This place is always busy and crowded though I can't understand how anyone can afford it. They charge a separate "diagnostic fee" for each problem. It took me 2 weeks to get them to just look at my car, I paid their fee, and had the repair done elsewhere

This place is amazing. Their customer service is top notch, the owner is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their staff is also very professional and helpful, I had to wait for around 3 hours in the waiting area while they figured out what was wrong with my car. They took their time, tested it until they got it right and they kept me on the loop of everything that was happening. Being a woman it s hard to find mechanics, that are not only reliable, but they are respectful. This place and its people went above and beyond to help me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Always very helpful. My family had had their cars serviced by Miguel for over 25 years and have been coming to ZRT for 5+. Sariel, Ernesto and the team are professionals that really know how to take care of a customer. I don t worry about the little annoying things you run into with many other shops, ZRT gets it right.

Great service! I m from Tampa and came to visit relatives. On my way back to Tampa before leaving the Miami area had a mechanical failure. Long story short, it required alternator replacement. My aunt used to take her car there. After she passed, my cousin recommended cuz my car died on me, and I as she said. Very diligent, honest and fair prices. This will be my place to go now!

Not great customer service. Took my car to install tires and were installed backwards. The tires are labeled inside/outside. Went back and was told by the installer that it didn t matter (he is absolutely wrong). I noticed the tires were making loud noise which is what prompted me to check.No apologies or acknowledgement of being wrong.

My 88 year old father's SUV had problems with the radiator and A/C over the weekend.Unfortunately I was out of town.Ernesto took care of EVERYTHING!Including sending a Tow Truck to my dad's house to pick the SUV. ( at a great rate!)They fixed the problems and had the SUV ready in the afternoon.Very HELPFUL team and very REASONABLE!THIS IS VERY RARE IN MIAMI...Thank you ZRT team keep up the great Honest Job!

Some of the most honest mechanics I've encountered in Miami. Got a bad diagnosis on a problem with my car's radiator from another mechanic, and these folks took the time to walk me through what was really happening to my car (which was only a few bad hoses) and ended up spending only a fraction of what I thought I was going to have to. These guys are great!

They never want to help. I got there at 5:15 and they did't want to fix my car since they close at 6:00. I've tried several times to have my car serviced there but this was the last time
