Wow!! Best oil change ever! They make sure your ready to go! And they are amazing and get everything done. All the extras were included and they weren t pushy with things I actually did need to buy! They told me and gave me the option and then went to work! So happy!! I brought a friends car and I can t wait to bring mine!

I have been using this Valvoline location for a couple of years now, and I have never received anything but Excellent customer service! More importantly, they are always honest. If I don t need the part or service on my car, they won t try to sell it to me to make money. Kristoff and team are the best!

Danilo, and Angel are amazing at what they do, great customer service, awesome energy. Danilo was very explanatory on what he was doing to my car and explained everything to me. Valvoline is the place to be.

After a horrible experience @ Jiffy Lube, I found good reviews in Google of this Valvoline establishment.So, I went yesterday for an oil/ filter change service & I have to say that I loved it. It was a pleasure to hear & see the team work strategy they have there.Great professionalism so far. Starting with the employee who welcomed me, nice gentleman, then Erick was respectful, patient & truthful and finally his father/store manager was amazing as well! Thanks to all for your work & great customer service.I really appreciate it. Finally!!!!..... I found the right place to go for this matter! Wooohooo!!!!!

The attention to detail is what I liked most about my experience here. A bit pricey, yeah, but worth it in my opinion. I couldn t believe how clean everything was, especially with car fluids and potential spills, everything looked impeccable! Not only that, but their inspection was quite thorough! All in all, about 25 minutes for an inspection, oil change, and brake light change.

Awesome service, great service from the team member, Joshua, and Micheal have an amazing team, very explanatory. Manager Eddie is very kind, well professional, very tentative towards the customer. The BEST location to go to for your oil change. The gentlemen's there showed such great customer service and they have such an amazing sense of humor. They really know what they are doing and they are so informative in not just words, but they show you and explain everything to you. Even my car is . At this Valvoline location I received exceptional service. They treated me like family and I felt very welcomed. The team that specifically helped me out was Joshua Danilo Melo angel and Eddie their performance is outstanding. I have been to this location several times and they are extremely consistent.I highly recommend them!

Wonderful staff. Very thoughough - checked and topped off everything for free. (unlike jiffy lube who charges 5$ for coolant topoff). Fast, didn't have to exit the car. Best oil change I've ever gotten in my 30 year life!

Made the mistake of changing my own oil. Mucked up the housing of the oil filter and created an oil leak. Took the van to Kristoff here at Valvoline and he fixed my error and gave me solid advice for the future. Charged me an exceptionally fair rate and saved my day.Honest good people work at this location!!! I will be coming back.

Eddie, Eric & Angel were great!! Best customer service I have ever received for an oil change! They were very informative and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you want great service with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go.

This Valvoline location has been my go to since they opened a few years back. This trip, a mistake was made in which they instructed me to turn the car on when they hadn't secured the oil fill cap. Oil was sprayed all over my engine compartment and windshield. It was everywhere. Due to this...I won't be back. Mistakes happen but this was the most basic of mistakes and they didn't even acknowledge the mess they made for me to clean or offer any discount. Bye Valvoline.

First time here and I have to tell you that from the first phone call to inquire about service and prices to the actual experience was fantastic. Customer service at this location goes above and beyond. JADE WAS AMAZING!! The way this team works together and supports each other is to be commended. Love their dynamics! Service guy s were professional but I came here in October mu oil change was $59.91 for everything and now I was told my total is $88.63. Like really sorry to say it was good while it lasted but going back to the dealer.

I ve been here a few times before and I really liked the worker Melo, he was very helpful he actually went above and beyond his service more than any of the other employees. I m really glad that I came on this day, and I hope that he helps me again next time around

Really enjoyed my service. their customer service was on point. Jay and kristoff were such a great help. Jay made sure everything was okay with my car and was very informative without me having to ask, which I was grateful for because im not that great with cars. Will be returning, thank you

What an amazing customer service that William and Alfredo provided me at this location. They are super nice employees, they really love what they do and they like to assist customer the proper way. When you have great places like this, you feel like home since you arrive. I highly recommend their honesty, professional and they do incredible work. Great work environment and everything looks like a professional lab.
