on our way to Ft Myers Beach from KY and we pulled off BC we smelled something hot coming from the car. This garage was right off the exit so we pulled in to see what was going on. There was oil all over the under side of our car and something lodged in the front. We didn't want to chance breaking down on the highway so we called the number on the door. The owner came and put it up on the lift and asked us to sit outside (which was extremely weird). My husband walked in as he was pulling an oil container out from under the car (that was what was lodged under the car that we could see.) My husband asked him what it was and the owner told him it was a "pop bottle". He asked my husband to come back outside and wait. Five minutes later the owner comes out and tells us we need a complete transmission rebuild and it would be over 1500 dollars. We called my parent's, who were already in Ft Myers, turns out they happened to know of a different garage in Gainesville (they knew the owner personally) and we would take it there BC nothing that was going on with the car were signs of a transmission problem. My parent's drove 4 hours up from Ft Myers the next day, and when they got there another mechanic came out and told us we absolutely couldn't move the car and it needed a transmission rebuild.. We took the car, after paying an outrageous amount for him to pull an oil bottle out from under the car, and we took it to the other garage in Gainesville.. The whole ride there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. The other garage thoroughly looked over the car and come to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with our car, they said the oil on the underside of our car was from us hitting an oil container and it spilling all under the car and lodging itself under there. Thank goodness for the other garage bc this place tried to take advantage of a young couple knowing we were from out of town and knowing there was absolutely nothing wrong with our car. We've been driving this car every day since and have not had one issue. Absolutely do not recommended this place to anyone, and for those from out of town that have to stop here, I encourage you to find another garage to go to before you waste your money.

At 8pm our car broke down 20 miles from the shop in Gainesville, we called everywhere and no one was willing to come or open except for Robert from Ausley. He drove all the way out to meet us and diagnose the problem. Within 5 minutes, he found the problem and explained the issue very clearly. Unfortunately, we still had to get it towed but the fact that he drove up in the middle of the night to help us when no one else was willing, speaks volumes of them.

My Wife had hit something on I-75 which tore up her undercarriage in her Lexus. She was very scared since she is disabled. She called me very upset. I called Ausley and spoke to a gentleman who I immediately felt I could trust. One of his associates drove to her and followed her back to the shop where he made enough repairs to get her home. I am not sure if Lexus is their specialty but they sure helped us in a pinch.Honest repair and trustworthy.

Just ordered some new tires for my truck from here. Robert matched up the tire size I wanted perfectly and mounted and balanced them. Truck rides like a dream! Great work!

Way over price. Change plug, wires, rotor, coil. $400. Plus parts. I can live with that but now running really bad, I will need to take it to a different shop just to the wires in the right order and to get the wires off the engine so they don't burn.I would have stayed overnight and had them fix it but had to be in Orlando.

This place is a rip off. I came back from Nola after Hurricane Irma and Ron was there with no power. So he said he could run me to the tire shop for 65$ and 20$ for the tire. Then on the way back he adds an extra 20 making it 105. Then he puts the tire on and says its 115. Now mind you that i owned the tire & the rim and someone else put it together. All Ron did was run me to the tire shop and put the tire on my car and charged me 115$ when originally it was supposed to be 85$ Oh and Ron kept my spare rim because i only had 100 and not the full 115. 115$ just to put a tire on!!!

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to have my car worked on here. They are kind and do a great job at a reasonable price. Absolutely trustworthy!

These people are great but sadly very racist! They would not allow two paying customers inside there place of business because they were black. Very bluntly told them they were not welcomed and had to sit outside to wait on the services they were paying for because they could not come inside a white mans business. I am so sad to be sharing this. We will be reporting them for discrimination.
