I was picked- up from a range of 30 to 45 minutes as I was told. The towing truck driver that assisted me was very polite and helpful.. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. Also, the agent that answered the call was very nice as well. Thank you both.

Excellent service, fast arrival and very professional. This was our first time using/requesting a towing service, and it was a very stressful situation for us. However, Lazaro was extremely helpful, and patient. I strongly encourage the services of this company for the unfortunate event of having your car broken down in the middle of the road.Excelente servici�, llegada r�pida y muy profesional. Esta fue la primera vez que usamos/solicitamos un servicio de gr�a y fue una situaci�n muy estresante para nosotros. Sin embargo, L�zaro fue extremadamente servicial y paciente. Recomiendo sinceramente los servicios de esta empresa si en alg�n momento se encuentra en el desafortunado caso de que su autom�vil se aver�e en medio de la carretera.
