I recently had Vertex complete a rebuild of my 1987 Porsche 911 3.2 motor. They did a fantastic job. The engine came back to me better than I could have expected. They took the time to completely disassemble and clean everything prior to rebuilding, which is no small task in an air-cooled 911. They replaced the pistons and cylinders and the turn around time was roughly 3 weeks. Now the engine runs and pulls the way that it was intended to. If you're looking to have your air-cooled engine rebuilt, Vertex should be your first call. Absolutely first class all the way. Thanks Vertex for a great rebuild.

Coming up on 12,000 miles on a Vertex built 3.8L engine in my 06 911S. After purchase, I had the car shipped from NC. I had them do the install there, though I live in Dallas. Rear seal failed at 2K, rats! Wayne picked the car up in Dallas, shipped to Miami, fixed and returned to me at zero cost. 10k on her since, it s like butter. Great engine, great service. Trust em!

I was selling my 2017 Porsche 718S and the buyer from Atlanta wanted to do a PPI before coming doing to pick up so he found this place base on good comments at Porsche forums.I came on the day and time scheduled, was greeted by Wayne, he asked me a few questions and gave me a form to sign. Then he dropped me off at a near by restauran so I could have lunch during the inspection time.It took about 4 hours so by the time he finished I was at The Collection, when he called to let me know it was almost done I asked him if he could pick me up since it was raining, he said yes!So the process was long but he made it very convenient and the buyer liked everything he had to said about the car so the deal was made and everybody is happy!

I own a 1982 Porsche 911sc with 287,000 miles. I take great pride in my 38 year old classic Porsche. A good friend recommended Vertex Automotive in Florida. I live in Virginia and had never heard of Vertex but I am so pleased with their uber professional Service Parts department. I spoke with Sid in the Parts department and he agreed to rebuild my original (no longer produced) 1982 French Bosch Warm Up Regulator (WUR). The Bosch WUR controls the Porsche restart cycles and is critical to smooth operation. You can see by the pics that my WUR was in bad shape. The rebuild WUR is stunning and has completely new internal parts. Vertex even supplied a few extra parts. The whole job was very reasonable priced and I truly appreciate efforts. The door on my 2004 Boxster S got stuck locked. The mechanism completely failed and got stuck latched. This is not an easy repair, as the bolts for the lock are inside the door frame and the door needs to be open for you to get at any of the internals. I don't know how they did it, but they did it, with no damage done to the door card or panel. They also did an incredible alignment, I have never felt my car be this responsive, it was amazing before but now its even better. Wayne is amazing to work with and they are incredibly accommodating. When it comes time to get some more major maintenance done, I will definetly be coming backService: Wheel alignment

I ordered a Porsche part through their online service and they emailed the next day saying it was not available. I asked for a refund but they have refused 4 requests at this point. Please be careful ordering from this company.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

How a shop should be run. Went to a few before doing any service to my vehicle and every single person here was super helpful. Owner showed me around and they all let me look under my car to show me what was needed. Highly recommend from oil changes to engine repair

Ordered a few items for my Porsche here after another supplier failed to deliver in a timely fasion (6 weeks). Great customer service and fast shipping! The even called me to be sure the pilot bearing I ordered fit the car as the ring gear and pilot bearing appeared to be for two different model years.

Leo provided me with excellent professional Customer Service. He was generous with shipping and gave me a discount. He was easy to work with and keep me informed about shipping issues. The engine is what was promised and I am most pleased with its performance while breaking in. Thanks to the engine rebuilders- Great Job! A trustworthy First Class Operation all the way and I highly recommend them for an engine swap.

I order several parts online from Vertex Auto for my Porsche Cayenne. After navigating the website, I sought help from their through their online chat system. Possibly the best customer service I have ever received from an auto parts company. Wayne was very knowledgeable and fully answered any part questions I had, and even followed up with me on the phone to see if there was anything else I needed for my Porsche. I am now a loyal customer of Vertex, and will continue to do business with them for years!

Got to give credit when credit is due! Wayne and his team has worked on my Porsche 996.2 which I acquired a little over a year ago. The car is now running better than ever. Wayne is great to work with, he always provides updates and Vertex stands behind their work. I am super happy I found this shop! If you are a Porsche 911 owner, go talk to Wayne at Vertex for your service needs.

I just purchased a classic Porsche from Joel & Mike at Vertex and it was a real pleasure. I have heard many horror stories about car dealers whether new or used, but this was different. They were transparent, honest and their word was good as gold. They only stock cars in excellent condition and have fair prices. If you are in the market for a classic Porsche don't bother looking anywhere else!

