Took my car in at ~5:25pm on 1/2/24 (shop closes at 6pm) with battery issues. Was told that the test for batteries takes "2+ hours, because it is so thorough" and to come back in the morning. Batteries Plus did the same test in 2 minutes and replaced the exact battery for $60 less within 15 minutes of my arrival.

I have never used their dealer to service my 05 Outback. But their online parts Department is pretty awesome. Jose Alphonso does a fantastic job at getting your order ready and shipped very quick. They always have OEM Subaru parts in stock and when they don t, they quickly order them for you. Their communication is very reassuring that your order won t get lost or delayed. I definitely recommend them for online Subaru parts, great friendly staff and very professional.

Do not service your vehicle here. 2 weeks no call for a part. I call and part is on back order. In the meantime all they wanted to do was have me sell my car. Go to get the car after 2 weeks (yes I got a loaner) and the battery is dead. Spent 4 hrs waiting for a battery to be installed while losing time on my job. Then finally I get my car without the part back ordered and the car was filthy inside and out. Stay away.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had an appointment for a scheduled oil change at Lehman Subaru service yesterday. I was prepared to be there for 3 hours. After a few hours the service rep came out and told me there was a problem. Some details might be wrong but the gist of it is during my last service at Lehman a mistake had been made and they stripped a screw and the oil pan had to be replaced and what ever else that entails. They told me it would be an additional 1-2 hours. After about 5 hours I went up to ask about my car and was told another hour. That hour goes by and I m told 45 minutes. After 7.5 hours I was told the silicone needed to dry and they will provide a rental car. They know how long silicone takes to dry and should have offered me the rental hours earlier since the wait was from their initial mistake. So after 7.5 hours there I got the rental and had to drive south in rush hour. The service agents were very nice and said here is our cell numbers - call us tomorrow and we will arrange to get your car back to you whenever you want. So I called them both at 9:30, left a message, and both went straight to voice mail. NO ONE called me back. I called back at 11:26 and spoke to one of them who told me my car was being detailed and they would drive down and deliver it to me when they were finished. My car was returned to me 27 hours after being left. It was nicely detailed, and the driver was nice. The two service people were nice when I was there but never called me back. Mistakes happen. Their biggest mistake was not telling me how long the repair would take and not offering me a rental after hour three.Service: Oil change

I own a 2006 Sonata that had the transmission replaced with a rebuilt over 6 months ago. Now I had to tow it in because the car stopped and they tell me(after holding it for a week)that the head gaskets need to be replaced. They never had me schedule for a follow-up after the transmission job. And they keep my car for over a week and I had to call them for them to tell me the news on my car. Now they want an arm and a leg for a 2006. What a great service, Right?

You got to studies methodically your bill the service advisor tells you a beautiful history but at the end is not what he told you. Also check your car before you leave some of the items that were supposed to be fixed & replace were not done.

I wish there was another Subaru dealer closer to where I reside. I would definitely go there instead. Service department had my car almost three weeks and said they couldn t replicate the problems I was describing. But, didn t call to tell me that, just kept the car until my husband just went and picked it up. We were never called to come pick up the car. They get 2 stars because it s the closest dealer to me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They took my online parts order and offered free shipping. Then 4 days later emailed me that shipping will be over $400. Wasted a bunch of time & hassle. Don t get fooled by these bait & switch scammers. Price online is not what you will pay

My wife and I drove an hour to take her car here for the air bag recall that they kept calling about .We called and they informed us they would have a free loaner for us to use , so we booked an appointment thinking we would drive to Hollywood area in the loaner since we have never been there .We get there at 9:00am and they tell us they don t have anymore loaners but they have cars we can rent out with a $300 deposit . We decided to wait in the waiting area , 4 hours later they come back and tell us the car has problems . The battery needs to be replaced since it s too worn out and the brakes are bad .( she has never had Loud noises come from them) We get into the car and the brakes start making noises all of a sudden . We drove to the closest mechanic to get another option on the battery . He tells the battery is in good condition , he would just recommend replacing a part that connects it , he replaced it for $15.We went in for ONE thing that Subaru kept asking for us to do and they mess that up. Never again .

