The part selection is good but the online experience can be painful. In my experience it takes quite a bit of time, but in the end the company will make things right with you provided that you have a fair amount of patience and persistence. They are just people at the end of the day, so everyone's experience will vary of course. At the very least they were professional and kind to me despite the dissatisfaction I shared.

My company is A car 4u corp. I have been buying there for over 2 years. W sold steel braided hose that did not fit the fittings (12' of it) they would not exchange it for black fabric hose. Also charged me 20% restocking fee for the 12 fittings I returned. I will buy elsewhere from now on.

Just got to add "Jos� Gonz�lez" review... He purchased the wrong hose and it is stated that there would not any returns once the hose is cut, ironically enough after saying he "won't purchase again from the company" actually sent someone else on their behalf. As many people know, once you don't know what you are really doing, they would try to blame someone else in this industry. This being written, feel free to purchase from one of the few places you could walk in, have nice customer service and greet quality.

What happens when you mix A+ service, amazing people and a quality product? Well you get Treadstone performance! They seem to have the resources of a large company but have kept the personable quality of a small family business intact. The shipping time is insanely fast and never had an issue with my order. I have used them nearly exclusively on two full builds including a mr2 Spyder unlimited class time attack build and I'm working on a future project that hopes to use their entire catalog. If you are a builder or even casual fabricator, Treadstone is the one website you need to know. PS check their for sale bin.... Or don't and leave it all there for me!!!!

Huge thanks to Pedro at treadstone performance. I walked in with a long shopping list and a mess of questions, and walked out with all the missing pieces for my build. Even some replacement parts for the low quality parts I had before. I had Pedro running back and forth a few times because I wasn t sure what I needed, he didn t hesitate to help. His customer service is next level. I also must mention, it gave me peace of mind when we entered the shop and found everyone had a mask on even the customers that arrived while I was there were covered up (thanks to a sign at the door). Pedro Castillo was a huge help. I really wanted to rebuild my Fast & Furious fantasy of building a 10 second Supra with the same body kit from the movie. But then I changed my mind and I wanted a white Supra JUST like the one from Paul Walkers last FF film R.I.P.... love the look of that one and Pedro hooked it up nasssssty. Greddy this, HKS that, boost up yin yang... I literally had to get 3 boost gauges in different PSI levels to keep track of boost as it capped on each gauge. 1-20PSI 20-40PSI and 40-90PSI.... We then needed to get a new intake manifold for the RB26 since we fried it on the first take and OH, MY, GOD.... Can we talk about how beautiful the individual throttle bodies look..... FUDGE. MY. LIVER. That looks twice as beautiful as a Pazookie from BJ's Brewhouse. World class service. If you remember Vin Diesels face in Furious 7 when he first saw the Lykan Hypersport.... That's the same look I gave my Supra when Pedro finished with it. B.S. aside, Pedro and the shop are solid folks. I'd hand them over my Supra if I didn't drive an Astro Van.

Just placed an order for an intercooler kit for a cobalt ss. A core upgrade other than a TR8 was not offered due to possible clearance issues. Contacted customer service and was told exactly this just to avoid fitment issues. With modification I know an upgrade can be installed and without hesitation, they allowed me to upgrade the core and pay the difference. They even recommended a good upgrade for my power goal. Great customer service!

Every order I've ever placed with this company, has been shipped 2-3 days late. Same with some other business owners I've spoke with.I placed an order Monday (told them it was time sensitive over the phone) was told to place to the order online. Was told it would arrive Wednesday... Called today (Wednesday) and it hasn't even shipped yet!!

It s a toy store for adults! These guys have it all for the aftermarket performance, and quality! Always super helpful at the Miami location. If they don t have it they will get for you! All our builds have been purchased with them!

Treadstone Performance is a 40 minute drive from where I live and it is well worth the drive. Pedro is the rep that assistms me there and he is knowledgeable and friendly! They carry tons of items in stock and are the perfect combination of price and service. This place is Fantastic!

The absolute worst performance shop I have been to. They barely pick up the phone. I called 6 times and they did not pick up. I show up to pick up my nitrous bottles and there is absolutely no one in the shop. When it is suppose to be open. Never will I come back to this shop!Mind you I ive been here for 1 hour and this shop is still closed mid day.

The guys at Treadstone have helped me out countless times with builds of mine. Give them a call or go in and they'll be able to help you out. Great staff and great product. I've purchased TR8 intercooler, BOV, fittings, couplers, hardware, lines. They're my go-to.

Ordered a front mount intercooler kit for my mazdaspeed3. Their cores are some of the best for the platform. Was told it would be 2 week backorder for a pipe they didn t have for the whole kit to be complete. So I said that s fine I have to prep for tuning 2 weeks isn t that bad. So 3 weeks went by and finally say I better call since I haven t got any information. Well turns out they now extended it to another 2 weeks. Apparently it takes a major company over a month to make one pipe. I will not use treadstone again. They don t care about customers nor their time frames. Now I m stuck with a base tune until these fools send me my one pipe that apparently takes a month to make. Never again will I recommend.Ohhh look at that reply from the mass manufacturer if you give a customer a time frame when it will be done you should probably not double it. Your the one that s behind my dude, not me (; not to mention when I called to ask about it the fool that answered was an a$$. Nice company there!!! y all a joke

I ordered a stage 4 turbo kit and tr12 intercooler kit for my Cobalt SS. I was thinking with the name treadstone carries i would receive good quality parts, however I was missing a wastegate gasket and a fitting for my wastegate on top of that i received a lower intercooler part with a hole for my map sensor not completely machined out today after a test drive i looked over the car and noticed on my upper intercooler pipe where they had welded in the blow off valve flange they hadnt finished the weld and there is a hole that has air coming out of it. i spent at least $5,000 on their store (including my precision turbo) and have been nothing but disappointed in their quality and parts delivery. after a couple weeks they resolved my lower intercooler pipe and missing gasket but have failed to email me back after 2 weeks about the missing fitting so i bought another somewhere else. hopefully it wont take too long to get my upper intercooler pipe resolved.
