Absolutely amazing group of people. I am very grateful for Doreen and technicians that fixed my vehicle. We were on vacation 700 miles away from home when my transmission light came on. This is an issue that I have been dealing with now for nearly 2 years. The dealership where I purchased my vehicle could not fix it for reasons unknown. I brought my vehicle to Lehman Buick GMC without an appointment and they immediately took my vehicle back to the service center. 3.5 hours later my vehicle was fixed. I am so very grateful for them and highly recommend there Services and knowledge.

Austin in finance was great in helping me get approved! Also, Raul the sales man who helped me with the car was very knowledgeable and polite. The people in the service department were very kind and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this GMC dealership to friends and family.

If I could give no stars, I would!! Worst experience ever, I received a vehicle that should not have been sold. The car needed a new engine mount, front and back rotors and brakes, two new front tires, a new rim, front and rear steering alignment, and a valve stem. I drove the car a total of an hour before I had to contact my financing company about the vehicles issues because I started to hear heavy grunting and dragging noises coming from the right back tire. Which the vehicle then locked up on me causing me to get stuck in the middle of the street with my two small children. Purchasing a car from this dealership has been a total nightmare and $5400 worth of repairs later I have not been able to drive the car for a week because it has been in the shop. 0/10 do not recommend this dealership! Horrible experience is to say the least.

Recently had my car service and the customer service here was amazing. I was able to get an appointment right away and Estefania was great with communicating with me about my car. My car was ready on time as promise. I have no complaints!! Thanks guy I know customer service is not easy but I appreciate your kindness and flexibility towards me!!!

Brought my car in for scheduled maintenance... Expected to wait quite a while... Set up my laptop and connected to Wi-Fi... Maybe did an hour and my car was ready! Doreen was efficient as usual... Confirmed it was washed and ready to go.

I've been coming here for eight years with my GMC Denali for service. Doreen Weiss is my service advisor and she is top notch, always being there to answer any questions and to keep me apprised of the status and condition of my truck. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for service or repairs.

Nice dealership. I bought our GMC from there. They have shined in the service department. Have used them in several occasions where Ed Morse GMC has been a complete failure of customer service and communications. Doreen has been thorough and kept me informed in all of my repair visit.

Bought a car... 10 days later the car overheated... since I was close to manufacturer dealer, took the car there to be looked at. Turns out car was in an accident and this wasn't disclosed to me even though I asked.Car Fax has no history of car being worked on, even though vehicle had clear engine work being that parts used were no factory default parts.Car was taken back to Lehman to be looked at because manufacturer told me car needs new engine.Car has been at Lehman service for over 20 days...I was sold a Lemon. I was not made aware that this car was in an accident, I am a victim of dealer fraud per FTC laws. Advertising for car purchased was bait and switch which is also a violation of FTC laws.Worse decision was coming here.Be careful, it's easy to get into a car, but hard to get out when the car is no good.

Recently had a tire replaced, took it in gave them my phone # they had my information, and was able to see what I needed and ordered the part and repaired my truck and had it cleaned when I picked it up that afternoon..the service writer was very curtious.

Estefania and the ladies here are absolutely wonderful. I was freaking out about my vehicle and they were so patient and understanding. Estefania helped me understand the warranty procedures and stayed diligent in getting my vehicle fixed. She went above and beyond to offer me two solutions and was clear on the costs, timeline, and instructions on how to go about obtaining a rental with my warranty info. Huge thank you!! I can't speak on the mechanical side of things just yet, but I'm hoping they are as amazing as the ladies at the Service Desk.