Broken L Puddle Light assembly was replaced. I waited for the repair at Lehman, having beentold it would take 2.5 to three hours to fix. At 4 hours, I then called Orlando (who has been the best advisor I have ever known) to find out what was taking so long. He told me that the mechanic working on my car had been told by one of the "bosses" to work on another vehicle-- while I had to wait. I was, by then, very late for an appointment. As I got into my car, my leg brushed against the long underdoor panel that I assume was removed to accomplish the repair. It made a noise, but I was so late I couldn't examine it at that time. When I got to my appointment, I realized that the panel had been poorly (?hurriedly) replaced, and was loose. Four (plus) hours, four (plus) hundred dollars for a semi-necessary repair, and apparently more needs to be done! I expect better from you--especially the part about taking my mechanic to work on another car.David A Krant, MD

This is the worst auto parts experience I have had in 28 years of car ownership. A part I ordered just simply didn't arrive, despite the promises and assurances by the parts department that it was on its way or about to be delivered. The employees, and even a manager, gave me one excuse after another as to why it was taking so long, and every time I called they said "it's on its way." It was even "40 minutes away" at one point, according to the manager. BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. I could have ordered the same part from an auto parts store, and had it shipped in overnight, for less money and quicker, but for the promise of this dealership's parts department. So my car sat disabled for two days, my mechanic patiently waiting with it up on a lift, before I finally had to accept that the Lehman Subaru Parts Department was just flat lying about the part and delivery. All they had to do was tell me from the beginning that they couldn't provide it. But they didn't. It cost me time, money and aggravation. I will take my business elsewhere.Postscript: The part arrived! two days late and not worth it. I'm still taking my business elsewhere.

They were friendly when I arrived to get my car. But they were horrible at getting in touch with, or returning calls. Emailed the wrong person to let them know my car was ready prolonging my pick-up, and their prices were higher then Pembroke's. They even quoted me one price in person for what my oil change would cost, and over the phone it magically almost doubled.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

LehmanSCAMMERS of disabled veteran! Over a month still no call. No receipt. No refunds. WTH6 times in shop for same thing AC still leaking water into cabin!!!!Can't even get receipts for work done!.Beyond their $200/hr shop fee scope of practice.

Not the best. Appointments are meaningless. Scheduled an oil change - took three hours. It seems that the simplest things take forever here. The service reps are indifferent, which just tells me that they are aware of the problem and don't care. The only good thing is that occasionally you will get your car washed...but not always.

The onsite customer service is correct but once you leave, forget about getting in touch with these guys. They have a CRM software where supposedly you can text your agent... what? They never respond or return the calls. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone buying a Subaru for this reason

I had a very good experience. I was having a problem with the air conditioning in my car. They diagnose the problem as a condenser condenser problem. I was provided a rental car and came back the next day as well as given a few discounts. I bought a new Outback on Saturday April 2nd. As part of my deal they were to install a trailer hitch, cd player, seat back protector and a front license plate bracket. These parts were in stock as I was told. On Friday the 8th I received a text from service asking me to rate their service. I thought the work was done and headed to the dealership. None of this work was done when I got there. Today I called at three PM to see if the car was ready. The parts are not in and Oscar didn't know when they would arrive. Someone at Lehman Subaru should know when this work will be done and when I can pickup my car. Again I am left wondering after nine days if there is an answer forthcoming.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I purchased an auto part for my Subaru Forester Lehman Subaru online. The part did not fit and returned within the specified time and requirements. Return was accepted but they are refusing to refund or exchange the part because they have changed owners and they say they are not responsible yet its the same name of business and personnel still working their. I was never informed on receipt or verbally that sale is final or Going out of Business, new owners. Take caution when doing business with Lehman. Unfortunately, I will have to file a civil suit and report this matter to the BBB.Service: Body & Trim

What a great experience! I'm traveling from Orlando Florida for work and the AC on my 2015 Subaru Legacy went out. I drove to Lehman Subaru first thing in the morning to see what could be done since I have a 4 hour drive back home this evening. Orlando Castellon met with me and couldn't be more helpful! Orlando took my car right in and made me feel comfortable and safe. I can't thank you enough for the peace of mind.I recommend this dealership 100%.Thanks Orlando!

Decent place and waiting room but the service always without fail takes inexplicably long. Three oil changes with a tire rotation here and it has averaged 3 hours everytime. Full or not. Otherwise good place if you aren t waiting around

Took them 3 months to fix my car. Now the glove compartment is crooked and they scratched my steering wheel. And the issue was in the engine not my interior. I also had a $700 computer reader that they stole and won't give back.