I have had my 1985 Porsche 928S for 20 years. Vertex always comes through with the parts for this older car. Ordering online is easy, delivery is in 2 days and the price match is a great deal. Customer service is second to none. Thank you for helping me keep my car on the road all these years.

Very bad experience. Buyers beware. They false advertise pricing. I ordered a front lipFor a 997.1. The price was advertised for around $600. 2 weeks later after a ton of excuses they told me their vendors price was double. I told them as a reputable business they should honor their advertised price. They would not. I own a business and if I made a pricing mistake it would not be my clients fault. That's just bad business. E commerce is big business. If you can't get your pricing right with your vendors maybe you should try a different type of business! This will be filed in small claims as both false advertised and consumer fraud.Service: Body & Trim

I recently bought a 964 from Vertex. Joel assisted me every step of the way and made sure that the car was the right match for what I wanted. Joel is not a salesman- he's a Porsche enthusiast who happens to sell cars at Vertex.. You'll get 100% honesty and the right amount of hand-holding that you need when making the leap to buy the Porsche that you want.. in addition, they are a full-service shop.. so if you need work done or parts they can take care of that too..

I brought in my '99 Porsche today and had an amazing experience. My sun-roof was giving me problems (stuck open) and Wayne helped me close it when he could have very easily recommended I replace it like 9/10 mechanics would have in this town. A total class act...and he wouldn't take any money for his expertise. I then went around the corner to the Vertex Parts locale and Carlos gave me some great advice that will save me a great deal of money. He could have easily just sold me what I asked for but he took the time to go the extra mile. They earned my business today...and renewed my faith in honest car folks in Miami.

I have been going to Vertex for a couple of years now, and they have been very helpful. Wayne is a very detailed individual, who takes his time to explain everything that your car may have. At Vertex they are also very accommodating as to what time you may bring your car in, as well as picking up your car. I have always had a great outcome dealing with Wayne. Thank you Wayne for always answering any of my questions and working on my Cayenne.

I went to Vertex based on a recommendation by a clerk at Advanced Auto Parts because they didn t have a sensor I needed for my 97 986. I called to verify that they had the part and not only did they have the part overnighted in, they matched the price from a competitor. This was my first time there and definitely not my last. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty and will to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you

Leo in parts department, plus all at Vertex are very help full in findingthe correct parts for my Porsche, if they do not have it (which is unusual)they will go out of their way to get it for you.I am very happy with there personal service.

After searching on many sites to find a possible fix for my 2010 Panamera bearing support failure, I came across Vertex auto. I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding and easy experiences I ve had. I looked at their drive shaft support mount and called them to see if this would fix all of my issues. They explained to me how their upgraded drive shaft would save me a lot of money as it didn t require to disassemble my current drive shaft. Great guys! Great products! Definitely recommend.

I got a 81 911sc allmost a year ago from them. Im glad I got it through Vertex. Love the car but Im pretty sure if I had gotten it from a private buyer I would be miserable right now. They alwasy take care of me and do it fair. They are highly knowledgable, I noticed in the repair side they hold US patnetds on parts (not an easy thing to do). In general its just a good enviroment. Joel has been great. Gilbert is a master. Mike is great too. If you have a old Porsche and need something call them up!

I shipped my 1999 911 from Pensacola to Miami to proactively fix the potential IMS problem. Vertex was absolutely great in keeping me informed and explaining what was needed. Replaced IMS bearing with their cylindrical bearing, clutch, water pump, etc and wiring issues. Got the car back in two weeks even with it holiday season. Wayne was best service guy I have ever worked with. Seemed like he was always there to answer my calls. Great experience! Wish they were up in my area.

I was looking at buying a used Porsche from a near by large Chevy dealer in the Miami area. Only I live on the west coast of Florida. The Chevy dealer said "trust me' the car is good. I searched for a nearby certified Porsche shop to perform a pre-purchase inspection.Best money I could of spent, I was very lucky to meet Wayne over the phone. He did the inspection and walked me through all the mess that was that trash car. Wayne explained what needed work and how much that may cost. He advised me in way that educated me on what to look for as I continued my search.Even days later when I fund another car. Wayne over the phone talked me through the purchase, giving me confidence to buy. Knowledge is power, take out the emotional side of buying. Vertexauto will guide you honestly.
