I had the opportunity to work with Alex, Walkiria and the rest of the Fam for almost 1 year. if you want the truth hear me out!.The car a 2020 BMW M2C. My car came from salvage auction, after all repairs were done to the car at the bodyshop, 1 thing we couldn't figure out was to know why the engine wasn't turning on.A few friends recommended me Rodriguez Bros, and sure enough I contacted Alex and he was able to do an offsite diagnostics on my car.He found 3 sensors popping, Camshaft intake, Camshaft Exhaust, and Fuel rail sensor on.I already paid other 2 diagnostics and sadly got scammed by the 1st guy saying the problem is the sensors are on, you need to replace them, the second person said the issue was fuel pump, but we tested that and it was working fine.I told Alex this, and he worked his magic and concluded the issue could be from a simple (in his point of view) timing lost on the engine, to bend valves, to a huge issue linked to the crankshaft itself.I noted his vast experience when he told me, there is a reason why a sensor its on, and its not because its damage or bad, and fuel pump is usually the conclusion people say when a car doesn't turn on.Walkiria was kind enough to offer me several quotes, and to start from the lowest one, until we were able to get to the bottom of the issue.After this, the massive engine rebuild process started...They dropped the engine of the car, went to head resurface, valve leaking check, engine timings, connection issues, belts change.It was a seriously long process, mostly because when a part was needed, they were in back order, but they stand by me all the way, and allowed me to keep the car there as long as the parts arrived to continue.By the month 6 or so, like magic the car went from v-v-v. to now a BIG VROOOOOOOM.I was crying out of happiness to see finally the car alive.Sadly it was not over just yet. I took the car out and just with 2 miles testing, I found a really rough idle, Per their warranty, i took it back to their shop, and they did a diagnostic.He found the root issue of the rough idle, connected to a common issue on the S55 engine which is the eccentric shaft had a few broken tooth. As well as the OEM spark plugs had an incorrect gap.When we were ready to start the job, another issue happened, as 4 screws broke in the engine head, Sadly they needed to take all those screws out in order to replace the eccentric shaft. And now an easy job turned into a nightmere.A few days passed by, and Alex found the right professional for the job, specialized in doing exactly this, remove broken bolts in engines, but they had to drop the engine one more time, and this was the top of the crop, due to how complex it was.It took some time to organize the whole job, because of Christmas, but once it was over, they continue with the work.3 days after, he called me saying "JOSE YOUR CAR IS READY COME TAKE IT COME, I DONT WANNA SEE IT ONE MORE DAY HERE HAHAHA"I thought he was joking, and sure enough when I arrived, he told me to turn on the engine and check.The car not only did a BIG VROOM, but also was stable, not like an old washing machine.They also refilled the AC of the car, swapped the spark plugs, and do everything to get the car back to pristine.From all the time working with them I learnedAlex is a well knowledgeable person, not only that he does his best to find the issue and deliverWalkiria, she is lovely, but tough due to how busy she gets, She is handling clients, dealing with suppliers, workers, and pretty much anything management related!.As for the rest of the team, I did saw them working on other cars, rebuilding small engines, brake replacements, anything mechanical related, and I remember the last day before my car was fully fixed, they all stayed up to almost 9pm working on my car, as again dropping an engine is not a 1 day job.if you managed to read up to here, understand there are bad and good reviews, as well as issues they can not fix, but if they can, they will find a way to do it, no matter how complex.

Was a little skeptical at first but the mechanic did great work and the ladies answering the phone were knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are very competitive. Great value for a job well done.

I bought a used car couple of months ago. When the brakes started to make grinding noises and the RPMs fluctuated when idle, I brought my car to Rodriguez Brother auto Services.Laura in the office is not only extremely knowledgeable on all things auto but also super friendly and helpful.4 hours after bringing my car in I got a detailed report about ALL the important parts condition, not only the ones I reported. A day later my car was fixed and I could take it back home.Laura also helped me with deciding which services could wait until a later point and even looked up cheaper options for parts needed.Super happy with Rodriguez Brothers Auto services!!! Will come back for everything car related. 10/10!!

I always come here and have been coming for a bit. As a young female, lots of auto places I have been to try to scam me or oversell me and this place has never once done that. They always offer fair prices and are honest about what my car needs and when. Laura is always so kind, polite, and again is very honest about what my car needs and explains and shows me exactly the issue so that I can understand as someone with limited car knowledge lol. This is the only place I trust to work on my car!

