My car stalled on Brickell Ave on a Friday night and I thought I was going to never find a reasonable place to get it repaired. I even had him do some required servicing I had not been back to the dealership to do, due to dealer escalated repair costs. Rolando was honest, up front and professional from start to finish. He is straight forward and this company really communicates with you, keeping you up to date, etc. I would 10/10 recommend this place for your vehicle repair needs. They are prompt, professional and just so nice to do business with. He takes the time to go over your quote and explain any questions you have and his opinion on things but you never feel pressured. I will def return for any future needs in regard to my Audi.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement

Great service and very transparent about issues, pricing, and what needs to be done. I bought my older volvo into the shop for some work and a few weeks later, when I thought the issue I had came back, Roly was able to take a look at it and explain what the issue was. Very happy with my experience here. I own a Bentley Continental GTC that needed a radiator repair and new brakes. I am new to Florida so I was used to go to the Bentley dealer in NYC for repair but I must say Roly's offers a better service at a better price.Their communication is excellent, they send you pics of the car, update you on when the parts are coming, etc. I never got that kind of attention at the Bentley dealership. They never do a repair before giving you a written estimate. I also appreciate it how they take time to talk about your car and what's urgent and not to fix. Really appreciated that. I'll be coming back!

Excellent, personalized customer service. I called with an immediate need to change the battery in my X5. They told me they could do it right away for me and quoted me the price. I rolled up, and within a half an hour everything was done and I was on my way. The price was as quoted which was reasonable. It's nice to have someone you can trust in a town that you are not fully familiar with. Great job and we will be back

This guy went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed right. My car's issue was complex and though it took two visits to correctly diagnose and fix, these people went the extra mile and fixed the problem. This shop is well run, knowledgeable and will treat you fairly. Will not hesitate next time my Land Rover has an issue.

I needed to have my breaks replaced and before I found this place I had taken my car to the BMW service center, however their costumer service was horrible. They were very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They provided me with an estimate of how much it would cost to replace my breaks and it was out of this word expensive. They were charging me an arm and a leg...and with the awful costumer service I was provided with earlier in the day...I was definitely not going to leave it at the BMW service center.I searched mechanics online for hours going through tons of reviews until I came across Roly's Auto Service and was intrigued by the overwhelming amount of positive reviews he had. So I made up my mind and headed to his shop.I received nothing less than outstanding service from Roly. Not only was he extremely honest and professional but he was in constant contact with me which I really appreciated. I had never gone to a shop where I felt as comfortable as I did in this one. My 2013 Mercedes just died on me. I had 4 mechanics look at it and all were not able to find out what was wrong with it. I took a chance and towed to Roly s because he guaranteed the car would leave his shop on its own. He definitely came through! He worked on it for 3 days exploring every option until he finally figured out what was wrong. During these days he was sending me pictures and updates of the entire process. While a dealer was telling me it was a broken computer charging me thousands of dollars, Roly found out the computer of the car were good and it was something else.Great service, true professional, car genius. A mechanic you can definitely depend on, especially with the hassle that these car can become. Thanks Roly for the great service!

Roly is a very professional mechanic and has working with Mercedes and BMW his whole life. He knows these cars very well, and he will able to diagnose and fix them without a problem. Over the years, he has fixed several of my cars and friend's cars, and he has done it a prompt and professional manner. His pricing is very competitive, so I am sure he'd be willing to give you a good price. Come give his shop a try!

I would give Roly's 10 stars if I could; what is a rarity in Miami is to find someone honest, professional, and detail oriented in this city. Excellent Import auto mechanics. They really know their stuff. Before bringing my BMX over to them I had the oil changed at a local mechanic near me. I brought them my car to get my battery replaced and they realized that the starter was covered in oil due to an improper installation of the oil filter. They were able to conclude that my real problem was the starter and that it had failed due to the negligence of the other service provider. With their help, I was able to prove this to the other provider and get credit for the replacement of the starter. Excellent work guys!Services: Electrical, Battery

New to the area, I had no choice but to gamble 100% needing a mechanic I found online for an emergency car repair. So here is my experience at Roly s Car Repair in Miami, FL:1. Roly (owner and a true gentleman) quoted me the best price as I shopped around;2. His shop and office were completely clean and organized fitted with the latest technologies;3. His quoted price to me included a re-manufactured price for an alternator. His parts supplier did not have a re-manufactured part in stock, but being one of their best customers, they sold him a new part at the re-manufactured rate (that spoke volumes to me of his reputation);4. When I picked up my car, he showed me the shiny new part installed, as well as the new box it came in;5. I picked up my car even before his initial pick-up commitment time (less than 24 hours);6. All along the way, Roly stayed in constant communication with me.7. Here s the first clincher - In his initial quote, he forgot to include tax. While I was more than willing to pay it, he accepted his error and covered it;8. Here s the second clincher - When I told him that I needed him to be straight, fair and honest he quickly shared his business philosophy with me. Why make a lot of money ONCE on a customer who I might never see again feeling ripped off?9. I waited a couple of weeks before I took the time to submit this review waiting to see if I d have any mechanical problems. Needless to say, my car is running like new!Conclusion: What do you think? Will I ever let any other mechanic, anywhere touch my car?Recommendation: If (or when) you are in need of a car repair AND peace of mind, don t think twice much worse take your car elsewhere! I have to say that this is definitely the best auto repair in town! Roly is amazing hands down! He is very sharp, knowledgeable and such a great person. He ensured my car was in perfect condition and took me step by step in the entire process. I had a regular shop I would go to in the past but are not there anymore. My mercedez was showing a lot of weird signals on the dash board and wouldn't start. I quickly went to look online and everyone was so horrible from the customer service aspect and everything. I saw so many great reviews and came to this place. PLEASE DONT GO ANYWERE ELSE!!!!! CALL ROLYS AUTO SERVICE FOR YOUR NEEDS AND YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY. este es el mejor lugar

Finding such a reliable honest mechanic in South Florida is a rarity. Roly is a true honest professional, who has mastered his craft. I recently went to Roly to work on two of my cars and he didn t try to up-sell me, he only performed the required service the vehicles needed. He will be the only one from here on out that will perform any work on my cars.

today I had a wonderful experience!. Unfortunately this afternoon my car started over heating on the way home from work. Thank God for the technology we have today. I typed in mechanic near me and rolysauto service came up. Luckily I was very closeby and got the car there just in time. Upon arrival roly and his technician diagnosed my car and found out what was causing my car to overheat. It was just a simple hose they quickly solved the issue and for a very low price. Most definitely I will be returning thank you guys!

Contacted Roly s Marine Mobile Service for several problems I had with my 28 twin-engine boat. I have twin 4.3L V6 Mercruiser Engines. Rolando replaced one starter motor, one power steering box, and changed the oil and fluids on both engines, trim tabs, tilt motors. All work was performed exactly and accurately with excellent workmanship. I have owned boats for the last 25 years and Rolando is the best mechanic I have ever contracted to work on my boats.

Rolly is my goto Mechanic, he is very experienced & most important, very "honest", which is extremely hard to find these days, he also runs his operation like a "Doctor" in Car Mechanics, therefore, if your looking for someone to do the job right, at a fair and reasonable price, then look no further! In my opinion, Rolly goes above and beyond with repairing one of your most precious assets - your BMW or Mercedes......and he does it like a true "Master" Technician who delivers exceptional customer service at the same time as taking care & repairing your car!
