Amazing experience with Mike & Dee. I highly recommend this body shop. There are multiple shops in the same warehouse plaza, but i'm ecstatic I chose Southern Auto Paint & Body!!!!! Great atmosphere an you can tell its family owned as they take pride in there great work they do!Came in one afternoon, depressed at how I messed up my car. I was planning on selling it in 7 days!!! I'm handy and tried to correct an issue with my trunk. Backstory I had a PPF film that was bad and not happy with the PPF installer, I took on the task to remove the entire PPF on the vehicle myself. Paint came off on the trunk area when pulling it !!!) I tried to fill in with touch up paint, didn't work. Tried a spray gun I bought to blend, didn't work. At the end of the day, I brought the trunk worse than these pictures (didn't take a pic), I got down to the metal after sanding WAY too much.I met Mike after finding shop online with good reviews and he was super helpful and even went over with me the trunk I brought him. Normally shops are so busy, I decided just to bring him the trunk to speed up the process. Showed him what I did and he told me he will try to blend it in as best as he can without having to repaint the entire trunk and make it noticeable. There could be a chance he might have to paint the entire top face of the trunk.Far exceeded my expectations, the trunk came back perfect. You could not even tell its blended in with paint. I installed the trunk and came back the next day to show him some other issues to touch up, and he noticed I had sanded the plastic roof trim and was an eye sore. He was not happy with the look and went out of his way to buff the trim and make it appear new!!!My dad use to paint cars when he was young, my brother has a good eye for repainted cars, and NONE COULD NOT TELL ITS PAINTED. I brought it to 7-8 dealers for appraisal and none of them noticed it was blended in with paint. Normally shops try to repaint the whole panel, and that's when it gets noticeable. Mike has a great touch and paint matching skills!! Highly appreciate it and you have a returning customer in the future!!!

I was recommended southern auto by a coworker, best decision ever. Not only were they professional and timely with my car repair, but they were open and honest as well. Mike and Dee made me feel like family. I knew Roxie, my Corolla, would be in excellent hands. I will definitely be recommending Southern Auto.

This is the second time I use Southern Auto Paint & Body for body work and paint. Both times they have exceeded my expectations. The owner Mike thoroughly explains the entire process and provides you with updates throughout the repairs. Reasonable prices and high quality. I highly recommend using them for your automotive body work and paint needs. They have a customer for life.

Michael did an amazing job rejuvenating my 2014 Acura MDX. He paid attention to every little detail, and it shows. I took it in to do a complete paint job and to fix some dents and even a poor repair job done by the dealer and I feel like I am driving a brand new car like I did back in 2013 when I bought it. This is my baby. Both Michael and Dee took great pride in making her beautiful again. I am forever grateful since other shops would not even bother giving me a quote. Thank you both for your pride that you have in your work to make this customer the happiest girl with my "new" car. We had a little issue with the remote auto start, but Michael and Dee did not give up until it worked. This is dedication and passion that is not found in many places. I highly recommend Southern Auto.

Best service I ve ever had at an automotive body shop! Had an accident with the previous bumper and bought a replacement online from a reputable seller! I took it to their shop and had my car back in no time! Quality of work was amazing, definitely using their services again!

As a new customer, I was very lucky to find Southern Auto Body & Paint. My Thunderbird was side-swiped from front to back on the driver s side; looked awful. After just two weeks, Michael repaired the body damage and restored the convertible to its former glory. I must say, the car looks beautiful. The one surprise was that Southern Body honored the original quote and did not stick me with change order costs for anything. The experience indicates you can trust their initial price, workmanship and delivery schedule. Between the front desk run by Dee, the wife, and Dad helping Michael, this is a family affair and the customer becomes a part of the family.It is worth taking your damaged car for body work at this shop. You will be very happy, as I have concluded after my experience in March 2024. Thank you Dee, Michael & Dad!

Awesome staff, great prices and super reliable. Fixed up my 91 nsx here and the crease line was messed up fixed it perfectly, not even noticeable. Highly recommended coming to southern auto paint and body.

My 2003 mustang is like a part of the family. The original paint started to break down. Some rust areas attacked the trunk causing leaks when it rained. I met with different body shops and was turned away for a) the car being too old, b) no one does a full body paint job , and c) outrageous quotes. I stumbled upon Southern Auto. Michael and Dee welcomed me with open arms and did not make me feel like my request was a lost cause. They investigated my concerns and took pictures. Within a few days, Dee contacted me with a quote. My first interactions with them were positive and previous customers spoke highly of them. It was an easy decision to leave my baby with them. We set up a drop off date. Over 2.5 weeks, Michael and Dee kept me updated on the progress and sent pictures. I was in shock when I saw the outcome! The full body paint makes Sally the mustang look brand new. To repair the rust and leaks, Michael welded new metal in place. No more leaks! As a nice surprise, Michael cleaned up the headlights and taillights. My photos include the before, during, and after. After an accident about a month ago, I needed a body shop to repair my car. I chose Southern Auto Paint & Body. It was the best decision I could have made. They are fantastic!Beginning with Dee, she works in the office. She took all my information and arranged to have my car towed to their shop. There we met Michael. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They took care of all the insurance adjustments and got them approved. When we picked up the car, the quality of the repairs was excellent! Exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to return if I needed a body shop in the future. I can recommend them highly without reservations.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Mike & Dee are friendly and very customer service oriented. My rear bumper and panel had to be replaced as I was rear-ended. Mike was more than efficient in getting the work done. He ordered the parts and had everything ready to go so my time without my vehicle was minimal. I had my car back in just over 24 hours and it was returned to me freshly washed. That's unheard of these days. Thank you Mike and Dee!! Should I ever need repair work in the future I will definitely be seeing you.

I am always impressed with the quality and attention to detail from the staff at Southern Auto! Mike is passionate about his craft and does not cut any corners. Great paint shop. After going to a bunch of places ended up here and I m glad I did. Very knowledgeable shop, got my bumper repainted very fast. Was offered a ride home when dropping off the car and everything. Great service ! A+

Gorgeous work!! I m floored really, I came in to Southern Auto with a bad wreck on the back right side of my car and now it looks like nothing ever happened! Thank you so much for such beautiful work, the dedication, the updates on the progress, you guys never forgot me and I knew my car was in the best hands in Miami! Michael, Dee and their family went out of your way for me, Dee even dropped me off at work when I turned the car over to them, I ll never forget it! I ve had horrible luck taking my cars to south Florida body shops but this place is hands down the best body shop in south Florida. From the customer service to the body shop work is top notch. Michael is really passionate about his work and will always give 100% quality and care. If you take your car there for work I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I have used Southern Auto Body twice - once earlier last year and again this past week. Both times, they nailed exactly what I asked for, but still manage to succeed my expectations. Recently, I took my CTS-V for a chrome delete and to paint the roof gloss black.To say I m happy with what they did is an understatement.I asked for the trim in black chrome and it looks phenomenal - as if it came from factory. The finish is beautiful and shimmers very nicely in the sun. The roof also looks as if it came from factory that way with no imperfections anywhere. I will never wrap or dip parts of my car again as long as Southern Auto Body is around.Palo, the owner, and the other workers including Mike are experts at what they do and genuinely cared about what look I wanted. They kept me updated on what was going on and didn t try to overcharge me for anything unnecessary.All in all, great and honest shop. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get custom work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is awesome! They left my car brand new as if it had come from the dealership! Mike, the owner is the nicest person easy to work with. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place highly to anyone who asks! The best experience ever! Nothing can compare! Awesome!

Had my Nissan 350z completely restored paint and window seals. Car came out looking like a mirror flawless attention to detail. Brought my 1977 MGB for some body work and Mike, his dad and his wife were great! They did a great job at a reasonable price and they are not afraid of working on antique cars. This is a family business that will treat you like family and if ever need any additional work on my car I will not hesitate bringing it to them again. It was indeed a pleasure to work with them.WORD OF CAUTION .THERE IS A NEIGHBORING BODY SHOP THAT IS SITUATED BEFORE MIKES SHOP. THE OWNER THERE WILL TRY LURE YOU INTO HIS SHOP. Mike did a wonderful job of repairing my Tesla! It looks brand new !!! In addition to doing the repairs needed, Mike touched up minor scratches on my tire rims and other areas without additional charge. This is the second time he s done fabulous bodywork on my 2021 Tesla and he s done excellent work. He has been a pleasure to work with as well. By far the best customer service and quality of work I have experienced. I got into an accident about two weeks and my normal body shop was booked. I found southern auto through google and what a blessing in disguise. They have me as a customer for life. My truck looks brand new and they finished on the day they said they would. They were very quick too! Not only is their work professional but they are also so friendly and polite. They kept me updated through out the process and always answered any questions I had. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here. Such a wonderful family business. Thank you for taking such great care of my truck!

Southern Auto helped me get my Tesla Model 3 back to new. After someone hit my car in the garage, I called Southern Auto to get an estimate for the paint and sensor damage. The customer service was exceptional and they were honest. The work was done quickly and I was notified of the progress every step of the way.