Ive been to quite a few mechanic shops in Miami and my experience at Rodriguez Brothers was by far the best. Laura did an amazing job communicating every step of the way and was also extremely polite and accommodating considering the unique problems we encountered along the way with my vehicle. I will definitely be going back when my vehicle needs servicing again. Thank you

My car completely broke down around 5pm so I called Rodriguez brothers and they stayed afret closing time until my car was towed there so that they could work on it the next day. They had everything fixed by 4 oclock the next day and my car is now in mint shape. Laura who I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, kind, and patient and waited as well the next day until after 6 oclock at the shop for me to arrive to pick up my car. She gave me many updates throughout the time that my car was there and let me know exactly what was wrong with it snd what work they'd be doing on it. Prices are exceptional as well. Highly highly recommended.

wow! just got there for a quick oil change and the lady at the front treated me with attitude the whole time. Every time I asked something she responded very rude and unprofessional.After the 3rd time I decided to stop the paperwork and left, I wouldn t leave my car with someone who treat their customers like that. I feel sorry for those good employees they might have but I wouldn t recommend this place if you want to be treated at least respectfully.

Did a brake flush while I waited. Quick, properly done, no surprises. They are my go to repair shop. They have installed a fuel filer and replaced the crank pully.

PROFESSIONAL MIAMI SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!Had my car in the perfect condition went for the oil change, and I Wheel bearing. They told me that I needed to change the brakes as well. I said OK let s do it. After I left the shop I almost got into the accident because my brakes was broken. I couldn t stop the car which was very dangerous. Never my car had such a problem before I stepped in to Rodriguez Bross, NAPA auto care. They call for the tow truck towed my car to the shop and then said that I have to pay another 1,383.21 for the tow truck and for a new part . I realize those guys are scammers and said that I m not paying for the tow truck and anything else I just want my car back which they refuse to give it to me if I don t pay . Had to call police to get my car back. After I got my car back I went to check it to another trusted shop and I did not need the part those scammers was trying to sell me. Which proves that they were trying to scam me . Please be cautious with those people don t let them to take advantage of you .

HORRIBLE SERVICE BE AWARE I ve never been treated like this I called to bring my vehicle into Rodrigues the woman who I spoke with name starts with a V , told me they were not backed up with cars . After taking my car there . She failed to tell me they were closed for the next Four days took them 9 days to diagnose my car they never called me I had to keep calling them .On the Tenth day I called she said my car will be ready in the morning. I prepare to work a half a day to retrieve my car .. to get the only call I ve gotten from them to tell me someone cracked my windshield . They replaced my windshield as they should they are the ones that broke it Left pieces of glass on my floor I get there the next day to be told my car arrived with a dead battery which was a LIE .. My battery was switched I checked with the dealer ship that confirmed the scan numbers were not their issuance . It only having one owner before me who leased it for 1 year There was motor oil on my seat and driver door and I have tan insides . They just didn t care how they treated my car lI will never let alone take my car to this place refer no one ..It just makes no sense to treat a customer that way ..Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

If you guys didn t want to work with my extended warranty you could ve just said so over the phone instead of wasting my time. Didn t even look under the hood or car to see what my concerns were about. Just took it for a drive around the block and gaslit me saying that there was nothing wrong. These people aren t helpful at all.

Terrible experience. Dont waste you time!!! Was told i dont have to pay for a diagnostic if i got work done then a different employee tells me i do. When i fussed and the two employees talked it was obvious i was right and then they had their or conversation to turn it around to make it seem i was wrong. Total scam!!! They will overcharge and lie about it.Service: Electrical repair

I have to recommend this shop for a well done job in a reasonable price. Alex knows his work and stands by it and his wife Walkiria who manages the office is very accommodating to fit your needs. Do not let the location dissuade you from any work needed on your car. As a DIY mechanic, I had trouble removing the top bolt from an old strut assembly (in order for me to use the old spring with a new strut) with the tools I have on hand. I took the strut assembly to Mr Rodriguez and he helped me loosening the top nut with his impact gun for FREE. He also advised me a safety concern, that the job can be dangerous for DIYers. Mr Rodriguez is very nice, and I would have no hesitation go to his shop for any automobile needs in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance
