I recently took my car here as a returning customer, and my experience this time was mediocre at best. I was quoted $600.00 for a ceramic coating treatment; I agreed to pay this amount because the most significant challenge and the most expensive part of this process is the preparation of the car, which includes washing, decontamination, and most importantly, the paint correction. These steps were all avoided. The person who did my car was constantly distracted by new customers arriving at the place and in around two hours he told me your car is ready . The person took only two hours to complete a process that usually takes 4 to 6 hours. He did not complete the wheels correctly and forgot about the calipers and details. My car is now full of high marks from the poorly placed coating. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for a professional job. I felt underestimated, and I ll never return to this place again.

3rd Time, new car not even 8months old. There is no eating or drinking or smoking in the car.65.00 dollars for a regular wash. Can t even even clean front windshield properly. Last 2 time back glass dirty. Only can be seen, when I am ale off and the sun hits the glass. Over price wash.

I ll be as fair and honest as possible. We paid $160 for SUV wash + Pet Hair removal(additional $40) for our 4Runner.Upon arrival I did not mention that I checked their prices on their website prior to heading over there. The guy(so rude that he s not deserving of the word gentleman) told me it would be $280 for mini shampoo if I wanted to get the dog hair out. I quickly realized I was trying to be hustled and asked him how that price is broken down. Flustered, he brings over the menu and I ask why can t we just do the $110 for SUV and $40 for pet hair removal.I let it slide on the fact that it s a Sunday and it looked like they were busy. I wanted to give them a fair chance and see how the vehicle would come out.Pro:- He did get the dog hair out of the truck space. A+ for that.Cons:- there are dry water streaks all around the vehicle.- there s dust/grime still on the rims that I can easily remove with my fingers- it s still dirty in spaces that I would assume a higher cost wash would take care of(near the door handles, bottom of the bumper, etc.)Overall the wash is a 3/5. I ve had worse and I ve had better. The only reason I m writing this review is due to the poor customer service and unfriendly encounter I had with the employee. Listen, if you re the best in world at what you do then treat me and charge me whatever you want. If you re going to provide average service, then at least make the overall experience for a paying customer pleasant.

Came in to get a regular wash and was convinced to upgrade to a wax and clay bar for $300 and was told I was going to get the best service etc.. The outside wash was good, but they didn't even wipe the interior down. It was just vacuumed only. I think the service could have been a lot better. I feel I honestly overpaid, but I do want to point out the outside wash was well done. For transparency, I drive an SUV.

They do great work at a responsible price. Jennifer was excellent. I called and she took such good care of me the same day. You pay at the gas station next door and the process of everything is super easy. Everyone is nice. I m coming again for sure. thank you so much !!!

Impeccable service and thorough detailing. If you need your vehicle hand washed and meticulously detailed, I recommend you give this place a try. The prices are very reasonable and don't sacrifice the quality of your service.

I left my f150 crew cab here for a wash, clay, and wax that i paid $225. The outside generally looks great but I doubt that the whole car was clayed as you can find sediment in certain areas that can be removed with your nail and the running boards are half washed. The inside though has streaking in the windows, dirt and grime everywhere, and just generally a poor job considering it was $225. Needless to say, won't be coming back.

UPDATE 11-27-23: it s been a while since I ve come. Brought my Mazda in for a cleanup and they did a beautiful job!!! Will continue to bring all my cars here. Thank you!!!I've never had such excellent service at a car wash - these people are A++ service!!I brought in my FRS for its first wash since I bought it. I did my research because I recently moved to the area and this is my new baby and I wanted to make sure I got the best treatment for her & in the best hands. I am SO glad I trusted them because my car is spotless. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is squeaky clean and you leave happy!Their service is also very quick- it's not a whole day waiting for your car. Everyone that works there is very pleasant and friendly.Their prices are super fair & I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for all my future washes. I will also be recommending them to friends and family.Thank you all for making my car look shiny & new again!!!

Got ripped off. They went from $245 to $75 which is the price I agreed to they promised to leave my car new and that they were giving me a great deal. They instead proceeded to just give me a standard car wash, still leaving the car semi dirty and once I asked about what the difference between this $75 dollar car wash vs a standard $25 car wash, he proceeded to tell me that I m not his wife and that he didn t need to go all out on my car. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They re a scam! And do a horrible job at cleaning

Suniland Auto Detailing is the best company ever. I don t trust anyone else with cleaning or detailing my car from the service itself to the remarkable customer service I receive every time I bring my car in there literally are no words.. but I will find them! They are beyond thorough and it s like I have a brand new car every time I go to pick it up after. I completely recommend this business to anyone with a car. Every person who has an expensive car in Pinecrest trusts them so should you! Also while you wait there are places in walking distance that you can shop or go grab lunch and be back in time to pick up your clean car! The guys here are thorough, quick, and nice. The prices are very reasonable. I'm very happy with this service, and I will be coming back.The cleaning entrance is at the back of the gas station. Payment is accepted through the gas station cashier.

BEWARE BEWARE !!!These delinquents tell you the Carwash NOT DETAILED just plain Carwash start at $95 for a SUVThat s it s super high price to begin withBut .Once you leave car and come back to pick up they hit you with a $135 invoice !!!!Crazy !!! Then when I questioned him he said I was lying that he never said $95 to startDisrespected and called me all types of names !!!Please be very careful !!!And you can get a better Carwash anywhere for half that price !!!!Service: Auto detailing

First time customer and my truck looks amazing. Full wash, wax, & detail. Like new.Guys even buffed-out some scratches with compound at no additional charge.Jennifer is great and is focused on exceeding all expectations. The staff here are incredibly professional and helpful. My car was just beautiful after they worked on it and it had been quite dirty inside and out before. Excellent service throughout all the performance of the detailing on ALL my Vehicles. The F350, the Escalde and the Mercedes! Nothing but the best hands down! From the moment I contacted them for an inquiry to arrival at the location everything was a one service. The owner is really involved in her business and makes sure the job always gets done as expected. As a mom of four I can tell you things can get really messy inside a vehicle and they returned me my Chevy suburban back better than the dealer did the day I purchased it. Not worth a star, these guys were rude and tried to pull a bait and switch scam on me. We stoped in and asked how much to shampoo the seats and they said it would $75.00 for everything. But I couldn t do it at that moment so I came back in an hour and they changed there story, now it would be $40.00 a seat. I will not be going them and I don t recommend wasting your time with these rude people.

They did an amazing job. It was expensive but worth every penny. My car came back to a beautiful shine and looks like a new paint job. They have a customer for life and as soon as I have enough money I'm bringing my truck over

Please make sure to ask questions or stick around. My husband paid $185 for his pick up truck to be washed, clayed and waxed. What my husband thought he was getting is wax you apply and stays on for 20mins. Then the wax is removed with a buffing machine. What he got was spray wax that you spray on and wipe off. It does not create a protective coat on the paint. Not cool to hustle people. My husband said that s why they encourage you not to wait for your car. Also no description of services price list.Please go ahead and check your cameras and post the video on YouTube. It s a black pick up truck my husband dropped off late afternoon on 10/14/19.

This is my third time using this car wash.. this place is terribly overpriced.. after a $95 regular wash.. these people wanted $10 more to add silicone to the front and rear bumper, what?? Also took my panamera for a $480 service and I was not impressed.. after checking the price list online, I see that I was grossly overcharged not coming again
