Great experience. Tito, Zuly and Serdar make a great team. It is not my first time at VCNM and certainly will not be the last. I have other Volvo dealerships in south Miami but the service is unparalleled and I'd rather drive farther to receive top notch service. The place is beautiful, the deals are fair and the team has a great disposition to reach a positive outcome with finesse. Keep it up people, you do a great job!

This is the second time dropping the vehicle off this month for this same issue. I drove 2 miles after picking up My vehicle at 6:15 P.M. 11/22/2023. I dropped the vehicle off 11/18/2023 at 8:30 A.M.My right indicator in the back of the vehicle does not work.I m trying to upload the video.Lastly their is a ding on My fender which was never their before.I was informed that a module was replaced and the work order also states that. Yeah all of the underlining issues are still present.

My husband negotiated our new lease all through the phone and text. The dealer came and delivered our new car and picked up our prior leased car. The young man who came was exceptional. He spent a great deal of time walking us through the new features in the car, pairing our phones, our Google profiles and showing us all the cool new things the 2024 model does. Not having to drive into the dealership was a great help since our schedules are so busy and having this service at home was phenomenal.

This dealership is great especially if you re out of state! We are originally from Texas and we knew the vehicle was in Florida, we contacted the dealership and Dayana helped us through the whole online and in person process! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and overall very optimistic when we spoke to her. When we came in person to pick up the car, everyone was super nice. We spoke to the manager and he is awesome too! Our car was missing a part of the description that was online but we got traded in nice hats for it. Prior to buying, our car was serviced and oil was changed, we were given a full tank to drive back. We will come back soon!

Went in to test drive a car, and I ended up buying the car. Abdi (sales guy) was excellent, shared personal information & made me and my husband feel very comfortable with him. JC in the finance department was excellent as well. She really looked out for us. I recommend Abdi & JC for the win @ this location.

I moved here from New Jersey and have been a Volvo owner for many years. This was the worst service. I have a warranty and they were still trying to make me pay for something that should ve been covered under the warranty. I called and confirmed with my dealership in Delaware and then called back the Miami location to speak with a manager and he never returned my call. They were all very rude and unprofessional. I will never take my car back to this location. I will go out of my way to another location and let everyone know not to go to the Miami location. Horrible experience!!!

Volvo N Miami has a wide selection of cars and an amazing selection of very nice colors. Other car dealers have mostly black and white. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the buying experience was a pleasure! Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience at Volvo Cars North Miami! I ve wanted a Volvo for about 8 years now, I m 4 1/2 months pregnant and decided it was finally time for a beautiful, spacious, and safe SUV. My partner and I had an appointment with Alex and were immediately treated like family. Alex and I had spoken prior to us coming in so he had an 2024 XC90 ready to show us and we absolutely love the car! Marlon, a Sales Manager, gave us a GREAT deal on our new SUV and JC, a Finance Manager patiently walked us through our deal and was very kind to us! Everyone was super hospitable and honest with us from the moment walked through the door. We 100% recommend coming to this dealership for an easy car buying experience! We even came in the next day due to a scratch my partner found on the trunk door. Alex and Marlon immediately took care of it for us. We are grateful for how simple every step of the process was. You can t go wrong with a Volvo and you can go wrong with Volvo Cars North Miami!

My salesman was Alex Reynaldos. He was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed in regards to a specific vehicle I was interested. He scheduled a visit for me and make sure to remind me. The conditions of the vehicle, the test drive and the carfax convinced me on the purchase. Alex made sure to provide me with these items to help me evaluate my decision. Then, Ms. Zulu G�mez, helped me to select the right financial institution for the auto loan. Awesome service from both of them and the rest of the staff were very pleasant.

It was for the second time a great experience. I really do not like the process of buying a car and negotiating prices (it is to be real quite traumatic for me). Abde and his colleagues at Volvo North Miami did an incredible job, beginning with just listening to what I was hoping to get and working around my goals to reach a deal. I called 2 other Volvo dealer shops in the region and did not get anyway close to building some negotiation or feeling that my proposal could be used as the entry point of the conversation. Anyhow, I successfully closed the deal with 2 or 3 phone calls/text message and the final visit to basically pick the color and sign the paperwork. The process was pleasant, fun and most of the stress was literally removed. I really appreciate the attention, patience and professionalism from Abde and his team. Wonderful service!

North Miami Volvo is the most professional dealership I have ever delt with in my 49 years of owning cars. The staff is friendly, knowledge and never tried to upsell the maintenance and repairs.
